I recently had the please of working with Mina at this salon, and I can honestly say she is amazing! I was visiting from Arizona and needed a full face glam and hair styling on very short notice. I was a bit nervous because it’s always tough to find someone you can trust to do a great job, but Mina completely exceeded my expectations. She took me in last minute and work her magic, my makeup was flawless, and my hair looked gorgeous! She listened to what I wanted. Love coming here for my eyebrow threading! all the girls do a great job but Nighat is my favorite she gets them perfect every time and really takes her time with them

I love getting my eyebrows done here. I go to the Hillcroft location and live nowhere near it but drive far because the service is reasonably priced and Nighat always does my eyebrows on point. She leaves them more natural which is my preference.

Sadia is the best!! Even as a walk in appointment for eyebrow threading, the salon will try their best to fit you in, especially Sadia. I only trust her with brows!

Excellent service. My wife got a full facial, hair and other jobs done at their Hollcroft location. The staff was very professional and helpful. I highly recommend it.

Sadia was a savior today. She gave us a great haircut patiently even though we were late for our appointment. Nighat is good for eyebrow threading too. Sowmi at the reception helped with appointments and was friendly.

I normally visit Aisha's closer to my house or the Hillcroft 2 location, which is right across from this location. The only reason I came to this one is because traffic is horrible on Hillcroft and if you don't get in the correct lane, no one will let you over. Lol. So here we are. Of course they will try to upsell you on the type of service you want for something you don't need. I wanted the herbal facial and got suckered into the gold facial with a gold skin polish. It was $95 but I used my $10 Yelp! coupon. It's about a 10 minute wait using the coupon here because they have to call the owner each time. I bring my EarPods to listen to my own meditation music on the Insight Timer app. The esthetician was a little heavy handed on my face but I am happy with the results thus far.

Mazia did an incredible job with my eyebrows . She also did my facial and educated me on my needs and concerns . The whole staff was amazing and make me feel comfortable. They explained things to me and really helped me get what's is needs for my face. Also the prices you can't beat . Great customer service I will definitely be back

I would give them 0 stars if I could.I went there 2 days back to get makeup,hair and saree draping done for a wedding in Houston.They took $50 advance for the appointment. The girl who came to do makeup put a concealer and foundation which made me look much darker and I had to wipe it off and do the makeup all by myself. They then demanded that I pay $70 for the makeup for the "time spent" even though she left me and started attending other customers while I applied my make up. Same with the saree. All she did was handed me safety pins while I struggled and draped it myself. They demanded $35 without even touching my saree!!. When I refused to pay that much they locked the door and trapped me inside. They called the owner who was as nasty as the rest of them. I had driven all the way from Dallas for this wedding and here I was locked in their salon. I told them I would call the police and only then (after paying $100 for basically doing "nothing" except curling my hair),they opened the door and let me go.They probably got scared that if I called the police the owner would go to jail for hiring illegals.Stay away from these thieves.They hire illegal immigrants from Pakistan, with ZERO skills who proclaim themselves as "Makeup artist".Disgusting human beings, specially the owner. Stay away from these CLOWNS.

I have been coming to this salon for years. The ladies working here are so nice and do a great job threading. This location has a reward card. So every 10th eyebrow threading is free.

I got henna done here. The quality of henna was really good, however my design turned out very sloppy and uneven.

I recently moved back to Houston and finding a new person I trust to thread my eyebrows was important. It's not that I'm very particular but I only trusted one person when I lived in Florida for several years. After browsing through several salons on Yelp, this particular location had a high rating and a lot of the reviews mentioned Nighat. She does a great job and is super nice. I've been back at least 4 times now and haven't had one complaint yet. I'm also a fan of their pricing. $10 for eyebrow threading is hard to come by these days. Also, not sure if this is new, but I was offered a rewards card on my most recent visit. After 9 sessions, you'll get your 10th one free! Will definitely continue coming here.

I've been looking for a place that is both modern and traditional - Aisha's is the place. There is a very relaxing vibe that puts you at ease. The music reminds you where the art of threading comes from. The people are nice and the prices reasonable. The scent is very pleasant, not overwhelming, and this is coming from someone who is very sensitive to smells. I will be coming back cause, for the lack of something better to say, my eyebrows are on fleek

I found Nighat at Aisha's on Hillcroft after moving to Houston and having several terrible eyebrow experiences. I went to Nighat after a recommendation from a friend. I have gone for several years now and have no intent to go elsewhere. I see her consistently for eyebrow threading and am very happy with the appearance afterwards, efficiency, and cost. She is very kind too. The quality of her work is apparent given how busy she is. I do usually schedule an appointment. Is it a fancy place? No. Would I trust anyone else there to do as good of a job as Nighat? Not necessarily. Would I try another service there? Again, not necessarily. As long as Nighat is there, I will continue to get my eyebrows done at Aisha's on Hillcroft.

I love coming here to get threaded so I decided to try the underarm wax. Biggest mistake ever. I'm In so much pain. I have a wedding to go to and now I'm left with burns underneath my arm. I would only come here for eyebrow threading and not waxing. Lesson learned

Besides SHAPES, I normally frequent Aishas to get my eyebrows cleaned and shaped. This specific location however did a bad job and I won't be returning. I have never had problems with getting the cleanliness and sharpness I have gotten at other locations. However the woman today did a sloppy job. It felt very rushed, and she did not do the clean up with the scissors as I've gotten with other eyebrow visits. My brows were not clean or even at all and I had to go back to have them corrected by another woman (who did a good job as much as she could, should've waited on her originally). My eyebrow ends are thinner than they were coming in and now I'll have to let them grow back. Please watch who you allow to touch your brows.

Please don't cut your hair here. The lady that cut my hair absolutely ruined it. My hair was past my butt, as I don't cut it very often because I don't trust a lot of stylists. Since I was on vacation in Texas visiting family for a few months, I thought I'd try to get a haircut especially since Houston is so hot in August. The lady that cut my hair recommended she cut it in layers. Well it was in layers... except layers were highly uneven. Chunks of my hair are missing on the right side and random pieces are longer on the left side. I don't even know what she did with the bangs. When I wash my hair, it frizzes out now and I look like an inflated mushroom because the layers were cut so short and randomly. People have told me it looks like there's a "hole" in my hair because there is literally no hair in random sections. Oh and not to mention, the jaggedness. She might as well have just chopped my hair off with a knife. I paid $60 for the haircut. She had me pay before I got to see the final result. Honestly I cry everyday I look in the mirror now. I'd post a picture of the hair, but I had to delete them because I couldn't stand to look at them. I feel so insecure and I honestly feel like shaving my whole head off. I have spent over $1000 on extensions now to get my hair fixed. I'm still not completely happy with the hair, as the layers are still all over the place. At least the extensions help blend things out a little easier. Anyways, please save yourself the stress and tears. Go somewhere else.

Farhat service is top notch! She is the BEST in the SouthWEST! I always drive faithfully, loyally, & happily (passing many others Aisha locations), to get serviced at this particular location, for a particular reason, simply because FARHAT IS THE BEST! I've been going to Aisha's for a long time. I love that's it's women only. The ladies that work there are all nice and helpful. They have multiple locations. I have not been disappointed with any location. HOWEVER Bina at westheimer isd fire ! She threaded my brows and followed up with a tiny. She truly understood the assignment! I only go for those two services but they offer so many other services. Check them out! You won't be disappointed!

Attaching my receipts. This is my 1st time at Richmond Location and had very bad experience. I went for Full arms and back waxing. Employee of Aisha's (Gulnaz) says I also do waxing at home. if you want to come at my place I will charge less than what Aisha Salon is charging. While doing wax I have to tell her multiple times that wax is hot and it pains as my skin is sensitive. She forgot to do waxing at one of my arms (small portion) and have to ask her couple of times and she charged me extra for that as waxing other body part. I did tell her why did she charged me so much as full arms price is $25 to $28 but she didnt responded in a professional manner. I would like to say to the owner of Aisha please watch out for this kind of employee and there services as you're losing some loyal customers.

Awwwful customer service. I've been a long time client. I will never come back to this place. I walked in to get my eyebrows threaded. It was 6:50 and the open sign was on. The hours of operation listed states 7 pm as the close time. A lady who works there waved me to come on in as I walked in. Then the front desk lady told me they were closed.... The sign outside says they close at 7 pm and the open sign light was on. When I questioned the lady at the front counter she said her ride was here and she already closed out the register, so they are closed???? This is terrible customer service. I hope you don't treat your clients that keep you in business like this. This is aweful. I will never come back. You lost a long time client.

I made an appointment but they serviced several people before me. They didn't give me an estimated wait time and it's now been over half an hour of waiting.

I usually get eyebrows done here but decided to get a facial with a friend since they have a 50% off of facials on Monday's. I made two appointments but was expecting both appointments to be done at the same time. However, only one lady took care of us both, going back and forth. I don't know if that made the session longer. If you check in there is a free 24k skin polish offer with any facial purchase. We were unable to use it because we already had the 50% promotion. The lady who did our facials said it was fine but the lady at the register said we couldn't use it so we were charged $25 on top of the $30 for the diamond dermabrasion ($60 for original price). On to the diamond dermabrasion, I was disappointed. It was nothing I had expected. The steamer machine in the room I was in did not work so she had to get a new one. First, she put a mask on my face and waited for it to dry. Then follow by a face scrub and a face massage. The steamer was also use on my face. It blew hot steam on to my face that was actually suffocating, I had to turn my face away. My friend also had the same problem with the steamer. Afterward, she used a tool to extract blackheads (I think). Followed by the same mask from the beginning. I recognized the smell because it was a bit unpleasant. Overall, it was not worth the price and I don't believe it was done correctly from what I have seen from a diamond dermabrasion. It was not as relaxing as I thought it would be and did not do much for my skin in general. I think I would only stick to eyebrows from now on.

The lady at the front was rude and the lady who did my eyebrows completely ruined them. This is by the far the worst threading that I've ever received in my entire life

No one threads eyebrows like them. Salons all over Houston. Great price, great work. Real simple.

I have been coming to Aisha's to get my eyebrows done by Nighet since Summer 2016 and I refuse to go anywhere else! I am very picky about my eyebrows and luckily Nighet is very patient, thorough, careful, and experienced in her craft. She does it all from eyebrows to hair to waxing and even make-up too. I am also always amazed by the love that I receive from the ladies that operate the front counter! They truly make me feel welcomed when I'm there. Just imagine walking in and hearing, "Hello Kandis" just makes my day. I will not go to any other salon except this one. So, definitely stop by and check them out. Also if you're interested in Nighet I highly recommend booking an appointment with her because she's always busy with customers. However, walk ins are welcomed.

The first time I went there and left very happy and satisfied--a day before I made an appointment for a haircut for 10 AM and of course I was very concerned about the COVID situation. Luckily at 10 AM, there were not many people, which was very helpful. The other best thing that happened to me that the person assigned for my haircut was super kind, experienced, and very professional. This is a very original location, and Zaiba has been working for the last 20 years. She did a great job, and she asked me if I would like to have a root touch up. I really appreciate her suggestions and being patient with all my first-time goer questions. While waiting to finish my color timer to go off, I noticed how everyone was happy and cheering for each other. O, I forgot once you walk in, they check the temperature, provide hand sanitizer, and all of them were wearing a mask and a face shield over the show. It was a feel-good experience, and love to go back. Congratulations to the owner and her professional training, and please must try this location. Thank you Zaib.

I loved it. Due to COVID-19 when you enter you have to wash your hands. Some temperature checks and you are asked to wear a mask the entire duration of your service. I had the pleasure of getting my eyebrows tinted & thread. I normally do waxing but some places are not doing waxing. The threading was very minimal pain and the tinting was easy, perfect, & I love my brows. So happy I found a new place thanks to yelp.

FINALLY found my go to eyebrow place... went in for a walk in and came out very quickly a satisfied and returning customer. Bahar did my eyebrows and I also Scheduled another appointment to go back in two weeks to try out their eyelash extension service which I'll post updates!

Really prompt service. Went during the COVID situation, and masks were required and sanitation procedures were being followed, as well as social distancing measures. Waited for less than five minutes before I was called back for my eyebrow threading. Threading was quick and almost painless, and my brows came out great with a nice shape. I give four stars only because henna was listed on their menu, but they did not have anyone doing it the day I went in

It's good when in a rush, but they always make my brows a little too thin (granted the 90s really messed them up) but I do tell them just to do a clean up and it's always more than that! Overall good for the price. You pay for what you get!

Burned my hands while waxing and I was left with big bruises on Eid day. One of my sideburns is longer then the other, left hair on my chin. Horrible experience.

This is literally the only Aisha's salon & spa I'll go to because I love it so much ! I live about 45 mins away, probably an hour with traffic, but it's def worth the drive ! By far the two top eyebrow threaders are Nighat & Zeba they are always booked, and busy I highly recommend them ! Also sometimes they are so busy you'll have a wait time so I suggest scheduling an appointment with either or. Also I started going with amber recently and she's good and so sweet ! Overall, all the staff is super nice and welcoming. I am a student so I did want to mention they do offer student discounts for services I want to say about 15% off. I definitely recommend this location ! I've been to another location in the woodlands and they weren't good at all they ended up balding a part of my mother's eyebrow so I'd only recommend this Aisha's location!

I won't hear for last minute Brazilian wax and the process was painless and my aesthetician was very kind and knowledgeable. I'll definitely be returning

I've been coming to this location for years now and have always been very pleased with my eyebrows no matter who has done them. When I don't set up an appointment I usually just asked to be seated with whoever is available and the wait isn't long at all. All the ladies are very talented. Today I went to get my eyebrows done and I was seated with Nighat. She's amazing and recommended I get them tinted (very light eyebrows and I have patches that just won't fill in). I was NOT disappointed! I'm in love and will definitely be continuing on with her

I always come here to get my eyebrows threaded instead of the location on Westheimer (which is closer to me) because that location does not participate in the loyalty program (buy 9, get 10th free). I always go with whichever lady is first available, and although some are a bit more thorough than others, I am comfortable with all of the beauticians, and I have never left my chair unhappy. I get my eyebrows and upper lip threaded. The price went up to $12 from $10 total for these two services in the past year or so, which is a bit of a bummer but still totally worth it in my opinion. I usually go at lunchtime during the week, because after work it gets very busy. If you must go around 4 or 5pm I would recommend making an appointment.

Well, my friend's highlights came out really good and so was my hair trim, but the henna is NOT natural. The salon lady told me that it was natural when indeed it wasn't and my hand reacted HORRIBLY. My skin started PEELING and it looked BURNT. Highly don't recommend the henna but the brow threading is good and the hair stylist are phenomenal.

I got my eyebrows threaded and tinted by Amber today! She was detailed about the threading, shaping and didn't take off all my brow hair. She's only working Tuesday's and Saturdays for now because of covid hours. Will definitely come back

I've been a regular here for quite some time (at least 2 years)and yesterday was probably one of the worst service I've experienced here. I came in about 45-50 mins before closing and had the woman in the last chair, can't recall her name. What normally takes about 15+ mins for full face threading, took her literally 5 mins and when I asked if she could clean up some of the areas that were missed she acted like I was irritating her so I just told her it was fine and got up to leave. This woman has poor customer service, was rough, and not only that I have a cut/nick on the side of my lip, which was not there before I came. I have been taken care of by a few of the other ladies in the salon, who are very welcoming and kind (Zeba, Sajida, Fatima, Rifat) and never left feeling as dissatisfied and unhappy as this visit. Felt like I wasted $30 on a service that was half way done, if that..

Note to Management: FIRE MARIE & hire experienced threaders. I visited this location on 5th July 2018. Nighat usually does a great job with my brows, however she wasn't working today. The receptionist assigned Marie to do my brows. I REGRET letting her touch my brows. After the 1st brow was done, I looked up to find half of my left brow missing and the other half jagged and patchy. The receptionist & another threader were in shock when they saw how Marie ruined by brow. They tried to fill it in with pencil however it didn't do much as Marie had taken all the hairs out. I am now left with 1/2 left eyebrow which will take months to grow back thanks to Marie's incompetence.

I went in after buying hair extensions just wanting them to be shortened by about 4 inches. I waited for 20 min for a stylist, who was threading someone's eyebrows. That customer got so angry with her another stylist had to step in and finish - I should have paid attention. She butchered my brand new extensions! They were all nice but my stylist was horrible. The other stylist came over to "fix" it but it was too late by then. This picture is one of the extensions after they were done.

I went there I think 2 days ago? Well anyways I was waiting to get my eyebrows threaded and there was only one person getting the eyebrows done and another lady just sitting on her phone. I waited 5-10min and asked the lady who's in the front desk how long and she said 10 more min? Then after 30 min of waiting I finally got my eyebrows done. Long wait when there was just one person getting threaded eyebrows and the other lady just sitting on her phone

My threading lady is on vacation and I couldn't hold out any longer so on the advice of a friend I came here. Huge mistake. One of my eyebrows is normal and the other is skinny. They were both bushy and overgrown and the tech said well it looked skinny before. Bullpoop! Do you think I don't know what I look like every single day? She also cut me and then put alcohol on it. DON'T COME HERE

Very bad experience. I suppose to get a haircut it seems like if the woman who cut my hair didn't know what she was doing. She took forever, and she barely cut my hair, supposed to be a haircut with layers, but she did the opposite of what I wanted, my split ends are still there, and on top of that she charged me like if she did layers, which she didn't. Very very disappointed, don't waist your money, you will need it to get another haircut immediately after you walk out their door.

Everyone there is really nice my girlfriend gets her eyebrows threaded but I was very disappointed finding out that as man I can not get my eyebrows threaded here and men also like to take care of themselves so it didn't make any sense as to why I couldn't pay for this service when it will profit this business. This business will profit tremendously if this was allowed. To me it seemed a little discriminatory and we as people should not discriminate each other I know we have cultural values but a lot of people already get discriminated against why stoop that level much love to your business.

Highly disappointed on this location. I'm sure they could do better, they seem to have a lot of clients or at least the lady that threaded my eyebrows should have made my $8 and tip worth it. Unfortunately, I should have asked for a mirror as soon as she was done but I was confident that it would look nice. As I drove I noticed my brows looking like if someone had shaved them with a razor...

Please don't go to NIGHAT. She is terrible at her job. I went to her for eyebrow shapping and she left me with uneven eyebrows. That's not all. There is a Nick in my left eyebrow where there is a small but visible patch of hair removed from my straight line of brow hair. Now left eyebrow is nicked and right is uneven. I get eyebrows shaped regularly and I can tell you that once the shape is spoilt it takes at least a year to get back to normal. In fact when I told her that the brows seem uneven she said everything looks fine. Please do not use her services. Others in the salon are quite talented so please avoid her!

Came here for an underarm wax, ($12) front desk staff is very friendly and gets you accommodated quickly. The wax specialist was nice as well. during my experience gloves weren't used I didn't like that cus what if you just gave someone else a Brazilian wax are gloves not used then too? Yuck. The wax is on a stick that looks like deodorant and they roll it on. I'm not sure if mine wasn't melted enough but the application process of the wax was so painful, the tool used felt like it was pulling my skin when she was just APPLYING the wax. Lol this is suppose to be the painless part, After the wax is applied they use a strip to clean up the hair and during my experience the cloth didn't do a good job of getting all my hair so my waxed was continuously trying to get the remainder of the wax off. This hurt even more than the actual hair removal. Overall the staff is nice but I would NOT recommend getting waxed here. Go to a place that uses melted wax and no strips to pick up the wax, it's faster and all the hair is removed on the first try. I normally go to a wax center highly recommend that instead.

Update: I recently got a fantastic haircut from Zeba. It's difficult to make curly hair look good but she did it! Thank you!

Worst place ever to get They were patches of hair left undone on the legs and pulled the skin right off while doing waxing !! Will never visit this place again

I've been a loyal customer of Aisha's Salon for over a decade. Nighat is hands down the best! She's always friendly, patient and a perfectionist at what she does. Nighat may be the busiest, but is definitely worth the wait! I've never made an appointment and have never waited more than 15 minutes.

This place was wonderful. We just moved to Houston so was nervous about trying a new place. Came here based off a recommendation from my friend who comes here. I booked an appointment with Nighat, who was very nice and as well as the lady at the front desk. They seem to have a wonderful and professional type system set up unlike most salons. I will definitely be back and see Nighat for eyebrows and hopefully other services! Thank you ladies!
