I recently visited this salon for a facial, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The lady was nice, but the bleach application was done poorly, resulting in unwanted discoloration on my face and hair. Despite only booking a basic facial, I was convinced to add extra services, but the outcome wasn't worth it. Given the visibility of the damage, I'm concerned about the salon's attention to detail. Maybe they need to work on their quality control. Not sure if I'd recommend this place without some improvements.

Place has really gone to shit. Been a loyal customer 7+ years and always make appointments. How is it I walk in for my 1pm appointment and my girl is taking someone on. I said cool whatever we’re next and they choose to bring someone else in before me and my mom who HAVE APPOINTMENTS? What’s the point of having appointments if you guys aren’t running on time? I make appointments because I have to schedule this around my busy day only to have two people go before me who did not have appointments. Terrible service on their part. This place went from $5 to $10 for eyebrow threading. Nothing has changed in service so why the up charge? 7/6 update- fix your hours of operation online- Google says you open at 10AM, so I’ll pulled up at 10:30AM- door says 12PM fix so people don’t waste their time driving over here and having to leave. Now I’ll go elsewhere in Harwin to get my eyebrows done. Thanks to this- found a place charging me $5 for eyebrows, so thanks for that 🙂

Shahla is Amazing! I definitely recommend her for a facial and anything else! I got a facial today because my mom recommended her to me. I originally didn’t want to go, but my mom kept insisting and now I know why! She definitely knows what she’s doing and she’s so nice through the whole process making sure you know you can tell her if you need anything! She’s very attentive and great at her job!

Shahla is the best!! I love coming to her she always does my eyebrows and upper lip threading and they come out perfect!!! She did today my Gold facial today and my face looks amazing after!! I recommend her to anybody! She knows what is best for you!!! I have been coming to her for years!!!! Thank you Shahla❤️❤️

I’ve been going to Shala for eyebrow threading for years, and I truly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my brows. She is incredible at what she does, precise, gentle, and consistently perfect every single time!

I had the most amazing facial with Kaneez Auntie! She has truly magical hands—so gentle and attentive. She takes her time and never rushes, making sure you feel relaxed and pampered throughout the entire session. I always go to her, and she never disappoints. Hands down, she’s the best!

I’ve been coming here for 6 years and have been driving an hour to get here. There are locations everywhere but my preferred is off Hilcroft with Shala. Although it’s quite the drive, I am hesitant to trust anyone else with my eyebrows. I will continue coming here and choosing Shala to do my brows! Overall, the staff is wonderful and quality of work is great.
