Al Carbon Pollos Asados Estilo Sinaloa

I loved this place, the food taste homemade and finally a place where food is amazing and prices are affordable. Service was very good appreciated them checking in with us through out the meal. Got a chocoflan as well and that was amazing also. Will definetely be somewhere I want to try everything. My fatty atty ate my flan before I got a picture but Ill be back and will post more as I try stuff. I got the chicken sopes I cannot compare them to any other place because my first time ordering these but my gosh they were amazing and the consume chicken broth they served with it , um yes please!

UPDATE: 3rd time here, just as good as always. I'm glad to see more people coming to this place. I have to try some of their burritos or sopas next time, though. I bet they are amazing. I'm so glad I found this place. Came to get a burrito at Taqueria Rancho Grande and the smell of their wood fired rotisserie chicken drove me crazy. This is my 2nd time here and it was amazing as the first time. Got their Pollo Asado fries and a whole chicken meal, that comes with 3 sides and about a dozen tortillas. Their rice is so flavorful, but their charro beans (refried beans with cheese, chorizo, jalapeño) are INCREDIBLE. If you haven't been here, do yourself a favor and try it out. Outstanding place, great menu, CLEAN restaurant. It's everything you want and more.

Very clean restaurant with a friendly staff who greeted us as we walked in. They gave us chips and a bean dip that was so delicious.The food was really good, I ordered the 1/2 chicken with flour tortillas and the sopa Azteca with corn tortillas. We will be back to try the gorditas!

I recently came to this restaurant for the first time. I live fairly close and wanted some mexican food. 🥘. It was so good. The service was amazing. Isa , was so nice to me and even gave me recommendations. I am learning spanish and she let me order in spanish and told me i was very good at it. She recommended the salad which was the best salad ever. The chicken was prepared amazing and if just smelt so fresh in there! I give this place a 5 stars and definitely coming back for seconds

🔥🔥🔥! The chicken here is perfection smoky, juicy, and packed with that real Sinaloa flavor. You can smell it cooking from down the street, and it tastes even better than it smells. The salsa and tortillas are always fresh, and the sides hit just right. The staff are super friendly, the prices are great, and the portions are more than generous. You can tell everything’s made with love and real flavor. This spot is pure quality easily one of the best grilled chicken places in town! 💯🍗🔥

First, let me start by read the name of the restaurant before you go and setting an expectation on what you will receive. The best chicken out here currently, the chicken is grilled on an open charcoal flame giving it that distinct Sunday BQQ vibes. Very traditional chicken with all the sides. Don't expect to get Americanized Mexican food. This place is authentic. Everything from the rice beans and Mac salad is wonderful. Very clean and well-decorated restaurant. It's a bit small but hey get it to go. All the little details that most restaurants don't do they do. ( jalapeños and onions grilled) wish I had gone sooner. Check this place out !!

Got delivery for my daughter birthday. She was pleasantly surprised. Food was delicious, came nice hot and fresh. Ordered grilled chicken taco, chicken with beans and rice. Great options for company meetings.

I like to call this FUNCTIONAL MEXICAN FOOD, it's not the best by far but it's okay. I came in to grab a Machaca burrito on a Sunday afternoon and it was meh. The meat was decent, but I've had much better. The wait time was super long and I think they forgot my order for a while. They only had one lady taking orders for the whole place, they had her going to tables and running the register, poor lady. It sucked that nobody backed her up as she gave good service! The place was pretty clean but it's very small and feels a little cramped. It's not a good place for big groups, my party was large and we had to sit in individual groups of 4-5. Not the best experience. The specialty here is chicken but it seemed like all the meat was a bit too dry. This restaurant offers, tacos, burritos, enchiladas, tortas, and off course CHICKEN meals. Think Pollo Loco chicken meals with sides like beans, mac, etc. I didn't spot a drink fountain, it seems like they only have bottled drinks. I got a Dasani water bottle and burrito and everything came out to about $14.

Went to try out this joint and it was great! The chicken fries are my daily now. They are really good, and consistent. Don't sleep on the fries!

Hi all, this place is new in our neighborhood, and we gave it a try. The decor here is spectacular. The tables and floor is all in the style of a dirty pour paint job. The colors are vibrant and go very well together. The atmosphere is uplifting. Our server came over smiling and ready to take our order. We both ordered soup. ALBONDIGAS- (chicken meat balls, Corn, potato, green beans, Mexican squash, carrots, served with rice, green beans, cilantro, onions and limes). $14.99 I had SOPA AZTECA (chicken, mexican squash, carrots, panela cheese, avocado & cilantro) $14.99 We both enjoyed our food. We were very surprised at how big the bowls were. The actual bowls were old school clay and very beautiful. The waitress was something else... let me tell you. When she wasn't checking on us, she was cleaning. We witnessed her flipping chairs and wiping the whole chair down, wiping walls, cleaning glass, and also sweeping the floor. The only part that bothered me was when she was doing it next to our table... I kinda have a phobia with that... but that's my issue. Just an FYI, there is no red meat here. We will definitely be coming back again, thank you!

I've been here twice now and I really like this place. Nice and clean inside, I ordered enchiladas mole and my food was very good. Quick service and large portions. I will be going back!

I have yet to go into the restaurant for a sit down meal. But have order delivery several times. I have to say that the food and quality of the food is outstanding. Revelry had the family meal and it wa depths the price! If you have not tired I would greatly encourage you to support this local small business.

I've been to this place 2x and I'm not going to lie the food is great BUT customer service is awful! When it comes to asking a question about a certain plate they do not know the answer to it because it seems like they don't know the menu smh. I believe that if you work at a restaurant you must know what the restaurant sells in detail. It is a Mexican restaurant so Spanish is very important obviously and they don't speak Spanish it seems too complicated for them and I find that ridiculous. Customer service is very important to me so that's why I am giving my genuine review for this restaurant. I hope this changes because like I said the food is great/delicious.

The chicken was real good and the beans "puerto" the rice had a real good taste too. The service was great Andrea was very pleasant and helpful. The ambiance was nice not that big of a place but clean.

Delicious food with great flavor. The service is quick and friendly. They have some good deals families can enjoy. I love the tortillas and salsa it's so fresh.. The chicken is so juicy and tender but not super squishy and juicy which some rotisserie chicken can get. They have two kinds of beans and both are flavorful and very delicious. I have been eating here at least once a week since it opened..

The food was so delicious. The frijoles puercos were so delicious. I loved them! The macaroni salad was good. The rice tasted home made and the chicken was delicious

Can't believe there aren't more reviews... We didn't expect too much from rotisserie chicken as it's pretty much consistent everywhere it's sold, but this one place is so good! The chicken is perfectly cooked and has such great flavor. The customer service was amazing, these people are very nice and even walked to my mother's car to make sure she didn't forget her tortillas. The area was very clean and seems like an enjoyable place to sit down and eat at. This rotisserie chicken is most comparable to those you'd find in Mexico or chicken you'd eat at a cookout. So delicious, will definitely be going back.

Great service and food. Tried the stuffed chilaquiles and mosaic jello. Can't wait to go back and try more of the menu.

First time trying it food was so delicious better than pollo loco. Server was very sweet. I really recommend this place if you are craving pollo asado. Best pollo asado in Hemet.
