Al Ain Oasis

So happy to see this place developed from when I first visited almost a decade ago. There's free parking available and the entrance is also free. Lots of cafes in the main entrance which adds the overall vibes of the place. You can also rent bicycle or tricycle and explore the pavements road in between the farm. There's even a free shuttle bus from the Oasis to Al Ain Museum. You can actually walk to the museum from here it's lovely.

Best place to hang out in Al Ain City. Vast area for walking . Nice view of plam trees and others. Accessible through bus and car. Enough parking available. Can roam by using electric buggy. The site comes under the World Heritage site under UNESCO . It is better to visit in winter.

Nice place for one time visit. If you like walking then definitely you will like it. Bicycle are available but all are overpriced as for half an hour it will cost 20 to 30 Aed…

In a word, the place is great. I have never seen such a big Date palm garden before. In Addition, it is a major tourist attraction place in Al Ain, where the cool shade of trees and fresh air is available. We spent a lot of time there. We had lunch sitting under the shade of a tree.

Beautiful and peaceful place in a middle of a calm and sleepy town. Very nice to walk around and absorb the nature and the history of the place. You can even pick the low hanging dates. Definitely do not recommend doing it during high noon, though because despite all the palms, shade is not as common as it may initially seem. Thumbs up!

I would definitely recommend coming here before summer begins! We had so much fun biking around and just feeling the nature, the cold breeze, the shade, the sound of the chirping birds, the flowing water… it was immensely calming. We stopped by the cafe inside to get some refreshments. Don’t worry about not bringing cash as they have card machine. I also tried their karak cake which was okay but not that extraordinary really. Not all blocks have water and we only found one that has running water in it so we took the opportunity to take some photos. The ride we got by the way is AED50 good for 1 hour for upto 4 passengers.
