Very interesting and informative! Make sure to grab an English pamphlet by the entrance for translations on the exhibits. A good museum on an amazing people. Lockers available. Give yourself at least 2 hours to see entire musuem.

Very good museum, my daughter who is currently writing her masters on history/museum learned something about how the Swedish state still suppress the Sami culture, by not giving credit to the Sami people who assisted on expeditions.

Very interesting and fun museum! Great exhibitions and a fun game for children to earn a little gadget/reminder to take home. Adults pay 100kr which is a very honest price for this museum. Children enter for free! If you are around Jokkmokk and have 2 hours to spend, definitely visit this museum!

It is an excellent museum! Not much of the text is in english but there is an audioguide and the entrance was only 90kr. The displays are vivid and interactive, and it takes about an hour or 90 minutes to cover. Recommend!

Upon entering the museum I didn't think it was for me (looked empty and artsy) but it was actually a very nice experience. For sure a recommended stop if you are visiting Jokkmokk.

Definitely go here during your trip to Jokkmokk! This was one of the most beautiful museums I have ever visited. The children's area was so interactive and the exhibits throughout were curated beautifully. We learned so much and thought it was the best museum out of the five we visited- Ajtte and four in Stockholm! The gift shop had some great finds as well. Highly recommend!

Fantastic museum about the Sami people. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The shop is great too. A pity that the restaurant was closed.

Very interesting and large exhibition. The price seems fair and everyone was really nice. Unfortunately a lot of the multimedia parts of the museum where broken (a lot of beamers where off and many interactive panels not working). But all in all it's a great experience.
