Al Farooj Al Shami Restaurant

We went in thinking it might be run of the mill type joint, which is quite common in this area. However to our surprise it felt quite upscale with matching service, food, presentation, ambience, selection and above all service (wait I said that twice). To me the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of the parking and cooling. They had multiple standalone cooling units placed within the establishment. Out all the food we had, the falafel were excellent. Definitely a must visit if you are in the area and crave good Arabic food with decent ambience.

Great food and the samoon is straight from the oven but for some reason they only make it after 6pm otherwise you're stuck with labanese khubos that is cold.

I visited recently and was impressed. They have "dish of the day" which was frekeh and was super nice. Generous portions. Reasonable prices. I am happy 😊

Food was excellent. Staffs were courteous and friendly. The AC wasn't working well so we couldn't enjoy the time we spend there. The fresh bread took longer time to arrive.

A special mention goes to the captain who took our order—he was exceptionally kind, professional, and attentive throughout our visit. He made sure we were comfortable, offered helpful suggestions from the menu, and treated us with genuine warmth and hospitality. Although we are ordering from this restaurant from long, we dined in recently here. The service was good, the staffs are very helpful and price is reasonable. The mix grilled kabab, zatar, sharwma, grilled chicken, falafel all are savory and flavorful. If you feel like having arabic food, you can order here anyday.
