Al Bander resort

I recently stayed at this resort and overall had a good experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made the stay relaxing. The location was perfect — close to everything and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The staff were polite and helpful, and the service in general was good. However, one downside was the pool, which wasn’t well-maintained during my visit. Unfortunately, there were cigarette butts and sand inside, which made it less enjoyable to use. Still, with a bit more attention to cleanliness in the pool area, this resort has great potential. I would recommend it for its great rooms, service, and amazing location.

Al Bander is an excellent resort – very quiet, with a beautiful sea view and an amazing pool. I’m a regular guest here and truly enjoy the place. However, I would like to highlight one point regarding the staff’s behavior during check-out. If there is anything missing or damaged that needs to be charged to my account, I completely understand. But it would be nice if this process could be handled in a more welcoming manner, so guests feel encouraged to return.

It's nice and cold ac but the water in the pool is hot no cooler it is 61.8 farenheit and the room is full with ants from the door to the window to the bathroom to the tv everything even when the door is sealed shut the room cleaners are not nice some are nice the lifeguard is very nice his name is ram and someone else as well they both are very good these are pictures of the ants there are more but this is all I'm showing

Simply to put it… My first and last time in this resort….. easiest way to put points rather than a full newspaper…. 1) disrespectful team and fight with you that they informed and they don’t… 2) the rooms are not that clean 3) The call service when you ask them for bed sheet they will say they don’t have ….. and close the line. 4) The breakfast was supposed to be for family of (4) and they fight with you that it is 2 and force you to pay for half piece of waffle the kids eat. 5) The reception when you call to clarify about the issue they will shout and say we told you….. which they don’t. 6) the restaurant have happy our and then they claim that it is only on smoking section, and once you go to buy from smoking section the team there refrain to sell you with happy hours discount cause the other normal section told them not to give us the discount…. 7) when you reach to the gate and want to get back to your room which is the opposite side of the ( claimed resort ) they say the golf cars are the opposite side.. and when you walk back a golf cars pass by you and when you request for drop they will say sorry we are busy… 8) The swimming Guards they will keep preventing you from any kind of playing with your kids, which to some extent i agree and do not agree 9) The towels are torn from several sides and dirty…. 10) When you walk at night and go to the neighbors room you will smell sewer… The cleanliness of the sea side which they allow the boats to come from and go to water is filled with garbage. If you like to try your luck and confirm my mentioned above points and go enjoy the Worts place and the list above 😂

Very bad experience. The place is very dirty and only two staff in the whole beach and pool area. The pool water is so dirty that even a small bit of water goes in your eyes it burns ALOT! My family we all got a rash on our skin and itchy for days after swimming in the pool. The beach we havent even went close to it. Looks disgusting and green water. The restaurant hasent changed since 20 yrs same old furniture Some of their staff are rude and arrogant Prices are very high Not recommended at all.

The resort is very wonderful, clean and tidy, the restaurant serves delicious food and the prices are reasonable, the swimming pool is big but needs some repairs, the sea is closed only part of it is open, the chalet needs to add cooking utensils, spoons and plates, the view of the chalet is wonderful I recommend it for families. There is an employee at the reception and his behavior is very bad I wish I knew his name.

I visited the resort on 31/5/2025.I got my booking done through the reception and the gentleman name was Ajit.A very poliete and a gentlemen person who cleared all my doubts very calmly and made me comfortable.The resort was clean ,tidy.Room service,staff is very polite.Pools are kept clean and a perfect place to spend some quality time with family.Breakfast was included and was yummy and delicious.Will definitely visit again
