Al Bahriya

Snack El Bahria was an excellent seafood restaurant in Marrakesh that we visited for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed. They offered a variety of seafood, including seafood salad, mixed seafood rice, fried calamari, and the very popular mixed seafood dish which included about 10 different types in a generous portion. Additionally, many sides, soup, and bread were provided for free. Although they don’t sell drinks, the staff were very helpful and got some from another shop when we asked. The staff were also very friendly and tried their best to make our visit enjoyable. The price was amazing and really cheap considering the quantity and quality of the food provided. It's worth noting that this is a local restaurant, so my review is based on value for money. The first time we passed by the restaurant in the afternoon, it was nearly full, which was a good indication of its popularity. However, when we went for dinner the following day, it was not difficult to find space for our large group of 11 people. I would give them a 10/10 for the excellent experience, friendly and supportive staff, delicious food, reasonable prices, good location, and overall vibes.

The food was good but I have never had such worse service. They gave water bottles when I didn’t ask for water and at first didn’t even want to take it away. The servers are very hard to get a hold of and for some reason I had two. One was decent and the other was pretty rude. The floor was dirty and I almost slipped several times. The only good service was that of a waiter who was just finishing their shift and he helped me immensely. The food was good but because of the service I would not come back. If you’re prepared to deal with people trying to scam you, I would come here. I really liked the Seafood Rolls/Samosa Like Egg Rolls

There is a lot to tell, but all in all, it’s a five for everything: taste, price, and service. For the rest, go ahead and spend tens and hundreds of what you have, where you can get a fantastic fish meal for an average of 5-10 euros.

We had a great experience! The seafood seems to be very fresh and the variety is a big plus. As a starter you get a free fish soup with three different salads. Everything was very tasty and the staff was great! Only thing that could be improved is an available payment by card and offering napkins.

Very good place for any fish or seafood while in Marrakech. Good value for money. Very busy place though as it is very popular with locals... good customer service 👍

This place is a big scam. They charge us 800 dh ( ~60pound ) and not give us any bills for those like pictures. The two guys came to charge us money just tried to do very quick on his calculations , try to smile and make us feel they are very friendly until rip us off. So please pay attention and always ask for bill also weigh your seafood if you chose fresh food at their counter and ask them cook. We traveled from other part of Maroc where people are more pure and not scam us everywhere so cheap so we didn’t notice this until to Marakech.

Seafood is fresh. I spoke with the owner. He takes delivery of the fresh seafood daily! The price is competitive but if one individual eating, it would be expensive. Check out the menu attached. Fresh seafood! I have photos to show!

Strongly recommended. We had six days in Marrakech and ate twice at this seafood restaurant. Foods were amazing with reasonable DHS. Bill of our second meal is attached so you can have a sense of the price. 中国胃友好。
