This was my second time staying at the AKA Times Square and the entire experience was fantastic!! Centrally located in Manhattan with very easy access to the subways, Broadway shows, Bryant Park, along with great restaurants and shopping. Everyone at the desk and door are so welcoming and friendly (and a special shout-out to Kevin who always makes our day when we see him) and even though house keeping is only once a week, if you have a request they are wonderful and attentive. During my most recent trip (for one week with my husband), I stayed in the one bedroom premium suite with den and it was wonderful. Loved the well appointed kitchen, large bedroom, plenty of closet space, and having a nice and quiet "home" to come back to after a long day in the city. I do wish the bathroom had been a bit bigger however, I also know that space is a premium in NYC. I also have to mention that I slept so well given the mattress and pillows provided (which is always a huge plus when traveling). Thank you AKA Times Square for such a marvelous stay and we cannot wait to return!

We stayed 17 nights. We love this hotel. Plenty of space, clean, exceptionally friendly staff and having a washer and dryer is so key when we're at the hotel for so long. Rates are high, but compared to other hotels in NY, very reasonable for what you get.

AKA Times Square is the perfect serviced apartment in Manhattan if you want to be right in the thick of the action. A minute walk away from Times Square, you're pretty much close to all the Broadway shows, including the Belasco, which is right next door. You're also 5 mins away from 2 main subway stations with major train lines running through them. Beside the unbeatable location, you also get to enjoy a nicely equipped, nice sized, and clean apartment. There's also a nice rooftop lounge and gym with new equipment. To top it all off, the staff from the front desk, to housekeeping, to ops (special shout out to Katsia, Layla, and Esther) are very accommodating, friendly, and responsive. Highly recommend AKA Times Square!

Each time I visit AKA Times Square, I feel more and more at hope. The staff are absolutely wonderful and caring, and the rooms are always kept fresh and clean. Having Un, Deux, Trois next door is like having an in house restaurant! I go to tons of Broadway shows, and this is the absolute best location right on the nose. There are many restaurants within one block, and there is a Bodega with food and drinks right across the street. Highly recommended.

Here’s a polished and honest review based on what you wrote:||⸻||We recently stayed at the AKA Times Square and found it to be in the perfect location for a Broadway-centered vacation — just steps away from the theaters, restaurants, and all the energy of NYC.||We booked a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom suite, which was very comfortable overall. The beds were great, and the living space was ideal for relaxing between shows. However, I was a bit disappointed with the size of the bathroom — it felt very tight for 3 adults, and I honestly can’t imagine how 4 adults would manage. It would have felt cramped.||Another small issue was the worn cabinetry under the sink. For the price point, you expect the room to be a bit more polished in terms of upkeep.||That said, the staff were excellent, always greeting us with genuine smiles and enthusiasm — Kevin in particular made a great impression. The property also offers complimentary coffee, tea, and pastries each morning, which is a nice touch (though we didn’t take advantage of it this time).||Overall, a solid stay with a few minor drawbacks. Great location, great service — just be mindful of the bathroom layout if you’re traveling with a group. We would stay here again!

This Hotel was AMAZING. We had zero negative experiences while we were here. Both of the doorman’s that we saw while we were here (Ceaser and Ellet) were super friendly. Ellet waited with me while our door dash was coming just to make sure I was safe. Ceaser when we got here brought the bags up and when we left came up stairs and loaded all of our bags and got them into the car. The front desk staff were all super friendly and kind. We loved chatting with Kevin and Elliot. The rooms were super clean and this was a perfect location to see shows. The maid did an amazing job and they were super accommodating. We will be back. Thank you for such an amazing stay.

The room is newly furbished and very comfortable. Kitchen and washer made our stay a lot more convenient and cosy. Hotel staff are all very friendly, especially Tina and Kevin. Excellent location for broadway, food and subway, but nicely tucked away from the over-crowded Time Square.|Highly recommend!

Stayed at the AKA as a temporary base ahead of my move to New York so needed space for my mum and I. We got a two bedroom apartment and was initially disappointed to have received a room with two twins and one with a queen bed when the website doesn’t make that option too clear. Additionally, some improvements could be made to the room. |However, any disappointment disappeared when I was greeted every day by the incredible staff who AKA is truly lucky to have. Special mention goes to Cesar and Kevin who made so much effort to make us feel welcome and to reiterate that AKA can always be our home base. AKA Times Square, you are genuinely so lucky to have such fabulous employees who go out of their way to make guests feel like family.
