One of the worst room. Yesterday I took room(Ac room) at morning 6:30 am they will Ac provided 10 am .

Room ac doesn't work staff not good worst service provided by hotel ever in Andhra pradesh

This Hotel is Actually Nice but Need Renovation work done AC not working but they charged me the Ac price hot water not Their Toilet not Cleaned. And Sometime Feels Haunted. Helpers asking for tip and forcefully taking the tip.

Rooms are neat and clean. Bang opposite to railway station. My mother had forgetten her purse with cash in it. The hotel promptly called up and transferred the money to our account as we had left Rajahmundry by then. Hats off for their honesty. Would highly recommend the hotel.

Lot of things went wrong. We were 3 and paid for extra person but the hotel told us at 10pm that they will provide extra mattress and pillow but no extra blanket. We had to ask for drinking water 10 times. No water glasses, no remote for TV ( so TV is decoration piece only), no intercom to connect to reception, water dripping in bathroom, dirty bathroom, no maintenance of the property. When we asked for blanket, receptionist started abusing. There are other hotels like RV Grand right there with better facilities and better prices. This place must be avoided at all costs This

Bellow average lodge. People prefer to stay only because of its location. It is just opposite to Rajahmundry railway station. Room was not clean. Dirty bedcover was provided and when we asked for changing it, they denyed. AC remote was not working. Staffs behaviour was very bad. Will not recommend to stay.

Hotel Akanksha Inn is a centrally Air-conditioned Hotel, just in front of Rajahmundry Railway Station, Gate No. 1. Its attractive, Grey and red building will appeal to you for a comfortable stay, but it might not be that great when you stay at this cheap place. I have stayed here twice during my official visits and found this property, worth of its money, only when you have a demand for a bed to sleep and an adjacent location to railway station within a red currency note (Rs 1000). The hotel has nothing to offer than small stinky rooms with moderate comfortable bed and for a relief... Quiet Air Conditioner. They have no restaurant but staff will bring cheap food from restaurants outside served in hotel's utensils. Even a tea will be outsourced, which will come in a dirty Thermos (vacuum flask)! They have no idea of anything in the city, No travel desk, No WiFi, no LED TVs, No clean bathrooms and no decent staff. Only the Manager of the Hotel is a nice person who will try to help you but sadly with no result. Other desk staff is rude, non-cooperative and will harass you if situation arises. I took their best Executive room, which turned out to be pest infected and wash-room was all leaky and dirty. They will agree on corporate discounts first but will deny later, when you come to settle your bills. There are a few hotels nearby, which offers better services than this good for nothing property (in services). But remember... They are the only one in the town, who will provide you an AC room for as less as Rs 550! I would strongly recommend, to avoid this property and search for other hotels nearby.

We were given 2 ac deluxe room for 3 persons. After 2 hours of full payment being done at check in , the manger told me rudely to shift to another room as the room we were given is far better. He just told, " room chor do" . But after protesting he just told " achha dekhte hai". The hotel position is good but this type of behaviour will not get you 5 star rating. Sorry.
