Al Ain Rotana

My family and I visited Rotana Hotel (AL Ain) our experience was exceptional due to the assistance that was offered by the hotel staff. Upon arrival it was very seamless and effortless. My kids even received a gift as a complimentary to make their stay much more special.Each staff demonstrated professionalism and courtesy.||||The front desk staff was attentive and friendly ensuring that our check in experience was smooth. The house keeping kept the ambiance relaxing and kept a flawless standard of cleanliness, the concierge team was very helpful ensuring the consistent assistance with our needs.||||I would like to give a special comment to Jessy for her outstanding service and commitment in ensuring guest satisfaction. It’s very noticeable that her genuine hospitality played a major role in enhancing the quality of our stay.||||Jessy is well-trained and highly dedicated in delivering outstanding and exceptional experience for the guests. I will surely recommend the Hotel to others. I am looking forward in coming back again .

Our sincerest apologies to the ALAIN ROTANA TEAM for this very late "REVIEW". |We had the opportunity to spend 3 days at the Hotel in February this year. We were given one of the Best rooms, the Best Room Service along with quality food & a relaxing atmosphere. We are greatly indebted to Mr. RALIK JAAN & Mr. TUAN HOSSEN for making our stay so happy & memorable. The staff were friendly & efficient, the room was spacious & luxurious. We so regretted not staying longer. Al Ain Rotana is, without a doubt, the best hotel in Al Ain! The customer service, rooms, location, dining experiences, nightlife, pool, etc. are unmatched. If you stay in Al Ain, it's the perfect staycation! If you're visiting Al Ain, it's the perfect vacation. |This is our go-to hotel whenever we want to get away for a relaxing weekend, enjoy a delicious brunch, or dance the night away.|Mr. Ayman provided extraordinarily top-notch customer service! He immediately stepped up to check us in as soon as I approached the counter! He was super professional and efficient! He even honored us with a room upgrade, which was absolutely spectacular! Whenever he saw us in the lobby, he ensured that we were enjoying our stay! A million thanks to Mr. Ayman!|Whenever we see Mr. Vishu, we know that we will have an awesome dining experience! We had a great time with the whole family with a lot of activities to do in the hotel, the kids enjoyed the pool so much. Thank you to Jesse and the whole hotel staff for making our stay memorable. We will definitely coming back.

I honestly wanted to give this hotel 6 stars for the beauty of the room. But unfortunately, my experience was completely ruined by the Arab (Egyptian) staff member Mohammed. His behavior was cold, unfriendly, and there was absolutely no sense of hospitality. I called at 4 AM asking to speak with an Arabic staff member. Mohammed quoted me 700 AED for one night (check-in at 4 AM, check-out at 12 PM). Later, I called again and spoke with Kaleem, and I truly appreciate his professional attitude—he gave me a price of 500 AED instead. The room itself is gorgeous, easily 10/10. But the blatant price manipulation depending on the staff’s mood destroyed the entire experience. Completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard

An Amazing Stay at Rotana Hotel, Al Ain, Abu Dhabi 🌴✨||I just spent three nights at this incredible property in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, UAE, and it truly has everything you could want: world-class swimming pools, a superb gym, fantastic dining, versatile meeting space — and most importantly, an outstanding team of people.||We just produced a conference here with about 300 participants over two days, and the service level was nothing short of world-class. From the event and sales teams to the reception, restaurants, spa, pool, and valet staff, every single department delivered with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail.||The Rotana Al Ain is not just a hotel — it’s a gateway to an amazing community in the Abu Dhabi Emirate. Surrounded by history, culture, outdoor experiences, and lush greenery (yes, lots of trees and grass — a refreshing contrast to much of the UAE), Al Ain offers something truly different. And this property is the perfect base to experience it all.||I loved my stay here. A big hello and thank you to the entire team at the Rotana Al Ain — I highly recommend this hotel, and I hope to be back very soon!

Amazing stay at Al Ain Rotana! Friendly staff who made us feel at home, spacious room with beautiful views of the mountain, pool, and garden. The night view from the balcony was unforgettable — the city lights and the glowing mountain road looked like a flying dragon. Perfect location near all Al Ain’s top attractions. Definitely coming back!

The buffet dinner at Zest was absolutely amazing! Mr. Youssef was extremely helpful and kind, making our experience even more enjoyable. The service, ambience, and cuisine were all incredible. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone!
