I tried there food several times. Food was tasty, specially the Rfissa chicken and Rice with Poulet. I also ordered vegetable and fruit salad. It was nice. Bit warm in the place if the weather is hot outside. They can keep a fan if possible.

A little hole in the wall place, it is a superb restaurant with superb authentic Moroccan food. We ordered Chicken Pastilla, Beef Tajine, Chicken Rfissa, Beef Couscous, Lamb Rice. The Pastilla is so good, a mix of sweet, salty chicken and almond with a hint of cinnamon. The Chicken Rfissa was so tasty and tender, literally falling off the bones. Rice was very tasty but a bit hard, lamb was super tender. For the beef couscous, again very tasty but the couscous was a bit wet from the juice of the meat. The last dish beef vegetable tagine was tender and overflowing with the juices from the vegetables and beef. The bonus was the bread was soft and fluffy which went really well with the beef tagine soup.

Great homemade simple food. Fresh and delicious. All the experience was like I went to a family house for dinner. Thank you for that authenticity.

Delicious meals, especially salad! We had couscous with beef ( super delicious, the one with the sweet onions is really worth trying!) other than this, delicious pastilla with peanuts (if you’re allergic to almonds like me it’s a great choice to try:)). If you’re in town looking for a nice Moroccan cuisine, beauitifil interior and friendly staff, I recommend you check this place!

Hidden gem in Meknes among the tourist traps! Amazing food. Ordered Harira, Rfisaa chicken and mint tea. Everything was tasty. Best harissa and best mint tea so far. Aisha is a very welcoming host. The ambience is so warm and authentic. The washbasin is so pretty too!

We went 2 times during our Meknes visit. Vegetarian tagine and minced meat tagine were the most delicious ones we ate in Morocco. Rice was also good.

Wonderful little secluded cafe-like resturant to rest a little. The family staff were more than welcoming and we enjoyed a quick coffee and tea as we explored the city.

The food was so delicious & we came to the conclusion that this was one of the best traditional food we ate on our trip through Morocco!! Highly recommended :)
