Airs Thai Massage

This was the most chaotic and worst massage I've ever had! I texted in the evening asking if I could come at 10 in the morning,(screenshot) my whole body hurt, so I was looking forward to it and the lady agreed. I arrived at 9:58 in the morning and had to ring the bell twice. Finally, someone unlocked the door, but the lady told me that I had no reservation and that I had mistaken the studio, I said no and showed her by SMS. All nervous, she says that she is going to the doctor and can't. After a moment of chaos, she calls someone and says that someone will come, and within three minutes another woman came. In the meantime, the first woman locked me and I waited. When the second one came, she said that instead of 60 minutes, she only gave me 30 minutes, that she must to go to doctor. I was shocked! My whole body hurt!When I agreed, she started to quickly massage my stiff body. Meanwhile, she asked where I was from, that was funny. After thirty minutes, I find out that she destroyed my chain and didn't say anything, she just handed it to me, great, I asked if she could massage my foot and she said she had to go to the doctor. My foot were not massaged. When I left my whole body was still sore and I had to find another massage. This studio never again! A completely unprofessional approach that I have never encountered and I often go to Thai massages! totally disappointed

Poor customer experience. The open sign was on, but door was locked. I rang the doorbell, and waited for about 5 minutes. No answer. Rang it again and it was about 3 minutes before a lady opened the door. She opened the door just enough to speak to me through the opening. It felt like I was disturbing her or interrupted her. I wasn’t asked to come in to the business. She wasn’t welcoming at all. I asked if she had any openings for a massage today. She said yes but said there’s no one to massage. I was confused. I asked for clarification but it seemed like she didn’t want my business.

Visited last week. I was asked if I wanted the massage medium or hard (with extra cost). I love hard thai massage. I am happy that there is this option. So I know what expect. She asked if I have any problems with any parts of my body. My legs.... Then she knows immediately that she has to walk on me. And the massage is like what I have been looking for long time. Very happy with it. She could find all of my sore points. The hardness was consistent the whole hour. For sure coming back again

This is one of the best thai massages I have ever experiences, and I had a lot both in Thailand and Europe. Pim is so nice and dedicated and find all the tense spots in my back and shoulders. Highly recommended!
