Fantastic atmosphere with fancy food.
We did get the option of "vasaloppet" pasta buffet, since I will do the race but we checked the menu before we made a reservation and we found many things we wanted to try.
In short, the tartar was our favorite but everything tasted great. I seldom say that there is too little food and I think prices are a bit low on restaurants these days. Meaning, i think we should pay a bit extra for; chef, waiter, farmer and animal welfare. That being said, I think the dishes (especially main) could be diluted with some cheap carbs.
We loved the atmosphere; the building feels old, the smell of wood fire when you enter, cloth on the table, well dressed waiters, lighting. It's spot on cozy.
