AJ Hackett Kawarau Bungy Centre

We saw this place on our Queenstown road trip, and it was so interesting. This place offers bungy, zipline and catapult thrill rides with the Gibbston valley as the backdrop. Amazing views and exhilarating screams and laughter makes this a great pitstop. There’s a nice cafe in the ticket centre that offers good grub too. Try their calamari ! Yum!

Everything was well planned and every single staff member was very helpful and nice. It felt like my safety was their top priority. The bus transportation from downtown Queenstown worked like a charm 👌🏻. Before the jump some relaxing country music was playing which is a plus because I love country music! 🥳 My video was shot perfectly and it along with pictures will be a treasure for the rest of my life.🎥📸 A huge thank you from Finland! 🙋🏼‍♂️🤝🙂🙏🏻

Amazing experience! The customer service as safety checks are amazing ! Been sky diving 6x and this was just as exciting completely different adrenaline rush . Photos came out AMAZING great quality. Even when having to reschedule they were very accommodating. The whole facility is definitely worth the visit. Highly recommend!

Watched others jump and it was really a cool experience even from the sidelines. There wasn't much of a crowd at the viewing platform so it was rather a good experience compared to having to squeeze with massive crowds at other places. Will probably come by to have my own jump soon!

Beautiful spot to stop. If you drive 10 minutes further to the Hut you can actually go down all the way to the river. Very much worth it. If you walk a bit up you have the scenery from LOTR (Argonath). It seems people just stop at the bridge, definitely go down to the river!

I actually just came to have a look at people doing the Bungy as I am too scared to do it myself. I ended up doing the zip line that was fun, but after that I felt emboldened enough to do the swing, but unfortunately did not have anyone to go along for it. Will surely revisit and do it next time, you never know maybe will try the bungy! The people were very helpful and the attention to detail and safety were next level. The instructors were very patient and detailed oriented along with making us feel completely as ease with step by step instructions. Can’t wait to come back!

We had an absolutely amazing experience at the Kawarau Bridge Bungy. The jump itself was unforgettable — thrilling, smooth, and incredibly well-run. The team was professional, fun, and made us feel completely safe. The photos and videos were fantastic too, capturing the moment perfectly. A truly world-class adventure — highly recommended!

Great experience, can't recommend it enough. The best part is you get several high quality photos and a video of your jump included with the ticket price. Just make sure to wear a few layers - the line to jump can be long and it's windy on the bridge, we got cold while waiting.
