I booked this hotel from December 30th to January 6th. I was given the worst room I've ever stayed in. It was US$250 night. The room was unacceptable. Your luggage didn't even fit in the room. The space was like a shoe box. The bathroom was even smaller. You couldn't sit in the toilette without your feet getting into the shower space! After complaining, I was moved to a "superior room". Yes, it was superior compared to the first room!. It was bigger than the first one. At least, luggage fitted in. Bathroom was a bit more spacious too. But I had NO air condition for the entire stay. They kept saying the technician will come tomorrow.... never happened. The pillows were disgustingly filthy and bed was never set properly. The only good thing about this hotel was breakfast and the location.

I loved staying here and would again, but Uruguay gives me a creepy stonecutter vibe. Look up how the jay suits used Paraguay for slave labour for decades - left a mark on these odd little countries

This is a nice, two-story hotel from the late 1960's that survived the demolition of the area and its replacement with soulless condo towers. ||||The location is unbeatable. The hotel has an old-fashioned vibe, in a good way. It opened in 1970, is definitely a bit worn around the edges but very well maintained, including the common areas and gardens, very clean and comfortable. The staff is super friendly, from the reception desk to the housekeepers and the kitchen staff. ||||We had asked for a room with a double bed and got a bigger one that also had an additional single bed in it - extra space! The bathroom was a bit small but not a problem for us. The room was incredibly quiet, we never heard another person. Great wifi, great air conditioning, excellent housekeeping. Beach towels were provided on request. The breakfast buffet had more variety than I had expected. ||||We really appreciated the early checkin and late checkout.

The hotel is 7 minutes away from the beach. There is a street with cafes and restaurants nearby. Very friendly staff, especially the staff at the breakfast cafe and the girl who cleaned our room every day. The room is spacious. There is a refrigerator and an air conditioner. Breakfasts are delicious and always replenished. There is a swimming pool. It is not large, but very warm. There is a game room and a room where you can work. A very nice and cozy place. I recommend it!

The location is very good (around the corner from the Enjoy Casino & hotel). Outdoor parking is exclusive for the hotel residents, and it is not charged additionally.||Front desk staff are good.||When I arrived, the room they were going to give me had the air conditioning at full power (it was a winter night). But the front desk manager immediately gave me a warmer room (# 52).||The room size is fine for one person but too compact for two. The bathroom is definitely small.||It was evident that the hotel maintenance staff put a lot of efforts in keeping the rooms and bathroom, a bit dated, not only clean, but also in good shape. ||Breakfast was very good.||Internet speed, very slow.

Pleasant enough, basic hotel. Rooms are a bit old fashioned but very clean. Breakfast is good and its handy that it runs till 12. Pool is a nice addition. Hotel is well located, right next to the bus station and beaches.||Unfortunately we visited Punta del Este in low season (Beginning of May) and whilst we expected it to be quiet we weren't prepared for just how quiet it was. There really was nothing going on and it was tricky to even find places open to eat. Obviously though this is no fault of the hotel itself. ||Overall Very Good.

Cute hotel with extremely friendly, well trained, and multilingual staff. The rooms are good, albeit a little old. Good shower and good bed. Breakfast is excellent in a peaceful room. The price is fair and adequate.

Nice and cozy. The attendants are all well trained, very sweet, the pool is warm, there is a good shower for after the pool. Just next to the beach. Very convenient. Great air conditioning. Parking lot.
