Aishi Machame Hotel

Highly recommended! The hotel exceeded all our expectations. Its a peaceful place with lots of greenery, where monkeys jump through the trees and eat avocados straight from them. There s no noise from the road, as the hotel is located well away from traffic. We slept very well on comfortable beds, enjoyed a tasty breakfast, and had a great martini at the bar. We couldnt imagine a better place to relax after our climb||We also ecommend asking reception to arrange a mini tour to the waterfall near the hotel. The walk takes about 30 minutes, and it is definitely worth it1! For just $5, you’ll visit a beautiful place with a waterfall. We were truly impressed

Perfect hotel! Everything was great. I really like hotels of this type; quiet, peaceful, and cozy. This is a place where you can truly relax and enjoy the sounds of birds singing. I d also like to highlight how comfortable beds; we slept very well and fully recovered after Kilmanjaro. I definitely recommend Aishi

We stayed at Aishi Machame for two nights (before and after our Kilimanjaro climb) and were completely satisfied. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds, a green garden, and a large, clean swimming pool. The restaurant also deserves a special mention — the food was delicious, and the service was quick. Another big plus is the diverse drinks menu. The hotel offers fast Wi-Fi throughout the property, and we had no issues making video calls. Honestly, I can’t think of anything else to wish for — we were absolutely happy with our stay.

I stayed here before and after my Kili climbing trip with Altezza. The rooms were comfortable and had netting for the beds. The pool was a little cool but relaxing. And the food was excellent. The restaurant was a great spot for our climbing group to celebrate after we all completed the climb.

I stayed before and after my Kilimanjaro climb, and it was FANTASTIC! Such a peaceful, beautiful place. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable - I especially appreciated the cozy beds and mosquito netting. The restaurant food was delicious, and all the staff were warm and attentive. The fact that the hotel is surrounded by greenery made it even more magical, in my opinion. Overall definitely recommended to anyone visiting Tanzania!

We stayed at aishi Machame because of our Kili climb, but tbh the hotel is a great place for any trip around Tanzania. The food is tasty, and the menu is big I was never hungry and never had to leave a dish unfinished. The rooms are quiet and comfortable (you can see they were recently renovated) and the reception staff are polite and always ready to help. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back on our next visit to Tanzania.

The hotel amazed us with its grounds! Many people write that the hotel is good for the nights before and after the climb — and yes, that’s true, but apart from sleep and a hot shower, there’s definitely plenty to see and do here!|1 – Monkeys live on the property. I spent several hours quietly observing these fascinating animals.|2 – The cutest rabbits — not one, not two, not three, but a whole bunch of them! You can ask for some carrots in the restaurant and even feed them yourself.|3 – The hotel has a special spot for bushbabies: in the evening, the staff turn on a special red light that attracts these little creatures (though I’m not sure what draws them more — the red light or the bananas, lol). I was lucky enough to meet a baby bushbaby!|4 – There are also two large land tortoises living on the property, but you have to be lucky to spot them.||As for the hotel itself — only good things to say: the rooms are spacious and bright, there’s a good laundry service, delicious food in the restaurant, a pool, and sun loungers for relaxing by the water. Towels are provided for free. The staff are friendly and unobtrusive — no tipping pressure or any unpleasant practices. We were completely satisfied with our stay!
