Here’s a polished and honest review based on what you wrote:||⸻||We recently stayed at the AKA Times Square and found it to be in the perfect location for a Broadway-centered vacation — just steps away from the theaters, restaurants, and all the energy of NYC.||We booked a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom suite, which was very comfortable overall. The beds were great, and the living space was ideal for relaxing between shows. However, I was a bit disappointed with the size of the bathroom — it felt very tight for 3 adults, and I honestly can’t imagine how 4 adults would manage. It would have felt cramped.||Another small issue was the worn cabinetry under the sink. For the price point, you expect the room to be a bit more polished in terms of upkeep.||That said, the staff were excellent, always greeting us with genuine smiles and enthusiasm — Kevin in particular made a great impression. The property also offers complimentary coffee, tea, and pastries each morning, which is a nice touch (though we didn’t take advantage of it this time).||Overall, a solid stay with a few minor drawbacks. Great location, great service — just be mindful of the bathroom layout if you’re traveling with a group. We would stay here again!
