AKA West Palm

We had a fantastic stay at the AKA because the staff was great, the room was exceptionally clean and the location was in the center of everything including minutes away from the Kravis center. Michael the front desk manager ensured our stay was enjoyable by communicating before and during our stay. Thank you sir. The hotel has an electric cart that took us to our dinner spot downtown and all we had to do was text for availability. Pretty cool. The view from the big windows was great. We will definitely stay here again and thank the entire staff for making our stay enjoyable. Great job Housekeeping!

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel—everything from the rooms to the service was spot on. The staff was incredibly friendly and genuinely helpful, from the front desk to housekeeping and even the bartender at the pool. You could really feel they cared, which made the whole experience even better. The pool area is a great place to relax—plenty of chairs for sunbathing and the water’s perfect for a quick dip. The gym’s solid too—well-equipped and works for all fitness levels. One of the best parts? Many of the rooms come with washer/dryers and full kitchens, which makes longer stays super convenient. The studio rooms even have balconies or Juliet balconies. Plus, the location is perfect—easy walk to shops and restaurants. Would definitely come back.

Absolutely loved my stay. Room featured many amenities and housekeeping kept it impeccably clean. Pool was warm and fabulous to lounge by. The bike rental wound up being my favorite aspect as I was able to bike to the beach and restaurants. Front desk staff and the shuttle driver Michael were AWESOME! So kind, courteous, and helpful. This was my first time visiting Palm Beach, and staying at AKA West Palm truly made the trip unforgettable. We visited in February and are already excited to return this winter! I absolutely loved this property and truly didn’t want to leave. We stayed in a two bedroom suite and it was beyond comfortable. It had everything you could possibly need: a full kitchen, tons of space, in-suite laundry, and a balcony which we enjoyed each night. It felt less like a hotel and more like a beautifully designed home, so clean, modern, and thoughtfully laid out. The vibe throughout the property was just so relaxed and elevated. I loved the AKA Lounge, it was such a cozy, stylish space to hang out, with couches, a TV, and a bar. There’s also a boardroom and quiet work areas if you need to get anything done, which is perfect for a longer stay or work trip. The outdoor pool was also beautiful, and I loved that there were yoga classes out there! Another thoughtful touch was the AKA Market downstairs, they had everything you might need during your stay, from snacks to groceries you can bring up to your unit, which made things so convenient. Michael was so awesome and made our stay so special! He helped us get around with the golf cart and was so warm and accommodating. It’s rare to find service that genuinely feels that personal and thoughtful. I truly had such an amazing experience here and can’t wait to come back. If you’re thinking about staying in West Palm, AKA is a place that’ll absolutely exceed your expectations and is in an incredible location!

Beautiful place and excellent location. Amenities are great with a convenient shuttle to take you anywhere downtown/ the island! Brad at the desk is amazing! 10/10 service and accommodating. Although there’s a shuttle, everything is walking distance which is amazing too. Definitely would stay here again and again!

Everything was perfect from check in to check out. The room was very spacious and exceptionally clean. The balcony view was awesome. We were there for their annual block party. It was a blast. The A.Market and the D is for dog was fun! Shout out to Jordan, Marco and Kelli for taking such good care of us!

Every time I'm in WPB, I stay at AKA, and the hospitality is always 100. I never thought they could top my previous visits. However, they did today. I requested an early check-in, and they were quick to let me know they would do their best, and if my room wasn't ready, I could still use the pool and other facilities. Unfortunately, I had a long day with canceled flights and had to drive down. I showed up around 8pm, quickly got me into my room, and made sure all my needs were addressed. I can not recommend this hotel enough. Louis (I think) and Brady were just the best at the front desk. This doesn't feel like a hotel; it feels like staying over at a friend's house.

This is the second time we have stayed here to go to a concert and it does not disappoint!! The staff is extremely polite, attentive and literally goes out of their way. My husbands car broke down in the parking garage and it was a total nightmare. Every single staff member we encountered offered to help in any way they could by providing jumper cables, found a guest to hook up for the jump and had the car come up to us and even extended our checkout (not once but TWICE!) since we were stranded and 3 hours from home. I work in customer service for a living and after seeing their standards, it makes me want to do better. AKA WPB is unmatched! The amenities are so luxurious, super clean rooms and hotel in general and the market on site had the best lattes on the earth. Zero complaints. 10/10 would recommend!

If you need it to be dark in order to sleep, this is not the hotel for you. Curtains were basically sheer and the lights from the pool area/city shone into the room all night. One other negative was the pool area does not get a lot of sun. Disappointing for a gal who was hoping to sunbathe. beautiful rooms, spacious, had all we needed including plates, bowls, cups and spoons. walking distance to beautiful marina, lots of shops and restaurants. staff were friendly and courteous.

I was pleasantly surprised with my stay at AKA. Location was easy to get to and bonus attached parking garage (for fee). I found check-in was a breeze. There was a steady flow of people in/out and felt like all managed efficiently. The parking area is secured and you must have your key fob for entrance AND exit. I chose a single queen quest with penthouse view. The room was super cozy and cute. It was perfect for my business trip. The kitchenette was handy for warming up dinners, refrigeration, washing dishes. The bed was firm - could have been a bit more plush. Bathroom with shower was efficient and clean. AKA was in walking distance to shops and dining. And Starbucks! I would def book again at AKA next time in town. Only issue was terrible smell of food in hallway but not smell lingered into room.

EXCELLENT place to stay. The walking distance to everything West Palm Beach is perfect. The place is very clean, well taken care of and the staff is professional and attentive. The views are beautiful! The gym is nice with the pool through the glass windows. Beautiful view of the intracoastal from the swimming pool. Fantastic stay!

Absolutely amazing experience from before check in to check out. First they accommodated a reservation change due to a tropical storm. They honored my Carlton request (see video). Bartender (Jed) was great - lots of tips on places to check out, really nice guy. EVERYONE who works there was super nice and accommodating. Pool is beautiful. Room has EVERYTHING - very comfortable and modern. Also love the market/cafe and you get a daily $15 credit (get the chia seed pudding, almond croissant (AMAZING), or açaí smoothie. I had to travel to help with my dad at a nearby facility, but staying g here made it a very pleasant trip, and the hotel was in a great location to get anywhere quickly (with a shuttle too). Fave places: Serenity for high tea, Herbs and Earth for witchy things (and good loose tea). Ve for AMAZING and affordable vegetarian food. The rooftop bar at the top of the Ben hotel for late dinner (love the art here). Oh - and priced lower than the Hilton or Marriott - and so much nicer. I'll definitely be back!

The wifi here sucks. It asks me everytime I use my computer to put in the room number and my last name, and then it takes forever to load. Fuck off. I don't have time for this bullshit. For this, I'm gonna spend the rest of the time here at the Hyatt a few hundred feet away.

Poor quality service staff who need training and supervision by additional experienced managers. Horrible coffee, sloppy room cleaning. Disappointed.

Frustratingly inept customer service. Lots of apologies without the most basic remedies or solutions available. Hotel, however, is new and the facilities are nice - and thus the reason for booking initially. But if you're looking for a dark room to sleep in, there are no black-out curtains and the city lights will keep your room lit at night. Management's solution was to tape cardboard boxes across the sliders...more ineptness! Rooms didn't have basic amenities such as softer pillows or utensils and napkins in the room, which doesn't make sense for short or extended stays. Can't possibly recommend to friends or family wanting to visit West Palm Beach.

Wow what a hotel experience! This almost felt as if we were AirBNBing in a one bedroom apartment. I did read they do extended stays so it makes sense to have so many amenities in the room. The room had a full kitchen, work area, and a bathroom with a nice sized tub. The only downside was the room was big enough for a king sized bed and they only had a queen and the couch was not a futon. It was just me and my husband so there was more than enough room. I also enjoyed the pool and outdoor area, well maintained and can be seen from the balcony of the room.
