Al Ain Rotana

This is the third time that we stayed in Rotana hotel. We stayed in a suite room for 4 days and what I loved about our room is that it is impressively spacious, kid’s friendly and the ambiance is absolutely relaxing.The balconies offered a beautiful view. What made rotana hotel stand out is the cleanliness and well- maintained public areas such as the lobby , restaurants ,bathrooms, and pool in which enhance guest comfort. What made our stay really great are the people who are excellent in providing such outstanding service. All staffs are genuinely friendly. I would like to thank Ms Jessie for being warm and accommodating in answering all our queries with such professionalism. Also, I particularly appreciate the thoughtfulness and friendliness of Ms Lady to my son. She remembered him from our previous stay and she gave my son warm hugs. My son really love warm hugs! Thank you. We will surely visit again.

Our recent stay at Rotana Al Ain was exceptional. I would like to thank the whole team for making it so special for us as we went there for a personal celebration. The reservation & check in team was so efficient with the whole process and generous to our request. We had dinner and breakfast at the Zest restaurant where the staff specifically Taijool and Mishal went above and beyond to make this experience a memorable one. Will definitely stay here again!!

My family and I visited Rotana Hotel (AL Ain) our experience was exceptional due to the assistance that was offered by the hotel staff. Upon arrival it was very seamless and effortless. My kids even received a gift as a complimentary to make their stay much more special.Each staff demonstrated professionalism and courtesy.||||The front desk staff was attentive and friendly ensuring that our check in experience was smooth. The house keeping kept the ambiance relaxing and kept a flawless standard of cleanliness, the concierge team was very helpful ensuring the consistent assistance with our needs.||||I would like to give a special comment to Jessy for her outstanding service and commitment in ensuring guest satisfaction. It’s very noticeable that her genuine hospitality played a major role in enhancing the quality of our stay.||||Jessy is well-trained and highly dedicated in delivering outstanding and exceptional experience for the guests. I will surely recommend the Hotel to others. I am looking forward in coming back again .

It was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I appreciated the modern touches that made my experience even more enjoyable. The hotel’s facilities were equally outstanding. I thoroughly enjoyed spending time at the outdoor pool and was impressed with the well-maintained fitness center. The variety of dining options offered delicious meals, and the quality of service in each restaurant was exceptional. where the food and ambiance were perfect. I would also like to commend your team for their outstanding hospitality, especially levl, Tajul and Mishal who truly made our experience memorable. The level of service they provided was exceptional, and their willingness to assist with any requests was greatly appreciated. In addition to the excellent service, the location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Al Ain’s attractions. Overall, my stay at Al Ain Rotana was nothing short of exceptional, and I look forward to returning in the future. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxury experience in Al Ain. Keep up the great work!

Absolutely Amazing Staff. Myself and my Friend are both teachers at a school in Al Ain and went for a pool day break. At the pool bar Ramen was an absolute gentleman. Making us his specialty cocktail and advising us on amazing drinks and foot options, he is a credit to the Rotana hotel. An absolutely amazing, kind, man. Sachim the barman was also absolutely amazing. The two works by the bar and are amazing to deal with. |Visham the manager also was amazing who was so kind and helpful when we first arrived to the poolside.|Amazing experience, highly recommend.

Our sincerest apologies to the ALAIN ROTANA TEAM for this very late "REVIEW". |We had the opportunity to spend 3 days at the Hotel in February this year. We were given one of the Best rooms, the Best Room Service along with quality food & a relaxing atmosphere. We are greatly indebted to Mr. RALIK JAAN & Mr. TUAN HOSSEN for making our stay so happy & memorable. The staff were friendly & efficient, the room was spacious & luxurious. We so regretted not staying longer. Ramen (at the pool bar) was such an amazing bartender here, he was so kind and helpful and his drinks were phenomenal. He had gave us so much information on the area. Coming to the rotana on a day pass was the best decision I ever made. Although it was €35 to enter it was well worth it due to the splendid facilities, the absolute most amazing staff (especially ramen and Visham, shashim )Visham (manager) is a mixologist and his drinks are amazing, not like anything I’ve ever tried before!! I would 100% recommend to anyone thinking of coming here. It is worth the money, especially if you enjoy a beautiful pool, a relaxing day and some unique and amazing drinks! We are Irish and we enjoy our drinks so much so could defo recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to choose from definitely a perfect start to the day. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Overall, excellent service and a lovely experience. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting!
