The establishment truly excels in providing a wonderful experience. The high quality is evident in every detail. The service provided is truly exceptional and contributes to a pleasant atmosphere. The private rooms offer a touch of elegance and exclusivity. A particular dish, featuring pork, was truly outstanding and deserves special recognition. The entire experience was delightful from start to finish. A return visit would certainly be a pleasure. It's a place worth recommending to others seeking a remarkable dining experience.

This is black pork shabu-shabu, dipped in dashi. The natural sweetness of the black pork is truly astonishing. Even when boiled, it produces almost no scum, and each bite of this beautifully tender pork fills your mouth with happiness. It’s absolutely delicious. This is the kind of restaurant you can’t help but recommend to others!

Was recommended to Ajimori by a Kagoshima native and this place lives up to expectations. In time for lunch specials and there were many choices. The side dishes were better than most places. The offerings were different and each dish was distinctly delicious. The main course was of course the kurobuta, which we had as tonkatsu and ginger-fried. The tonkatsu was excellent. Crispy, crunchy exterior with moist juicy pork. The ginger-fried pork was also well-prepared and complemented the finely shredded slaw and rice. Excellent service. Excellent meal at a good price. Would come back to try other items and the dinner menu.

Kagoshima is well known for its kurobuta. This restaurant does tonkatsu for lunch and Shabu Shabu for dinner using this special pork. We ordered special kurobuta and lunch special tonkatsu sets. Although the kurobuta was supposed to be far superior for me it was tasty but a little too much fatty bits came with my cut. Also the breading was over cooked a bit. It was burnt in my opinion. So the kurobuta experience was not as good as the ones I had in the past. Actually the lunch special tonkatsu set was only 1000 Yen and it tasted really good. I think I would suggest that ordering the lunch special was delicious enough and very cost effective. The special kurobuta set was 3000 yen and it was underperforming. I wonder how the Shabu Shabu during dinner would be…

You can enjoy freshly fried tonkatsu. This restaurant is featured in cartoons and magazines, and has a long line of customers.

It's a very busy famous restaurant, so we walked in to make reservation 2 days before we had the lunch. It was impressive the manager still remembered my name when we just arrived at restaurant 2 days later. The pork belly shabu shabu is the best choice in the town. Lady serving our table is very kind and professional. However, only 1 hour was allowed for customer for lunch, it may be a little bit rush for having shabu shabu. Despite that, it was an excellent lunch to taste the black pork at Kagoshima.

Very nice kurobuta cutlet. I had layer pork cutlet with cheese. The bottle sauce is lighter side and vinegary. Vege sides quite something.

We came here to eat Kagoshima's famous black pork (Kurobuta) shabushabu. Taste and service were good.
