Great place to stay!!! I’m a Chef from Dallas who was sent here to assist in training new staff at EATALY which recently opened at City Place just blocks away from the hotel. This place had clean rooms, friendly and supportive staff, easy access to lots of restaurants and nearby things to see. All within walking distance. I was here for two weeks with only one day off but I would wake up early enough to enjoy my surroundings. There are bars on Clematis Street and a really cool smash burger spot open late called Skinny Louie’s. Also each weekend, there’s a massive farmer’s market that is very impressive by the water front. The beach is a quick walk over the bridge but the hotel offers bicycles too as well as a circuit vehicle to transport you just around the immediate area. Very convenient. Thank you AKA for your hospitality!

This was honestly the perfect hotel stay for us. We got upgraded to a 2 bedroom, corner suite which was gorgeous and so bright and had everything we needed. The Circuit shuttle was so convenient to take us around, the A.market food was excellent, service was great, and the location is perfect and walking distance to many shops and establishments downtown. We parked at the nearby city owned Evernia garage to avoid paying the hefty valet fee. It was only $5 on weekends and $20 on weekdays per day.

It's great in the hotel! Everything is new there are apartments that have any useful accessories. There is a washing machine there is a dishwasher. The bed is very comfortable. Everything is really very well thought out. The exceptional welcome especially Bradley he was fantastic! How wonderful and the pool and yoga classes with Stephanie were exceptional!

We arrived after a long trip. No one helped bring our bags in. And were told that we would get house keeping only once. When I asked how come, the manager shared that if I'd booked for less than a week we would have gotten it every day. Apparently I was mistaken about the standard of the hotel. When we got to the room we were disappointed. Nothing special and you could hear noise from the street. I do not recommend this hotel and will not be coming back. It was a sore disappointment and not at all what I was expecting. If it were a budget hotel I would have understood. It certainly is not.

Bradley and AKA West Palm is a beautiful and peaceful place to stay. Bradley at the front desk is kind, helpful, and took his time taking care of us which I loved. The lobby is small but light and bright. The location is stellar. We enjoyed the restaurant blindmonk and the a market for breakfast as well. Everything delicious! Our room had a gorgeous view of the pool and ocean and the breeze at night with the veranda door open was heavenly. The bedding is soft and gorgeous. We had a wonderful stay. Annie W.M. Rm 841

Absolutely loved everything. Stayed here 5 nights and it was the most comfortable stay. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and having washer and dryer in room was the best. Great shuttle service and driver Michael was very professional and kind. The Market has great sandwiches and coffee. All the staff was kind and courteous. Highly recommend this especially for extended stay.

Wow. I’ve stayed in countless hotels, but this experience was wonderful. From Bradley’s kindness and energy at check-in, to the amazing housekeeper who tracked down decaf nespresso pods for me without me even asking, to the fabulous gym, to the woman who brought my luggage out to my car when there wasn’t parking… the service here truly is above and beyond. Thank you to the whole AKA team!!

Google
Amazing property in the heart of Downtown Palm Beach, in a quiet street, walking distance to City Place and Clematis. View of the Intracoastal waterway. Well appointed and comfortable rooms. This is a great place for the discerning and experienced traveler , as well as a family vacation. Great poll , spa and gym.

Yelp
If you need it to be dark in order to sleep, this is not the hotel for you. Curtains were basically sheer and the lights from the pool area/city shone into the room all night. One other negative was the pool area does not get a lot of sun. Disappointing for a gal who was hoping to sunbathe. beautiful rooms, spacious, had all we needed including plates, bowls, cups and spoons. walking distance to beautiful marina, lots of shops and restaurants. staff were friendly and courteous.

Yelp
I was pleasantly surprised with my stay at AKA. Location was easy to get to and bonus attached parking garage (for fee). I found check-in was a breeze. There was a steady flow of people in/out and felt like all managed efficiently. The parking area is secured and you must have your key fob for entrance AND exit. I chose a single queen quest with penthouse view. The room was super cozy and cute. It was perfect for my business trip. The kitchenette was handy for warming up dinners, refrigeration, washing dishes. The bed was firm - could have been a bit more plush. Bathroom with shower was efficient and clean. AKA was in walking distance to shops and dining. And Starbucks! I would def book again at AKA next time in town. Only issue was terrible smell of food in hallway but not smell lingered into room.

Yelp
EXCELLENT place to stay. The walking distance to everything West Palm Beach is perfect. The place is very clean, well taken care of and the staff is professional and attentive. The views are beautiful! The gym is nice with the pool through the glass windows. Beautiful view of the intracoastal from the swimming pool. Fantastic stay!

Yelp
Absolutely amazing experience from before check in to check out. First they accommodated a reservation change due to a tropical storm. They honored my Carlton request (see video). Bartender (Jed) was great - lots of tips on places to check out, really nice guy. EVERYONE who works there was super nice and accommodating. Pool is beautiful. Room has EVERYTHING - very comfortable and modern. Also love the market/cafe and you get a daily $15 credit (get the chia seed pudding, almond croissant (AMAZING), or açaí smoothie. I had to travel to help with my dad at a nearby facility, but staying g here made it a very pleasant trip, and the hotel was in a great location to get anywhere quickly (with a shuttle too). Fave places: Serenity for high tea, Herbs and Earth for witchy things (and good loose tea). Ve for AMAZING and affordable vegetarian food. The rooftop bar at the top of the Ben hotel for late dinner (love the art here). Oh - and priced lower than the Hilton or Marriott - and so much nicer. I'll definitely be back!

Yelp
The wifi here sucks. It asks me everytime I use my computer to put in the room number and my last name, and then it takes forever to load. Fuck off. I don't have time for this bullshit. For this, I'm gonna spend the rest of the time here at the Hyatt a few hundred feet away.

Yelp
Poor quality service staff who need training and supervision by additional experienced managers. Horrible coffee, sloppy room cleaning. Disappointed.

Arts L.

Yelp
Frustratingly inept customer service. Lots of apologies without the most basic remedies or solutions available. Hotel, however, is new and the facilities are nice - and thus the reason for booking initially. But if you're looking for a dark room to sleep in, there are no black-out curtains and the city lights will keep your room lit at night. Management's solution was to tape cardboard boxes across the sliders...more ineptness! Rooms didn't have basic amenities such as softer pillows or utensils and napkins in the room, which doesn't make sense for short or extended stays. Can't possibly recommend to friends or family wanting to visit West Palm Beach.

Yelp
Wow what a hotel experience! This almost felt as if we were AirBNBing in a one bedroom apartment. I did read they do extended stays so it makes sense to have so many amenities in the room. The room had a full kitchen, work area, and a bathroom with a nice sized tub. The only downside was the room was big enough for a king sized bed and they only had a queen and the couch was not a futon. It was just me and my husband so there was more than enough room. I also enjoyed the pool and outdoor area, well maintained and can be seen from the balcony of the room.

Yelp
comfortable hotel, quiet room, nice staff, good location. Good option for extended stay . Pet fee is steep.
