Airstream of North Georgia

I just had some warranty and water heater work completed. Their team is excellent; Aaliyah and Cesar are excellent program managers and keep you updated and go the extra mile.

I just purchased a fully loaded 2025 TAB 320 S Black Canyon teardrop with the Lithium battery package for boondocking at the Norcross location. From David, sales, Colton, management, Brandon, customer delivery, Bill in parts and finally Eric in accounting, everyone was very accommodating and professional in their respective roles. The purchase experience was pleasant and the team I dealt with yesterday delivered on all promises. Highly recommended dealer and I travelled out of State to purchase my NuCamp trailer from this high-end dealer.

Seemed hard to get some help as we were just shown a way through to view the available RVs. No one seemed interested in helping us. On the way out, we got lucky and met Karen who sat us down and provided answers to many questions we had. She was polite, informative and knowledgeable about the process. I definitely recommend giving this place a visit. We didn't purchase anything but were given much guidance about purchasing in the future. Glad we caught her, or she caught us, on the way out.

This dealers was great. They allowed us to roam around and spend time in each of the units without any pressure. The entire staff were friendly, helpful and followed up.

Very friendly staff, however, In October I was told to they were two months out but they had an opening to evaluate my trailer the first of December. I dropped it off and they said they would pull it in the next day for diagnosis. One week later I get a call saying they are bringing it in that day for diagnosis. Now we are in January and they still have not looked at the RV and I have been lied to twice. I am hoping when they actually do get to it that they do an absolute stellar job.

Took us on short notice when our toungue jack went out on day 2 of a month long trip over the Christmas Holiday. Fixed it immediately. We were on our way in 1.5 hours. Hooked up our personal rear view camera. Fees were very reasonable. All staff very friendly.

I have been on numerous occasions, to walk the lot and look at the the Airstreams and they have always been low pressure and incredibly helpful. So when I bought a used Airstream that I wanted to prep some dented panels on they were the first place I called to get a quote. First, it took over 3 weeks to get a quote back, with numerous follow-up calls, and even speaking to the service manager. It was my conversation with the service manager that I became even more alarmed but them being an Airstream "Collusion" center. He made note to tell me that even though I had removed the interior panels to be able to do the repair using buck rivets (as done at the factory), that he has not done a single buck rivet repair in the shop and his team is not capable of using them. At this point I was already concerned about them working on the trailer if they could not do a factory level repair but figured I would give them the benefit the doubt and reach out to a few others for quotes. The airstream factory and a local independent shop was able to provide me repair estimates (using buck rivets) within a day or two and both were within a few hundred dollars of one another. Another week or so goes by and I finally get the quote from North Georgia Airstream and imagine my surprise when it comes in 50% higher (~$2k+). I wrote them back asking why it was more using an inferior repair method and provided estimate from Jackson Center for reference. Waited another week for them to come back and say that the estimate was accurate with no justification on the inflated hours difference. I would think about coming here to look at new Airstreams but would highly suggest you look elsewhere for repair. Between the inability to perform repairs like Airstream would, the lack of communication, delays in getting responses, and the grossly inflated estimates, I cannot recommend going here. Is really too bad as I really wanted to use them given my experience with the sales staff.

The Airstream stock is pretty low. The only Bambi was pre-sold so we could not get inside it. Karen was super helpful and knowledgeable. It turns out that my husband is too tall to stand inside the Bambi but the Caravel has the extra 3" he needs (6'7" instead if 6'4"). I guess he is going to cost an extra $10K?
