Overall, the service was outstanding and the atmosphere warm and welcoming. I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

The hotel is clean and organized. Breakfast has variety. The service is excellent. The staff are friendly. Special thanks to Mr. Karim the night manager there, he was very helpful and extended help whenever needed. Will definitely come back.

I recently spent a few nights at Al Ain Ronata during a business trip, and the overall experience was genuinely pleasant. The room I stayed in was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious, which made it easy to unwind after long workdays. I tried all three buffet meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—and the food consistently tasted fresh and well-prepared. The only area that felt a little underwhelming was the Indian corner; it could use a bit more variety and authenticity to match the quality of the rest of the spread. What really made the stay memorable, though, was the staff. They were warm, attentive, and always ready to help without hesitation. Their friendliness added a personal touch that really sets the place apart. I would like to particularly appreciate Reena at the check-in desk. Overall, a great stay, and I’d be happy to return.

We stayed as family and our daughter enjoyed a lot. All staffs were kind and attentive, whenever we need/ask anything they respond quickly. I think hotel itself is old but inside is well renovated and maintained. Pool and out door play area is perfect for winter season. Breakfast was also amazing, many choices and so fresh.

Trader Vic’s at Rotana Al Ain is one of those places we keep coming back to, and for very good reasons. Whenever we are on holiday, it’s a must-visit for us. The classic Tiki atmosphere is fantastic: warm, relaxed and full of character. Combined with consistently excellent food and great cocktails, it creates a truly enjoyable experience every single time. What really sets this place apart, though, is the team. A special thank you to Kabita, our server, who is always smiling, attentive and professional. She genuinely made our visit feel personal. And a big mention to Hossen, the manager, who is always present, approachable and attentive to every detail. You can clearly feel a strong service culture and a real commitment to guest satisfaction. Trader Vic’s is not just a restaurant for us, it’s a place we trust, enjoy and return to again and again. Already looking forward to our next visit.

We were told at check-in that we were getting an “upgrade,” but it honestly didn’t feel like one. The room was in a completely dead part of the hotel with a dark, empty pool as the view. The lively side wasn’t offered to us. When I mentioned it to the staff, they didn’t seem to care and kept insisting it was an upgrade. Another thing that really disappointed us was what happened in the lobby. We had ordered food from outside for our child since it had more child-friendly options. Before he started eating, I asked the waiter three separate times if it was okay for him to eat there. He said yes every time. Once my child actually started eating, a lady from the hotel suddenly came and told us we had to eat in our room. How do you stop a child in the middle of eating and tell them to move? It made us feel uncomfortable and honestly didn’t make sense, especially after we had already checked with their own staff. Overall, the experience felt very inconsistent and not family-friendly at all.
