We ordered the wagyu combo set, and this was truly the highlight and main reason for dining here. The quality of the beef was excellent, immediately noticeable from the first bite. Each cut was coated in fine panko breading that created a beautiful, golden crust when fried. The exterior was perfectly crispy, while the inside remained remarkably tender and juicy, showcasing the richness of wagyu without feeling heavy.
One standout element was the sauce that accompanied the combo. It paired exceptionally well with the beef and complemented the rest of the set, including the Japanese sushi rice, comforting miso soup, and a good portion of finely shredded cabbage. Everything felt thoughtfully balanced, allowing the beef to shine while still creating a satisfying, complete meal.
The wagyu was served completely rare in the center, which is where the experience becomes especially fun and interactive. A heated stone plate is provided at the table, allowing you to cook each piece of beef to your preferred level of doneness. You can lightly sear it or cook it further, adjusting the texture and flavor to suit your taste. It's even enjoyable to experiment by trying different levels of doneness with different pieces to see which you like best.
This customizable approach makes the meal feel personal and engaging. Being able to fine-tune the beef exactly the way you want adds a unique element to the dining experience.
Overall, it's a very enjoyable and satisfying way to appreciate high-quality wagyu, and one that steak lovers will especially appreciate.
