Al Ain Rotana

We had an exceptional experience at Al Ain Rotana. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and every corner reflected attention to detail. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We especially appreciated the delicious and varied breakfast buffet—a perfect start to your day! The highlight of our stay was celebrating our daughter’s birthday. To our surprise and delight, the hotel went above and beyond by offering a complimentary birthday cake and even a thoughtful gift for her. It was such a memorable gesture that made her day extra special. This level of care and hospitality truly stands out. We are definitely staying here again on our next visit to Al Ain!

A fantastic experience from the get-go! Swift check-in, super clean and well maintained property, wonderful dining experience (we had breakfast and dinner), and most importantly, extremely welcoming staff! The staff made all the difference. Prashant, Lady, Keerthana, Spencer, Obada, the lifeguards, each and every team member of the hotel personnel has just one goal - 5 Star Guest experience. Our kids enjoyed the squeaky clean pools, it was the perfect spot to relax and laze around as well. I'd suggest the pool view rooms for the beautiful view of not just the pool, but also Jebel Hafeet. The property looked extremely beautiful at night from our balcony. Furthermore, the rooms are very clean, well appointed, and quite spacious. We gorged on their delicious meals and loved that it was all freshly prepared with the best ingredients. The fresh juices in breakfast are very refreshing. We insinuated about our anniversary and the staff were quick to send a nice little treat to our room, the perfect end to a wonderful weekend. We will back again with friends and family!

My wife booked this hotel because it wasn’t far from where her son lives and works. We planned for Al Ain 4 days then Dubai for another 4 days. And as I write this we are in Dubai, but find ourselves missing the Rotana. All the staff there were great, they made us feel special. Our room was very nice and the choice of two pools wonderful, both of which were a perfect size with a convenient bar attached to the pool. It was all very relaxing. All the restaurants were great, with outdoor seating and good food. Admittedly the drinks were, we felt, very expensive, but that seems to be the way out here! So be prepared for a card bashing… and that’s all drinking establishments not just in Al Ain.|Having said that, we are planning on coming again…. And we will spend longer at the Rotana. It was a wonderful surprise of our holiday. 🥂😎

The customer service has been first class, I could not ask for more! Everybody has been so helpful and attentive. It has made our stay a very special one. I would like to say a special thank you to Visham who shows great passion for his job, my family found very attentive , courteous and so helpful. Ryan at the pool bar was excellent always with a friendly smile, and Ana's was excellent at the pool making sure everybody was safe. Thank you very much. !

I arranged a dinner for 40 people with Rotana Al Ain Catering and requested 5 servers to ensure smooth service. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. Despite providing clear instructions in advance, I found myself having to manage everything on my own and constantly give directions to the staff. What made it worse is that they discarded the food without asking for my permission, and the soft drinks were not served until I specifically asked—only to find out they were kept hidden in a container. The service was unprofessional and completely below expectations. I do not recommend this catering company at all.

I had an excellent experience during my stay at Al Ain Rotana hotel. The ambience was warm and welcoming, making it a perfect place to relax. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the pool area was absolutely delightful. A special mention to Hotel staff Mr. Ramen for his outstanding service both at the pool and during breakfast—his attentiveness and friendly demeanor truly enhanced our stay. Highly recommended!

We visited this beautiful hotel in April 2025—not as guests, but to enjoy some food and drinks at the Atrium Lobby Lounge. The experience was excellent from start to finish. The food and drinks were top-notch, and the service was truly outstanding! We ordered the Avocado Toast, Moroccan Mint Tea, Iced Mocha, Apple Danish and Double Chocolate Milkshake—each one was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. A special mention to Mr. Youssef and Ms. Lady for their exceptional service. They were warm, friendly, efficient, and incredibly professional. Their attention to detail and hospitality really elevated the entire experience. Highly recommended, even if you’re just stopping by for a bite or a drink!
