We could never be happier with the Airstream we chose and the service we received purchasing this amazing dream! From the time we walked in, to the time we picked our RV up, we were treated like gold and never ever felt pushed. The appointment we had when picking up our new RV was like no other, this was our 4th RV over the years and never have we had such great service learning about our purchase. First time RV purchaser and Todd at Airstream of South Florida was a pleasure to deal with. A non-pressure sales person who was willing to spend the time and answer question. Matt in the finance/title department was a pleasure as well. The Airstream Interstate was driven 1300 miles immediately after delivery and performed perfectly. A great buying experience all around!

The sales process went well, immediate support for the repair of a small issue went well. However, ALL of the other “promised” repairs and punch list items I have emailed them about are falling on deaf ears. They can’t even manage to call me back to discuss them. I’m taking it to a different dealer for all the little repairs, but if they do finally make the one major repair right, I will consider revising my review.

Upon receiving a national recall to repair a bracket on our airstream, I made several calls to tackle this project. This dealership was my fourth attempt. The facility is 3 hours from our home. I was so impressed with the courtesy, professionalism, and understanding the service department had in helping to make this task happen efficiently. Our First impressions upon arriving at the facility emphasized that we made a good decision in trusting our trailer to be fixed here. The place is HUGE, clean and friendly. The supply store was big. The appointment was completed quickly. And so our relationship with this facility will continue as during this process we unintended to traded our Basecamp for a slightly larger airstream, our fourth airstream over the years. Mind you, there was absolutely no pressure, we just decided to look as there were things we wanted after time to make our “glamping” experience better for us as we gracefully aged. This facility is by far one to consider when needing any assistance from service to purchase! Have you ever left a dealership with your airstream to get a phone call asking if you got home ok? Think about that.
