This was my return visit to Alamein Hotel, and I witnessed an astonishing transformation—from an excellent level to absolute perfection.||The hotel team recorded every single preference from my previous stay down to the smallest detail: the type of wine glass, the kind of toothbrush, and dozens of other nuances. All hotel staff knew my name even before I arrived at the reception desk. My room was upgraded with full consideration of everything that had delighted me during my last visit. I was even given a guided orientation of another hotel within the Emaar group, despite the fact that it was closed and unavailable for booking at the time. My room was always adorned with luxury-category flowers.||However, the most valuable asset of the hotel—time after time—has been its team. I would like to especially highlight several individuals who not only met service standards but delivered truly personalized, VIP-level hospitality.||* Mr. Yasir Soliman — largely thanks to him, my stay became one of the very best days of 2025. He had every detail under control starting a full day before my arrival and right up until I was seated in the limousine at departure. A unique expert in international-level hospitality. I sincerely hope to see him at this hotel again.||* Mr. Abdelrahman Ragap — created a feeling of exclusivity, impeccable service memory, genuine warmth and intelligent care. He masters the art of “default management”—that invisible hand through which people and processes function seamlessly and flawlessly. He is the reason I want to return not “someday,” but ASAP.||* Mr. Ahmed Zaky — a remarkable discovery for me. From a distance, outside my immediate field of vision, he intuitively sensed my personal preferences in a working environment and ensured an atmosphere of privacy and refinement. He makes decisions instantly, without shifting responsibility.||* Mr. Wassem Rafaat, HK Manager — accommodated my rather unconventional request by arranging an additional bed on the terrace, as I love falling asleep to the sound of the sea. Under his leadership, team members **Amr Fathy** and **Mohammed Abd-elrahman** fulfilled all my special requests almost invisibly, with exceptional respect for personal space, and maintained my room in perfect condition several times a day.||* Mr. Abdel Aziz — my gratitude for his attentive service in the restaurant and for organizing personalized meals tailored exactly to my taste.||* Mr. Mark Hanna, F&B Manager — on behalf of the entire restaurant team, for the diverse and delicious menu and for the thoughtful, attentive approach toward me personally.||* Ms. Mariam Gad and Ms. Aya Reda — the embodiment of refined human delicacy and sincere care. They navigate all hotel processes flawlessly and possess the rare ability to anticipate guest needs thanks to perfect internal communication between departments.||* Mr. Mohamed El Shal — for his work with deeply structured processes, for the time he dedicated, and for his rare ability to make a conversation partner genuinely happy even while discussing operational matters.||Now I understand why for over 60 years guests have called this hotel their “second home.” I hope to see you again and thank you for every moment spent together.
