Great flavors, wonderful service. Glad we had dinner here! Try there Frutti di Mare, excellent.

A pretty nice Italian restaurant in downtown Palm Springs, with outdoor misters, a pleasant interior with comfortable booths, and a nice little bar. My friends and I came here when we were hungry for Italian during a recent stay in the Palm Desert. They offer a large variety of sauces that can be applied to spaghetti, rigatoni, tagliatelle, etc. they also have a lot of salads, soups, and meat dishes. I ordered broccoli soup, a burrata salad, and tagliatelle with Pomodoro sauce. Everything was really fresh, though I think the burrata was the highlight for me, with the exceptionally flavorful, purplish tomatoes and the creamy cheese. The soup was all right, though slightly underwhelming, and the pasta, while perfectly cooked, lacked a bit of flavor in the pomodoro. Overall, a pretty good experience, stacking up to ~4.4/5 stars. The service was very attentive and friendly, the atmosphere was pretty good, and the food definitely had some high moments.

Google
Such good classic Italian! Their marina / arrabbiata sauce is a MUST try if you like garlic. I love their tiramisu as well. The staff here are always so warm and treat us with the kindest hospitality. I prefer to sit outside but the inside is very nice as well (maybe slightly more formal inside).

Google
Very enjoyable traditional Italian restaurant, food is excellent, service was very nice. The location is nice peaceful but yet busy enough to enjoy nice outdoor dinner, heaters running to take the cool night nip off. Plenty of street parking around.

Google
First time patrons for my birthday Eve Dinner with my husband and a special couple in our neighborhood. Entering from their rear parking area I was a bit concerned, as the entrance is a bit seedy/rundown, but opening the inside door exposed an elegant, intimate and very soothing atmosphere. The service was warm, attentive and expertly stealth. Well made cocktails, homemade bread with olive oil, balsamic, and refreshing tomato bruschetta to top the bread...and then the entrees! We each chose different menu items, mine being veal Marsala with a side of perfect oil, butter and parsley spaghetti. The Marsala sauce was superb...meaty mushroom slices in that rich wine gravy made with a splash of cognac. Everyone loved their meals (how often does that happen). They heard that it was my birthday and finished the meal with surprise desert of a frozen lemon Gelato ball with a candle! PERFECT EVENING!

Google
Wonderful service coupled with some good Italian fare. Standouts for us were pasta in the signature pink sauce and limoncello gelato. They had a gluten free pasta option which was perfect for one person in our party.

Ate here 3/28/2026 5:30 pm. Fantastic host at the Front Desk. We sat outside for dinner and our server and the support staff were very polite and provided excellent service. Food was delicious too.

Google
Went to Palm Springs in March and October of this year and dined at Al dente Trattoria both times for dinner. And, both times did not disappoint. The food was fresh, tasty, and delicious. Great menu options. Solid service and cute atmosphere. Nice outdoor space, too. I'll definitely return on my next trip to PS.

Yelp
We went to Al Dente since it was restaurant week and they had a nice special. It was easy to make a reservation on the Open Table app. The service was friendly, but at times a bit slow as the restaurant got busier. Because they got busy, they got our drink order and part of our meal incorrect, but they apologized and fixed it promptly. The food was good, but from what we had, none of it really stands out from other Italian restaurants. I enjoyed the pesto sauce on my pasta- it was nice and fresh. Loved that they have a patio area with misters to keep it cool. Plenty of seating indoors as well.

Yelp
Al Dente remains my choice for great Italian food in Palm Springs. Great service by the wonderful staff. Well prepared and presented (and elicious!) food. A delightful place to eat with patio and indoor tables available.

Robert J.

Yelp
Best service I've ever experienced at a restaurant. Food was "ok." Nothing spectacular, but the food made up for it. Also note that I order the veal parm. Said $36 on the menu, but was charged $40 on my bill. Seems minor but who likes being charged 10% more than expected.

Yelp
The ambiance was great, right in the 111 Main Street outside. The service was excellent and attention to detail was superb. We ate family style and they were very accommodating. The food was spectacular and tasted familiar, yet nouveau. Well done and thank you!

Yelp
While celebrating my girlfriend's birthday in Palm Springs we hit Yelp to find a delicious Italian meal. We landed on Al Dente Trattoria which had good reviews, and most importantly was open on a Tuesday night. We arrived without a reservation and were seated immediately at an outdoor table with a beautiful full flame patio heater. The restaurant wasn't super busy, but from the idle chatter we could hear, people were really enjoying their meals. Our server and new friend, Gonzalo, promptly provided water and took our drink orders. He quickly returned with the drinks and we asked for his recommendations. My girlfriend went with the tagliatelle and pink sauce, and I chose the linguini with Quattro Formaggio, with jumbo shrimp. Fresh bread, olive oil, diced tomatoes, and balsamic were brought to the table while we waited. Our entrees followed soon after. My girlfriend loved her meal, with perfectly al dente tagliatelle...but the pink sauce which it's hint of bourbon adding to the perfectly seasoned tomatoes and cream base. As for me, I had the best pasta dish I've ever had. The linguini was absolutely perfect, and obviously made in house, the Quattro Formaggio rich and creamy with the perfect balance of cheeses (not too heavy not too light on the Gorgonzola) and the shrimp plump and perfectly cooked. We finished with the best cannoli we've ever had, crunchy, not oily and delicious, plus a complimentary birthday tequila shot! We will be back!

Yelp
Lovely outdoor patio and charming small cafe. The food and wine, however left a lot to be desired. I had a Caesar salad to start, which was basically tasteless. In fact, the entirety of my meal was this way. Angel hair pasta pomodoro with chicken. Nothing special and tiny bits of chicken that felt like they were chopped up from another dish, or scraps of chicken not used. The bread did not seem homemade and was bland, and my tiramisu tasted like something from the grocery store. Wait staff was friendly, but twice forgot items I asked for, and restaurant was not at all busy. Patio is beautiful at night - everyone is friendly, but my meal was very bland.

Yelp
This is a nice place for small groups. They have a varied menu with an Italian flair. We come often enough that they know our drinks and are often greeted by much of the staff. They always have a fish special and a pasta. We both had the special pasta crab stuffed tortellini with shrimp. I usually get the fish. They have a parking lot in back and are somehow connected to the place next door. We will be back as my friend love the attention. He dines there alone quite often.

Yelp
The decor is very nice and restaurant was very clean. Even though we ordered our food to go the host was very customer service oriented. Service for our food was great and ready on time. When we brought our food home every thing was kept warm and tasted fresh. We were both happy with our meals and will make an appointment to visit Al dented Trattoria in person.

Yelp
We just happened upon this place when we were staying nearby, and it was probably the best meal of our vacation.. Unfortunately, we had no idea it would be such a busy weekend - there were long wait times and lines all up and down the strip. But the woman at Al Dente was kind enough to let us sit at the bar for our dinner. ++ kindness and compassionate service. Then - the food came. It was SO GOOD! I loved it all.. I had pasta with a pink sauce, and the caesar salad. And my partner really enjoyed the spaghetti.. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Yelp
This is a wonderful restaurant. The food and vibe are perfect. I love the wide range of options on the menu, great bar too and really nice staff. A lot of places open and close in Palm Springs but it's no wonder they've been around for thirty years.

Desert Gal A.

Yelp
Meal destroyed by crappy speakers, and music like "Forget You" by Celo Green, "ABC" by Jackson 5, and even a line dance club song. Get new speakers, play some jazz, Italian music, brat pack, etc! Food and service was good, but whole vibe was way off with that music.

Yelp
For all the dessert skeptics and snobs out there leaving harsh reviews for good restaurants, guess what?! The entire downtown area of Palm Springs is a tourist trap. Whether you're a snowbird here for half the year or festival goer driving through for half an hour. You think that ridiculous painting you'll be hanging over the fireplace in your post modern is really worth what you paid? What is surprising however is finding a restaurant in the middle of a tourist zone that truly values your patronage, serves good food and takes care of your needs. That is special! Al dente is one of these special places - like the name implies... Just right! From start to finish, our server Noel and the crew took amazing care of us. When I asked for my cocktail to be prepared a certain way, no problem... they took care of it. When our baby got a little fussy and we asked to be moved indoors, no problem, they moved us right in. If that alone isn't enough to make you want to come back, the salads and pastas are delicious. We tried both the Caesar and the beef capaccio for our starters. Caesar was a little light on garlic, but it was fresh made and really good. Our favorite though was the carpaccio... That truffle oil drizzled over the arugula and beef is amazing. I need and I.V. of that in me everyday. For our entrees we had the veal parm and salmon. The veal was thin and tender, and very flavorful. It's served with the house garlic and olive oil spaghetti. The salmon is either grilled or sautéed. Go for grilled... the flavor is delicious. The pink sauce won my heart... they'll put it on your choice of pasta from rigatoni to linguine. These 5 stars are well deserved. And if you think this review is fake... read my 400 other "fake" reviews and you're going to realize you are the fake one. [Mic drop]

Yelp
Consistently the best Chicken Parm I've ever had. Went with the family, and each person was extremely satisfied with their respective meals. Yeah, I'll be back.

Yelp
I try to limit myself to eating here once a month since Palm Springs is filled with great restaurants, but since this place really is my favorite Italian restaurant anywhere, I end up here more often. I love their cocktails, especially their cosmopolitans, and enjoy it with their fresh baked focaccia bread served with chopped garlic and fresh tomatoes to start. I have a hard time deciding between the aglia and olio, their salmon rigatoni, or their pesto, or their caprese. I love it when you can choose between rigatoni, or spaghetti, or fettuccine, no matter which sauce you order. Tonight, I opted for the delicious creamy salmon rigatoni, which the chef personally served to me. Bon appetit! Service is always professional and friendly. I enjoy sitting on the patio even in the summer heat since it is shady and they have excellent misters. In winter, their heaters work great, or thAppétit! booths and tables are cozy, encircling their bar.

Yelp
What a perfect cozy place to enjoy a wonderful conversation with someone special or a group! The service was above and beyond as the waiter was truly at your side from menu and wine selection to your last bite. Smoked salmon pasta dish was delightful and perfect delicate sauce. Thank you for the fine experience and reasonably priced. Will be back !

Yelp
I've been coming to Al Dente for about three years now. Tonight was my last time. One of the two main servers was absolutely rude. The outdoor tables were crammed together to maximize space. I get it. We were seeded at a table where another guest table was literally 10-12" from our table. One patron at that table kept in hitting our table. The other patron at that table was talking extremely loud using repeated cuss words. We and other guests kept in looking over to the table to signal to the guests that she was being rude. The wait staff did nothing about it. I asked the waiter (taller bald waiter, who was one of the two main waiters) to switch tables. There were 6 outdoor tables available. He rudely said we could not switch tables because we did not have reservations when we walked in. He said he would check on switching our table but he never came back with a response (despite me catching his eye contact several times) 4-6 tables remained empty for over an hour. The food is decent here, but the wait staff falls short. Manage your customers if they are being disruptive to other patrons. Eating here is cramped and uncomfortable. Wait staff is rude. There are too many other options to eat in this town. Unfortunately Al dente has lost my business.

Yelp
Stumbled upon this place when looking for an Italian restaurant that also felt nice, warm, and authentic. The service was awesome from the minute we walked in. They quickly offered to hold our stroller in the restaurant for us or make room for us at our table (which we picked the later). Our server Noel was nothing short of amazing. Our dinner and appetizers came out at the same time and our server quickly jumped in and asked to stagger the meals so we didn't feel rushed. We said we didn't mind but they assured us that the meals would not be wasted. You could tell that our dinner was remade as it was piping hot and fresh. All staff members attentive and friendly. Food was also really good. Definitely recommend.

Yelp
This place is awesome! We stumbled upon Al Dente after the restaurant we initially were going to was full for the night--and I'm so glad we did! To start, the service was PHENOMENAL. The servers were so sweet. Opened doors for us, extremely friendly and accommodating. We were celebrating my 21st birthday, and they promptly brought a complimentary glass of prosecco to our table. We were sitting outside at first, but decided to move inside due to the heat. They brought someone to bring all of our drinks and bread inside so we didn't have to lift a finger. The food was delicious. The pink sauce pasta was superb! I got a lemoncello and it was perfect. They brought out icecream with a candle at the end of our meal and sang happy birthday. Overall, we had an amazing experience here and would recommend it to anyone! The food was great, but the service is really what made the experience! We felt like we were at a five star restaurant!
google avatar

Yelp
Great outdoor seating with friendly staff serving delicious Italian food. What's not to like? Hard to go wrong with what you pick here. I went safe with the steak+aglio e olio, but I also recommend anything with their famous "pink sauce."
google avatar

Poop B.

Yelp
Food was amazing. Service was amazing! We were seated outside and it was beautiful. Our server was extremely friendly, and the food was quick. We had this place recommended by a family member and it lived up to expectations. So good!

Natalie W.

Yelp
The service was so fabulous the servers were so attentive! Food was also very delicious and plates were licked clean by the end of our meal.

Jean G.

Yelp
The food is good enough, and they are quite careful to always get the pasta cooked to perfection. The menu is a little limited and it is past time for them to mix it up a little and try a few new dishes. But the service can be atrocious. Our final meal there was possibly the worst service I had ever experienced. Ever. Anywhere. And when I politely complained about it there was zero follow up or attempts to make things right. The ambiance is pleasant, but I can't get beyond my most recent service issues so we will not be returning.

Yelp
This week I enjoyed some fun in the sun and visited Al Dente, an Italian restaurant in Palm Springs. I started with a refreshing caprese salad with warm bread and a cool bruschetta spread alongside olive oil and balsamic vinegar. For my entree, I had the lobster ravioli with added shrimp (5) for $7 more. The red sauce was creamy and flavorful alongside the perfectly cooked shrimp. I throughly enjoyed soaking up the sauce with the complimentary breads. The fresh table side addition of parmesan cheese was a nice finishing touch to the dish. Lastly, I tried the cheesecake, tiramisu and cannoli. To me, the cannoli was the stand out dessert. The filling was spot on and the presentation was beautiful. While the cannoli was my favorite, all of the desserts were delicious and looked stunning. The service here is what really merits a five star review. My drink was refilled quickly and my meal was boxed with care. More importantly, I wore a white dress to dinner and inevitably managed to get bits of red sauce on it regardless of my extreme caution. My server noticed my mishap and without a word brought me soda water and an extra napkin to dab the spot out. I am grateful for his quick thinking and action. Thank you, for saving my night and dress. Well done Al Dente

Yelp
We came here for dinner and it is very nice inside and the service was great. We went as soon as they opened so we had the pick of where to sit. They have a very nice speciality cocktail menu and quite a few specials available. I had the swordfish piccata and it was cooked to perfection and the sauce was just acidic enough. My husband had the veal parm and said the veal was very tender and was a good size portion. He also had the tiramisu and loved it. Wonderful place to go for some great Italian cuisine.

Geoffrey G.

Yelp
Firstly, we love Al Dente. The food and the service couldn't be better, and we're pretty fussy people. I recently posted a review regarding my dissatisfaction with the requirement of a credit card to hold a reservation. The owner reached out to me and explained it was only for large parties of five or more, which becomes more understandable should a customer make a last-minute cancellation, especially during the busy desert season. I typically dine there with fewer than five people which is why I never had seen that credit card requirement before. Given all that, my rating goes back to five stars.
google avatar

Dan M.

Yelp
Wow! What an incredible dining experience. Fast welcome, quick seating, an awesome menu that truly delivered. They made celebrating my birthday quite special. I look forward to returning soon to further explore the menu.

Yelp
My sister and I brought our 4 children here for dinner during a cold spring break wind storm. We were welcomed with friendliness, ease and yummy food for all the kids and the two adults. My son kept calling our waiter his brother uncle so we had to take pics. As moms, we felt completely settled and comfortable and well-cared for. We sat in the outside alcove protected by wind (by choice) and heat lamps on. It was a very memorable experience of our trip. All our children ate their meals and grown up meals were delish too. Thank you Al dente!

Yelp
My husband and I went to Aldente Trattoria for New Year's Eve dinner. We had an 8pm reservation and got there early. The hostess was kind enough to seat us early. By no means was the restaurant crowded and it looked like it was well staffed. When we got to our table, I have to say nobody came to us to greet us and ask us if we wanted a drink. The hostess then stopped by and asked if our drink order was taken and we said no, she immediately took care of that for us. When the waiter came by, he did apologize and used the excuse, if we have had one more person working, we would be more on top of things (paraphrased). I ordered a ceaser salad for an appetizer and the grilled shrimp for my main course. My husband just ordered an entree of Veal Cutlet Parmesan but wanted it to be modified by not putting any tomato sauce on the cutlets and pasta. He wanted it on the side so he could put a little on. The ceaser salad arrived and it was pretty good. When the entrees arrived, my grilled shimp looked good however, I noticed the shells and feet were attached. There is no way you can eat that with a fork and knife. I had to eat it caveman style with my hands. Please note I do it think it was seasoned with salt and pepper, it was quite bland. It was accompanied by 1 small quartered potato and some veggies that were definetly frozen. It was not special or memorable. I did manage to eat it all since I was hungry. When my husband received his meal, there was cheese and sauce all over the cutlets so we had to send it back and repeated to the server what we wanted. He said he told the chef but it fell upon deaf ears. The sad part is I had to eat my meal separate from my husband which was quite annoying. When his meal was returned, he notice the cutlet was breaded only on one side, which was quite strange. He managed to each everything and at this point, our special NYE dinner was over and we both said, it was nothing special. We skipped desert but I had a delish cappuccino. ( that was the only thing that made me smile) We are locals of Palm Springs and based on this experience at Aldente, we will not be going back or recommending it to anyone we know.

Yelp
We ordered the lobster ravioli as an appetizer, and I'm so glad we did. We were able to use the bread to soak up the tasty sauce. We also shared a caprese salad. I like that they give you the olive oil and balsamic so you can make it the way you want it, cause in my case I am 90% balsamic... The bread was served warm and soft. I had the special, salmon picata and requested angel hair pasta. I felt it could have used a little more sauce (cause I love lemon and capers) but my daughter said the flavor slapped her in the face when she tried my dish. My daughter had Al Salmone, which was a smoked salmon in a pink sauce. Server recommended penne and her dish was truly incredible. Hubby had the beef dish, and the steak was perfectly prepared. It was a simple dish with rosemary roasted potatoes and spinach, but very well prepared and tasty. Service was outstanding, our server Scott was knowledgeable and attentive. Additional staff ensured our wine and water glasses were refilled quickly. Tiramisu was one of the best we've had, and the lady fingers are made in house. Mango sorbet was perfectly balanced and my daughter described it as surprisingly fluffy. The cannoli was probably good, but I order cannoli every where and have never liked it. I don't know why I still order it. Highly recommend. While there I watched the hostess disinfecting menus, all staff wore masks, including the kitchen staff.

Yelp
This place is amazing! From the service, we got a seat inside for our large table of 7. The server was kind and knowledgeable. Listed the specials well and was able to accommodate to a few requests from the table for customization. Scott was our server and he was so accommodating for a large table of 7 girls The pasta was all delicious. Lobster ravioli, carbonara, pesto, everything was delicious! Would highly recommend if looking for a sit down nice dinner.

Yelp
LOVED this restaurant! BF and I had been wanting to try since the last time we were in Palm Springs. First off have to comment that it's all outdoor dining per compliance with Riverside County COVID restrictions and they more than followed rules and we felt very safe. Love that they bring you bread and bruschetta to start with- nice change to the usu bread & butter! Then we shared the pesto fettuccine and the lobster ravioli. Both were incredible and cooked just right! The pink sauce on the ravioli was to do for- ask for some extra bread to dunk in, you won't be sorry!
google avatar

Katy J.

Yelp
This is a cute place with a fun atmosphere. We ordered the spinach ravioli and the pollo with spaghetti in olive oil, balsamic, and garlic. The ravioli was delicious is the red sauce. Comfort food and heart warming. The pollo dish was INCREDIBLE! My taste buds were singing. So many lovely flavors. The server bread and a tomato mix in the beginning which was like make your own bruschetta. Also delicious! Service was great, very friendly staff. We got tiramisu to go and it was also heavenly. Highly recommend for good Italian food!

Yelp
Lacking in service and quality of food. Go to Il Corso if you want good Italian and much better ambiance. From the moment we arrived we were treated like tourists, which unfortunately happens a lot because I run in a diverse crowd of ex-patriots living in Palm Springs. The first obvious thing that we nicely requested was for a table NOT located directly next to the kitchen where there was literally no space for our party to even sit together. Instead of moving our party to another table that would fit 6 people across from each other (the restaurant was 80% empty) they decided to play musical chairs with our party so that we could not really sit together. The staff told us those other tables were "reserved". Evidently, ghosts can make reservations at this place too, lol. So one person had to sit uncomfortably at the head of the table, one had to sit on a giant crack in the banquette separated from the group, and the servers were constantly running by bumping into each other and the corner of the table nearest the kitchen where my lovely friend was trying to be positive but was obviously quite uncomfortable. The food was boring. How do you screw up carbonara?! Mine had entirely too much pancetta, and the lackluster sauce was an afterthought. Lastly, there were only men working there, and they were so obviously chauvinistic that I wanted to scream. One of them came up to my lovely friend and gave her a sweet little condescending kiss for being so kind to sit in her awkward position. Also, the server and manager kept coming by and sucking up to who they THOUGHT would be paying the bill. They thought wrong, and watching their sheepish faces when the bill came and was handed to me was the best part of the night. Don't waste your time or money. This place is a flop.

Yelp
Well food is average and service is average, but for party of 5 charged 20% gratuities you should better tell customers!!!!! Do not trying to steal money who is willing to pay tips!!!!!!!!!!! This is not right way running business for long time! Never will come back!

Yelp
It was a good solid tasty Italian meal. I think I will return to this place. Really good, well done, classics . Definitely a go to for a good Italian dinner and a nice glass of wine .

Yelp
Great food and service with reasonable prices. This place is solid and reliable.. we've been dining here for many many years and never been disappointed.

Yelp
The food and service here is top notch! We never had to look for a waiter or busser to ask for something. Our waiter Gonzalo was so knowledgeable about the menu & beyond friendly. Everyone was friendly. We had the meatball appetizer, it was phenomenal, melted in our mouths. We asked if they could just keep bringing the meatballs!! I got chicken with lemon & butter & a side of pasta, my boyfriend got the balsamic chicken dish. Both were wonderful. I had a decaf cappuccino to finish the night and we shared the vanilla gelato with biscotti. Every portion is big & reasonably priced. It's hard to find a restaurant like this in LA. We came down for the day to meet Shag, just down the street and they recommended this place. We were pleasantly surprised! Thanks for a wonderful night. We will be back!

Pete P.

Yelp
We were in PS doing some shoes shopping . Stopped in an early meal. Great Caesar salad We order a glass of the House Pinot Grigio. Both were excellent. Can't wait to come back

Yelp
I hate having to given it a 3 star but it was just an ok meal. Like a review on here, location is great. On the main strip of the Blvd. And it seemed to cater to tourist. First time for me as well, but have passed by it plenty of time. With restaurant starting to open back up slowly with covid. We got a table outside. Everyone that was waiting for a table did have a mask on. Staff all had a mask on. Deals was good for a bottle of wine versus a glass. Food wise, it was just ok to me. Hate to say but it was just mediocre. Pasta and salad was just ok. The menu did looked very impressive. Looks can be deceiving. There was something lacking from all the dishes we ordered. On a positive note, that staff was very friendly and attentive. Our waiter was the sweetest. Very friendly and overall great customer service. There was plenty of parking on the street versus the parking lot in the back.

Paul R.

Yelp
Had the 4 cheese pasta with tagatelli (spelling). Superb. Carb and cheese lovers delight. And the service - staff was friedly and attentive. Perfect.

Yelp
Good taste. Nice staffs, easy parking, a bit pricey. Chicken was very tender and spaghetti was very cheesy delicious

Yelp

Yelp
I liked this place because of the ambiance, and the really hard working staff that you could just tell were hustling the entire night. Our waiter was a little blunt and curt, but again, I think that was a product of him being extremely overwhelmed. The food, on the other hand, is nothing to write home about, unfortunately. I ordered the Quattro formaggio pasta (4 cheese), and it tasted like a basic fettuccine Alfredo from Olive Garden. I was excited to taste the different cheeses, but I got nothing more than butter and cream. I had to add so much pepper and Parmesan to bring out the flavors. The bread basket that they bring you was also underwhelming; bread was dry, cold, boring. There's a lot that could be done to fix this, such as slightly toasting the bread to make it feel more fresh. Otherwise, again, you feel like you're eating at a basic chain restaurant. Maybe my plate was not it, and other dishes here are better. It's the place to go to for the pretty vibes, the wine and the large, basic, pastas, but it's not giving me authentic Italian tastes.

Yelp
Rigatoni Bolognese; It was good, but didn't taste like Bolognese, tasted more like a Marinara-Meat sauce combo & too sweet. I seen or tasted no carrots LOL! I came here specifically for Bolognese & was disappointed. GOOD, just not what it was supposed to be or what I wanted. The waiter was Amazing though. Ambiance On Point...

Yelp
We have been coming to Al Dente for years! Love the ambiance, service and food! We always get the Cesar salad, my husband loves the carbonara and I get the pene pasta with salmon in a delicious creamy cognac sauce! The espresso martinis are delicious and the tiramisu is heavenly! We always have such a nice time and will continue to dine there whenever we are in town!
