This is easily one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The property is breathtaking, combining stunning architecture with a unique charm that feels both luxurious and welcoming. Myra and her team were outstanding, always friendly, attentive, and ready to assist with anything we needed. The massage was simply incredible, hands down the most relaxing and rejuvenating experience I’ve ever had. As it’s my first time in Morocco, I was excited to try Moroccan cuisine and it exceeded all my expectations! The food was fresh, flavourful and absolutely unforgettable. Myra and her team went out of their way to make my stay feel special, offering thoughtful recommendations and ensuring every moment was memorable. This hotel truly has it all and I can’t recommend it enough!

My first trip to Morocco was made even more special by staying at this wonderful place. Myra and her team's hospitality was second to none, creating a truly welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. It felt like a home away from home. Our large group dined at the hotel, and it was a truly unforgettable experience. I thought I knew Moroccan food, but the dishes here were on another level. The flavors were so vibrant and complex—I'm already craving more! I already miss the hotel, the food, and the fantastic staff! Located a short taxi ride, or a longer walk, from the hotel is the souk—an incredible, vibrant experience that shouldn't be missed!

Such a beautiful hotel! Rooms spacious, clean and comfortable. Amazing water pressure in the shower! It makes me sad to come home and have my shower! 🤣 Staff attentive and friendly and always around if you need anything. Had an all body massage which was heaven! Highly recommend! A short taxi ride to the souk or you can walk it which took us nearly an hour, but was a great walk in the sunshine. Food was stunning and a great way to sample Moroccan cuisine. All in all, I would recommend this hotel if you're coming to Marrakech and I would stay again if I came back!

Al Fassia is a unique hotel, traditional hospitality coupled with 5 star service. From the moment I stepped through the large wooden gate I knew I was in for a treat! I was staying solo for 14 nights with a 4 day trip to the Sahara in the middle. The first few days I relaxed by the pool. Yes it is heated, and yes it is warm enough to swim in December! Food is served all day until 5pm around the pool or in the lounge and is a mix of morrocan and international. Hammid, Imrad, Hammza and Youseff are always on hand with fresh towels and for me, plenty of English Tea! I felt totally spoilt and nothing seemed too much trouble. | Narkis, Younes, Momu & Zineb in reception are so friendly and welcoming and seem genuinely interested in what you have to say. Im sure they were bored looking at my endless holiday snaps! But, these guys wrote the book on great hospitality and excel at it! |The room I had was spacious and warm, with lovely views of the gardens, and I had fresh fruit and Moroccan sweets put in my room each week. The ladies who cleaned everyday were lovely and the place is spotless! I used the laundry service too which was very good. Room service is prompt and readily available, even on very early mornings if you have a trip booked. |The hotel itself is out of town. About a 15 min drive. You will need to taxi in and out to the Medina but tour buses will collect you from there if you are going on a trip. There is a good shopping mall and a few great cafes nearby that are a 5 min easy, safe walk and 2 ATMs. The wifi is good in all areas of the hotel and gardens. |The hotel is absolutely stunning. The gardens are very pretty and all lit up at night. I had a Hamnan and massage which were very good and the ladies who did the treatments, professional, funny and welcoming. Not only did Myra and all her staff ( and there are many) provide great hospitality they showed great care towards me too. It really felt like a home from home. I can’t wait to return again! Amazing service, the staff were so lovely and nothing was a problem to sort. I arrived late and there was the most amazing tagine waiting for me - simply delicious. Breakfast is in a beautiful room and was a perfect start to the day. I was lucky to have 25C days in November and spent time by the pool with a glass of wine, a book and a delicious lunch. I ate in the restaurant one night and everything was so tasty - a beautiful setting too. The location is about 15 minutes in a taxi to the medina (only pay 50 MAD, 5 euros!) but I was happy to pay that to return to this absolute haven - so peaceful and welcoming.

Spectacular team, really remarkable staff. Kind, helpful and attentive in everything. Beautiful building, amazing atmosphere and very nice pool. I wasn't a fan of the area and having to negotiate fees with the taxi drivers to go into town. Breakfast could be nicer, it's quite limited, but fresh juice and coffee. There is service by the pool, too. Anyway, definitely recommend to live Marrakech without being in the chaos of all

Absolute gem of a place. The staff could not do enough to make sure our stay was absolutely amazing, from bringing towels when we were in the pool to organising taxis for when we wanted to venture out. Highly recommend staying here on your visit. Rooms were clean, massive king size bed, little balcony.. Just everything was amazing with friendly and helpful staff to boot.

I really can’t praise this Riad highly enough. The gardens are both beautiful and relaxing. The pool is a delight. The room we stayed in was superb, just like the pictures on the website, but can’t do it justice. Pictures can’t convey the sense of space and airiness. The internal courtyards with their small fountains are serene. The service provided by all of it’s people is faultless and friendly. The delicious and ample breakfast by the pool is a great way to start the day. There are so many good reviews of the restaurant already, I won’t go into any detail except to say they are all true. Outstanding.
