If I could give 10 stars..|Staff were lovely and welcoming. The location was great! The added extras in the room were beautiful! But the stand out was the cleanliness and housekeeping. The housekeepers came in everyday and made beds, replaced tea, coffee etc and cleaned used dishes. How beautiful, they also placed my daughter’s teddies in the middle of her pillow. Wouldn’t bother going to any other motel in Dubbo. Thank you for an amazing stay!!!

What a wonderful gem in Dubbo this place is! The staff are fabulous at meeting the needs of their guests and the rooms are sparkling clean. There is a Mc Donald’s next door and it is just down the road from Dubbo zoo. We also used a courtesy bus to the local tavern so that we didn’t have to drive, but there are other clubs and pubs within walking distance if you want an easy meal. I would have no hesitation in staying here again. We stayed 3 nights and the 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for our needs. It would suit up to 4 people comfortably. A huge thank you to the team for accommodating us. We will certainly be recommending Akuna Motor Inn to our family and friends.

We stayed at this motel on our recent trip to Dubbo Zoo. The owner was attentive but not intrusive and even posted me the eye glasses I left behind. Clean and neat rooms, BBQ and swimming pool which we loved!! Thanks for a great stay!

We stayed two nights. Beautiful clean room. Comfortable and has everything you need. Highly recommend.

Rooms are good size, is one the cleanest rooms we have stayed in. They definitely have a eye for detail. Mini bar well stocked and not over charged. Bed isvery comfy.

Such a big difference between disability access and wheelchair accessible and this place accommodates both brilliantly. ||As a power chair user the room was ideal space wise and comfortable. Everything is accessible from the kitchen area to the bathroom.||Perfect for independent wheelchair users and additionally perfect for those with carers, with the second room containing two beds.||Every doorway entry is flat, ideal for manual chairs as well as power chairs. |Bathroom is very accommodating to shower chairs with easy left side access for morning care and routines, includes a multi layer metal storage unit on wheels, perfect for storing items that need to be moved around the bathroom. ||The staff are amazing and so happy to help and assist. |I’ve stayed primarily at the Quest and can say confidently that this accomodation really outdoes that chain in many way and mostly because the staff are very friendly and person oriented rather than big business and money focused. ||10/10 would recommend and will definitely be back.

We stayed for 2 nights. Friendly staff. Highly recommended. Close to the Zoo. The room was fantastic attention to detail right down to the lovely bath towel. The room had everything you need and was very well equipped with Microwave plates and bowls to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We would give it 5 stars
