Aksjemøllen by Classic Norway Hotels

A group of 25 hockey players from Canada enjoyed our stay at this well run boutique hotel. The front reception staff was extremely helpful with all of our requests. Particularly Andreses (sp?) who helped organize our laundry and yoga classes on my behalf. Food was excellent. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! Ann at the front desk was so pleasant and helpful. We had booked single rooms which did not have a fridge and Ann stored all our items which needed refrigeration. ||The hotel is near many shops and a 7-11. You can walk to the sculpture museum (about 25 minutes).||Our rooms were next to a stream and it was wonderful to listen to at night. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. We would recommend.

Had an excellent stay here for 1 night in the Junior Suite. The suite was roomy enough for 3 people to settle in without stepping on each other's toes. Breakfast was also a nice spread of your expected hot foods, breads, meats and cheese, and other selections. Would stay here again if we're in the area!

Charming hotel in an old millhouse situated next to a lovely, babbling stream. Generous breakfast. Friendly staff. Nice room. Easy walk to pedestrian-only area and restaurants/shopping. Would return, and recommend, for a stay in Lillehammer!

Hotel is located in the middle of Lillehammer. We were there early last month in September for a night. Beds are comfortable, good sound proofing and clean. Good breakfast. Staff are friendly and welcoming.

We arrived early and asked to store out suitcases, the greeting was less than friendly. When we returned later to check in we were warmly welcomed. We had the junior suite which was very cute but just a bit cluttered, a bit less furniture would be better. The bathroom, although spotlessly clean, was the tiniest I have ever seen in a hotel. It was very hot and humid in Lillehammer and even with the windows open and a fan, the room was stifling. Breakfast was not great. The bar upstairs is lovely however and has coffee available even when closed. The hotel is well located, we walked from the train station.

Beautiful boutique hotel conveniently located near the train station and shopping. The rooms are small but very nice, many overlooking the river. The staff was excellent. The breakfast at the Egon restaurant was ample and tasty. Definitely recommended- I’d stay there again!

Quite an architectural achievement. The hotel is in a former grain mill. Eight stories tall with a rooftop bar. Good location for walking around the town. Some rooms could be a bit cramped and the lobby was tiny but very clean and quaint. Restaurant attached.
