I purchased an Akari Buy 1 take 1 Rechargeable Square Fan with Led Light (ARF-8018) via Shopee App last June. I only use it during power interruptions and I have used it for only 3 times. Both units. And now, 1 unit is not working. I have reported it on your Shopee CS. And your CS (CSR102CC) is claiming that I have been using my Fans for months when it was only for 3 times during power interruptions to make my kids feel comfortable. Very poor product. Very poor CS. Will never purchase Akari products again.

They sent me a defective item last April 30. I returned it personally last May 9 because it was my only available time. I follow up and they said it's taking too long because they have set a new return policy. May 15 they said that they already refunded my payment. How come they refunded my payment if I paid thru COD?! And I never gave them my bank account/Gcash or whatsoever. That was the last time that they got in touch with me. They said this week they will send me a replacement. And today is May 21st and I haven't received it yet. 😡
