AJ Hackett Kawarau Bungy Centre

We saw this place on our Queenstown road trip, and it was so interesting. This place offers bungy, zipline and catapult thrill rides with the Gibbston valley as the backdrop. Amazing views and exhilarating screams and laughter makes this a great pitstop. There’s a nice cafe in the ticket centre that offers good grub too. Try their calamari ! Yum!

This was my first time bungee jumping, and I was extremely nervous to begin with. However, the staff made the experience so enjoyable, and I had an absolute blast! I did not book an appointment ahead of time, however they were able to squeeze me in, and I am extremely grateful for that. Additionally, with the experience, you get photos and videos taken of you, and the quality is AMAZING! I would highly recommend this experience for anyone who is considering bungee jumping.

Watched others jump and it was really a cool experience even from the sidelines. There wasn't much of a crowd at the viewing platform so it was rather a good experience compared to having to squeeze with massive crowds at other places. Will probably come by to have my own jump soon!

I had a great experience at AJ Hackett Bungy. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive at every stage of the process. My check in ran smoothly, I felt well cared for by the bungy staff, and the pictures were excellent. It was an all around great experience!

As a former Airborne Infantryman, I know what real attention to detail looks like. This team had it dialed. The facility was sharp, the staff was focused, and the entire process felt safe and solid. Couldn’t have asked for a better first bungee experience!

Amazing experience The atmosphere at the place is great. There, one can find 3 options available: bungee, swing and zip line. Fun fact: this place was the first commercial offered bungee jumping.
