We had an amazing stay at AKA! First and foremost I have to give a shoutout to Michael and Tom who drove the AKA electric car. They were so friendly, responsive, and professional and I would come back to this hotel solely for that reason. Other than that, the rooms were clean and had everything we needed. I loved the robes and the nespresso machine. The gym is small but I used it daily and it did the trick! Location is excellent and we actually walked to Palm beach a few days. Really no complaints - only thing to note is the pool barely gets any sun. Overall exceeded our expectations. We will be back!

This is a unique hotel in the way that you get a hotel feel and front desk / valet experience, but the rooms are really more like a condo set-up than a hotel room. You get a full kitchen on one hand but no place to hang a jacket on the other hand. With that being said, the location of this hotel within West Palm Beach is fantastic. I'd definitely stay here again.

Rooms were immaculate upon arrival, pool/courtyard view was amazing. Mini kitchen equipment was absolutely + (a few pots and pans, oven, range, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge&freezer). Bed was comfortable. Ability to control room features by scanning a code (although a little disconcerting to have to scan the code every day). Hotel location was close enough to lots of food and activity options (only about 1.3miles to the sand at Palm Beach). Staff was generally very friendly and helpful. Bikes available for free use, which was lovely as well. Market available with some food products and fresh-made sandwiches/coffees. Hotel restaurant open for dinner had lovely options, just a bit on the expensive side. A few things would have improved the stay even more (nothing bad, just possible room for improvement)! A/C was odd and finicky, didn't seem to follow inputs on the thermostat (room was either super cold or super hot). No blackout curtains made it harder to sleep (along with neighboring rooms or hall noise not being muffled by the walls). Lots of pet noise on the floor I was on. There were absolutely no trashcans to be found on the hotel grounds, which was very inconvenient at times. Room was not cleaned very often (maybe once a week at most). Didn't matter a whole lot, except would have been nice to be able to get fresh towels or find somewhere to put trash. Overall, a beautiful hotel, nice for an extended stay.

Enjoyed our stay so much . The hotel is so clean and smells so good .The staff were so Fr and accommodating. Bradley was so nice to upgrade us to king suite room with a pool view .The room feels like we are at our own home . So spacious ! He also recommended to us a great Italian restaurant . They offered a ride to drop us off and pick us up at the restaurant . To cap the night , the alcoholic drink they gave us as a welcome drink , satisfied our thirst . The next day , a quick bite / breakfast at the AKA Market was amazing . Over all , highly recommended this hotel . Great location !

Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the front desk staff who text us two hours prior to check in to let us know our room is ready. On my reservation, I stated it was our anniversary to my surprise. Our room had champagne and salted chocolate covered caramel chocolate. 🥰🥹 and a beautiful welcome card. This property is extremely clean and the convenience of exit in the elevator and walk directly to your room is priceless! It is quiet and the Location is walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. This is the only place I plan to stay whenever I’m in Palm Beach!

Beautiful hotel, room was spacious and had everything we needed including plates, bowls, cups and spoons. Had no issues with noise. Hotel staff were friendly and courteous. Parking was $25 per day and you could use the garage. Walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants and the beautiful marina. If you need it to be dark in order to sleep, this is not the hotel for you. Curtains were basically sheer and the lights from the pool area/city shone into the room all night. One other negative was the pool area does not get a lot of sun. Disappointing for a gal who was hoping to sunbathe

My favorite hotel in downtown west Palm Beach. I travel back and forth every 5 weeks and I will never stay anywhere else after my experience there. Wow wow wow from the moment you walk in you are treated like royalty. All the employees are kind extra helpful and go above and beyond. The room I had was so sexy/beautiful with a walk out patio and garden. STUNNING 🤩 I CANT WAIT TI GO BACK!!!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at AKA WPB. The room was richly equipped with complete kitchen, including cooktop, oven, dish washer, washer/dryer, refrigerator, toaster, etc. and all clean and in working order. Spacious drawers, shelves and cupboard. Very friendly and helpful staff, from reception to valet, housekeeping etc. We were impressed by friendly and creative staff at A_Market, when we phoned and asked if they had six eggs, we went only to find that they were sold out. So staff went to kitchen and put six eggs into a small carton container. Problem solved. The Blind Monk restaurant also exceeded expectations. Housekeeping is just weekly. Overall we found the service to be ‚okay‘ not exceptional. Body soap, shampoo and conditioner were not replenished during the weekly cleaning. Also, the floor could have used more attention. But, overall it was ‚okay‘. We will certainly think of AKA again, when the need arises.

Yelp
I was pleasantly surprised with my stay at AKA. Location was easy to get to and bonus attached parking garage (for fee). I found check-in was a breeze. There was a steady flow of people in/out and felt like all managed efficiently. The parking area is secured and you must have your key fob for entrance AND exit. I chose a single queen quest with penthouse view. The room was super cozy and cute. It was perfect for my business trip. The kitchenette was handy for warming up dinners, refrigeration, washing dishes. The bed was firm - could have been a bit more plush. Bathroom with shower was efficient and clean. AKA was in walking distance to shops and dining. And Starbucks! I would def book again at AKA next time in town. Only issue was terrible smell of food in hallway but not smell lingered into room.

Yelp
EXCELLENT place to stay. The walking distance to everything West Palm Beach is perfect. The place is very clean, well taken care of and the staff is professional and attentive. The views are beautiful! The gym is nice with the pool through the glass windows. Beautiful view of the intracoastal from the swimming pool. Fantastic stay!

Yelp
Absolutely amazing experience from before check in to check out. First they accommodated a reservation change due to a tropical storm. They honored my Carlton request (see video). Bartender (Jed) was great - lots of tips on places to check out, really nice guy. EVERYONE who works there was super nice and accommodating. Pool is beautiful. Room has EVERYTHING - very comfortable and modern. Also love the market/cafe and you get a daily $15 credit (get the chia seed pudding, almond croissant (AMAZING), or açaí smoothie. I had to travel to help with my dad at a nearby facility, but staying g here made it a very pleasant trip, and the hotel was in a great location to get anywhere quickly (with a shuttle too). Fave places: Serenity for high tea, Herbs and Earth for witchy things (and good loose tea). Ve for AMAZING and affordable vegetarian food. The rooftop bar at the top of the Ben hotel for late dinner (love the art here). Oh - and priced lower than the Hilton or Marriott - and so much nicer. I'll definitely be back!

Yelp
The wifi here sucks. It asks me everytime I use my computer to put in the room number and my last name, and then it takes forever to load. Fuck off. I don't have time for this bullshit. For this, I'm gonna spend the rest of the time here at the Hyatt a few hundred feet away.

Yelp
Poor quality service staff who need training and supervision by additional experienced managers. Horrible coffee, sloppy room cleaning. Disappointed.

Arts L.

Yelp
Frustratingly inept customer service. Lots of apologies without the most basic remedies or solutions available. Hotel, however, is new and the facilities are nice - and thus the reason for booking initially. But if you're looking for a dark room to sleep in, there are no black-out curtains and the city lights will keep your room lit at night. Management's solution was to tape cardboard boxes across the sliders...more ineptness! Rooms didn't have basic amenities such as softer pillows or utensils and napkins in the room, which doesn't make sense for short or extended stays. Can't possibly recommend to friends or family wanting to visit West Palm Beach.

Yelp
Wow what a hotel experience! This almost felt as if we were AirBNBing in a one bedroom apartment. I did read they do extended stays so it makes sense to have so many amenities in the room. The room had a full kitchen, work area, and a bathroom with a nice sized tub. The only downside was the room was big enough for a king sized bed and they only had a queen and the couch was not a futon. It was just me and my husband so there was more than enough room. I also enjoyed the pool and outdoor area, well maintained and can be seen from the balcony of the room.

Yelp
comfortable hotel, quiet room, nice staff, good location. Good option for extended stay . Pet fee is steep.
