Playground Alert for Parents
We came here looking for the zipline (as suggested), but there wasn’t any. The zipline area seems to have been removed and replaced with a small slide. Overall, there’s not much risky play here. The playground itself is medium-sized, a bit outdated, and more suitable for younger kids.
We ended up heading to the Chocolate Festival on the other side, and that part was fun. The walk across the overhead bridge was nice — it’s a huge open walking space with scattered plastic-type playgrounds here and there, but nothing very exciting for bigger kids. I really wish they would add more wooden structures and more challenging, risky-play elements.
They also have bike rentals, but the riding area is very restricted, probably to make returns easier.
Still, it was a good walk, especially at night. We enjoyed the outing overall, and ended the day with some affordable tea-time food (much cheaper than the festival). Lovely experience, just not the playground we expected.
