This hotel was prefect for our 3 day stay in Venice. The staff were all very friendly. The front desk person was always helpful and spoke great English. The breakfast was great and included. The hotel is located just a 10 minute walk from the train station and centrally located making it easy to see many different areas of Venice. It is on a very quiet dead end street with the canal just steps from the door. It was nice to take a coffee in the morning and watch the boats come in carrying all the goods to the island. Venice is amazing and can’t wait to go back.

The hotel is quite nice: 1) The shower may be a bit bigger - it’s hard to get out even if you are XS size. 2) The breakfast is ok, but not wow - the pancakes and eggs are cold, kiwi is hare to bite. 3) You have an electric kettle in the room and tea - this is great, but there is no comfortable electrical outlet for it - I needed to go to a bathroom to boil water. 4) The service is very good.

We stayed for two nights (15–17 September) in room 101. The hotel was amazing — the staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to assist us. Our room, the red room, was very spacious and beautifully arranged. Daily cleaning service was provided, which we really appreciated. The atmosphere of the hotel is calm and relaxing, and the breakfast was excellent. The location was ideal: only a 3-minute walk from the waterbus station and in a quieter part of Venice with peaceful streets. Just around the corner (3 minutes away) is a Coop supermarket, and there are also several nice local restaurants nearby offering delicious Italian food and desserts such as homemade tiramisu.

A nice hotel in a great location. The room was clean and comfortable but being on the top floor, it had no windows for a view, just a skylight. Breakfast was good. Location was great being only a 10-15 minute walk from Ponte di Rialto and Venezia Santa Lucia, and some great neighborhood bars and restaurants around the corner. Very good find for the price.

This hotel is so beautiful, of high quality and located in the best area in my opinion. The staff are super nice and breakfast also very good! The hotel is located in a residential area close to many excellent restaurants, my favorite being the one on the canal. When we arrived by train, we were approached by a porter that walked our luggage on a cart to the hotel for $25 or offered $60 via water taxi. You can take the ferry or water taxi to the main attractions, and you can walk there aswell. It was always very comforting to return to the location off the hotel after visiting the main attractions to get away from the crowds.

the rooms are way bigger in person than the photos and the cleanest hotel rooms i’ve ever stayed in. concierge/front desk staff are experts in making you feel at home, they even brought our luggage up for us.

a scam. They leave drinks in the mini fridge inside the room so they can charge you! BE CAREFUL, they SHOULD put a paper IN THE FRIDGE SAYING THAT IF YOU DRINK ANYTHING IN THE FRIDGE YOU WILL BE CHARGED!

We selected this hotel for a 2 night stay prior to a Mediterranean cruise departing from Trieste. Loved the location which was not a bad walk from the alilaguna stop from the airport and a short walk to the Santa Lucia Train station (two small and one really big bridge away). It is in a quieter area with a lot of locals which was so nice as a respite from the crowds in the most popular tourist areas. We were offered a choice of two rooms and selected one on the first floor. Very convenient and comfortable. Hotel lobby is lovely with beautiful glass fixtures. They offer a small bar service if you care for a cocktail at the hotel. Breakfast was included featuring a good array of continental options like pastries, bread, hard boiled eggs etc and as lovely woman works the breakfast and provides freshly made coffee, cappuccino, etc. we were very close to some good local bars and restaurants which offered good food and drinks at reasonable prices. It was also very easy to walk to main features like Rialto bridge. We did a foodie walking tour and it was very easy to reach our starting point. Price was very reasonable as well. We were very happy with this hotel.
