Had the most beautiful stay here. The hotel has been so well maintained both inside and out. The service and cleanliness is impeccable. Breakfast buffet is on the smaller side but still has a decent variety. Sunsets from the pool and room are the best time of the day. A day at the spa is a must; massage therapists and facilities are 10/10.

I didn’t expect a historic hotel in Lebanon to deliver the best Carpaccio I’ve had in years. But it did. Also, can we talk about the soaps? Luxurious. Shout-out to Christian at the spa for the top-notch service, and to Joseph at the Scottish Bar - a legend. Can’t wait to return.

It’s hard to describe what makes Al Bustan special. It’s the kind of place where the past lingers in the walls and the present feels unhurried. Whether you’re enjoying the art, chatting with the old-school waiters, or just watching the sunset with a glass of wine — you feel something real. Highly recommend, especially in spring during the festival season.

We spent a night away from Beirut at Al Bustan and it was the perfect getaway. It's only 20 minutes from the city but feels like a peaceful retreat. The view of the city and Mediterranean is breathtaking, and the room was immaculate. I highly recommend a morning swim followed by the breakfast buffet under the pine trees.

Visited the Scottish Bar, what a vibe! Warm wood paneling, plush couches, and a view that stretches from Beirut all the way to Jounieh. Cozy yet sophisticated, with an excellent cocktail list. A must-stop even if you’re not staying at the hotel.

"Beyond the breathtaking natural beauty, what truly sets my country apart is its exceptional tourism sector, built on a foundation of unparalleled hospitality and customer service. Every interaction with locals and tourism professionals should be warm, welcoming, and characterized by genuine smiles. Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel fell short of this standard, despite its significant representation of our rich history, culture, and heritage. To truly embody the spirit of our nation, I believe it's essential for staff to prioritize warmth, friendliness, and a genuine smile, making every visitor feel valued and appreciated."|The personel should |learn that sliling is a virtue.

We travelled from London to attend the Al Bustan Festival at the hotel. It is such an amazing property with the most beautiful view overlooking Beirut! The spa facilities are impeccable and pristine. Another highlight is the Scottish bar, where residents and locals mingle during the Festival. Also loved the Italian food at Il Giardino - such a fabulous and delicious post-concert treat!

The hotel sits atop a hill with panoramic views of Beirut. The room had floor-to-ceiling doors to take in the scenery. The breakfast is superb, the garden is dreamy, and the Sunday buffet a feast. It was difficult to leave :)
