Chef is amazing with great quality food. Very creative with flavors. Our only negatives were the service that was a bit clumsy (although very sweet people) and the atmosphere that felt very corporate (we were proposed a private room that was very cold whilst a business dinner of 25 was next door). Overall, would still recommend!

Very nice ambiance, food is good but normal. The chuleton I ordered was a bit dry, but the appetizer was amazing. Service was okay.

Absolutely LOVED our dinner experience. We went with the Chefs Tasting menu and it certainly did not disappoint! Everything was so delicious. Also an extremely notable wine selection available. Some more hard to find wines are even available by the glass, which was a lovely surprise.

Beautiful concept of elevated Dominican cuisine. Great ambiance, great service and good food. Some dishes were a hit, others not as much, but an experience you can’t miss.

This place it’s absolutely incredible, if I could give it 10 stars I would! Probably the best meal I have had in my life. The chef is so kind, the service is amazing. I’m so happy that I was able to try this food.

Great restaurant and experience to enjoy a tasteful and innovative menu. Service attention is on point and the availability of a creative drinks menu complements the indoor and outdoor seating options. Ambiance is great and I recommend octopus plates and deserts for sure. Will go again. Enjoy.

Ajuala is a gem in Santo Domingo, from the service, explanation of each platter and it's components, the detailed information on each platter including entries, main courses and desserts make a visit to Ajuala a must. - Service was really good from the start, someone was always attentive to our needs or questions, including the Chef that gave us a warm welcome and thanked us for visiting his place. - Ambience and crowd The ambience was very relaxed yet sophisticated, the guests were all well dressed and some it seemed to be frequent visitors, (I would too), that made it feel more familiar yet you had your own space. - Food...I mean Art The food, wow, from the presentation, the explanation and how each bite danced in my mouth made us enjoy each second of our visit. Appetizer * Casabe y Queso Campuno 🤤😋👌 * Ceviche en Leche de Tigre w chefs touch🤤😋🤤 Main Course * Chuletas de Cordero Asadas/Lamb Chops🤤😋 * Falda de Toro Brangus 🤤😋🤤 Desert * A Chocolate Dessert mix with Salt, Chunks of Chocolate and another add on, they mix it the serve in the chilled cups, wow the flavors on this desert takes you to so many places🤤😋🤤😋🤤 * Coffee was also delicious
