The place features elegant décor and a calm atmosphere that creates a sense of comfort. The staff are friendly and welcoming, always greeting guests with a smile. The food is delicious and of excellent quality, making the experience worth repeating.

The place is so beautifully expected outdoors. However, we had an event and we request afternoon tea with special dietary. So the ones who had special dietary the food was not enjoy all! So plain. No taste at all!!! The service was not nice either. And it started from the call. So hard to call them. And once you do impossible to get a call back. I feel like customer service was equally to zero. I haven’t told I am pregnant and at the table it was revealed to everyone when they brought the food that I requested, because it was part of the dietary requirements. But other then this not nice experience the place itself it’s super beautiful. So relaxing and cozy. It’s a shame i couldn’t enjoy fully because of the food which was so not nice and the service.

Afternoon tea at Al Fayrooz Lounge was a standout experience, thanks to Joy’s impeccable service. Her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel truly special. We were a group with young kids and Joy was very kind and patient and caring to kids . The lounge’s stunning Arabian décor, serene views, and elegant ambiance created a perfect setting. From the beautifully presented treats to heartfelt hospitality, everything was flawless.

We visited Al Qasr in Dubai and enjoyed Moroccan mint tea, Persian rose, and a mango cheesecake. Everything was truly delicious — compliments to the chef for preparing such wonderful flavors. A special thanks as well to our server, Zin, for her warm hospitality and the helpful information she shared about the hotel and the menu.

One of Dubai’s timeless lounges that never loses its charm. I have been coming to Fairouz Lounge for the last 15 years, and it remains one of my favorite places to take guests. The atmosphere is elegant and relaxing, the menu offers plenty of variety, and the service has always been consistently good. This time, Cathy made the experience truly special with her attentive and friendly service. My friend visiting from London was impressed and loved every detail, which is exactly why I keep coming back. Overall: Fairouz Lounge is a perfect combination of great food, warm service, and beautiful atmosphere , a must-visit in Dubai. Highly recommended.

Had the most amazing and unforgettable experience at Al Fayrooz lounge today. I came here to celebrate my birthday today. Their manager Paul was so hands on with everything. He made sure that everything was done to perfection and also went an extra mile to serve food items that were off the menu. Thank you so much again, for a lovely hi tea experience. My friends and my kids had a great time too ! Will definitely come back again. Excellent Salads, sandwiches & canapés ✨

Opening hours are daily 8:00 am till 11 pm The afternoon tea is served between 2pm and 5pm And the Shisha is available from 12 am till 11 pm Perfect lounge to enjoy the sunset. Superbe atmosphere. Very quiet and relaxing.

What a lovely Afternoon Tea experience! The Lounge is wonderfully decorated and the staff were very helpful and attentive to us. We started off our Afternoon Tea service with their Lemon Mint & Passion Green Tea, such a wonderful palate cleanser to get you ready for the scrumptious little sandwiches and pastries to follow! You do get two choices for tea drinks, and my favorite quickly became the Persian Rose. All in all an amazing experience!
