Ajloun cabins

very beautiful place, amazing my stuff, cute and cozy cabins! they have few hiking trails with wonderful views. breakfast was tasty as well! highly recommend to visit

I have had a bad experience, expected to have a four bed room and gave me two only. The ceiling was leaking, and I git paid extra charges for using the towels. The employees are extremely nice but the manager had a rude attitude

Firstly the location is magical! The staff are very helpful and friendly. We took the lux room ( not sure about the name ) but it's a cabin with a bedroom and lounge that could fit 4 ppl. It's ok but could be better. They provide fresh sheets and blankets, but it wasn't supplied by hand soap for example. The breakfast is poor, a lot can be done to reflect the Jordanian baladi breakfast. All in all we enjoyed a lot, and definitely would visit again for more than a night. Ajloun is a multiple-night stay!!

We stayed there for two nights, the family rooms are amazing, with breathtaking view. Room service is good enough. Breakfast is something very simple but everyone will like it especially Zait w Za'atar. Within the area, there you can walk for around one hour (in summer I advise to be at early morning or before sunset). At night, you will hear animal voices (maybe wolves or similar).

The place is beautiful but we did not enjoy the experience! We booked a cabin for two people and we were shocked that a big family is booking 3 out 6 cabins around us with a lot of children! Indeed they were very rude and noisy and the staff did not do anything about it. They kept screaming all night long and woke up at 5 am screaming around us! I blame the staff because the cabin should accommodate only 3 people but they allowed many people to sleep in each of the 3 cabins. So disappointed ☹️

This place feels like it is losing quality with time. Rooms are no longer as clean, and often missing towels, toilet paper, soap...etc. Still acceptable quality but losing a lot of value with time.
