Al Fayrooz Lounge

The place is so beautifully expected outdoors. However, we had an event and we request afternoon tea with special dietary. So the ones who had special dietary the food was not enjoy all! So plain. No taste at all!!! The service was not nice either. And it started from the call. So hard to call them. And once you do impossible to get a call back. I feel like customer service was equally to zero. I haven’t told I am pregnant and at the table it was revealed to everyone when they brought the food that I requested, because it was part of the dietary requirements. But other then this not nice experience the place itself it’s super beautiful. So relaxing and cozy. It’s a shame i couldn’t enjoy fully because of the food which was so not nice and the service.

What a lovely Afternoon Tea experience! The Lounge is wonderfully decorated and the staff were very helpful and attentive to us. We started off our Afternoon Tea service with their Lemon Mint & Passion Green Tea, such a wonderful palate cleanser to get you ready for the scrumptious little sandwiches and pastries to follow! You do get two choices for tea drinks, and my favorite quickly became the Persian Rose. All in all an amazing experience!

Rokaaia was an amazing host in this lounge. The view of this place is spectacular. Sunsets are beautiful from this lounge. Came for afternoon tea, had enjoyed my time.

A wonderfully furnished and inviting hotel lounge with very courteous staff. The offer includes a wide selection of drinks, I can especially recommend the mocktails. There is also a very large selection of desserts and small snacks. The atmosphere is relaxed and invites you to linger.

I am regular guest since twenty years but I’m sad to see there no Ramadan vibes in the lounge no decorating or lights or even Ramadan desert please we hope this to change as soon as possible

Ordered a burger and a fettuccine. Very well presented and tasty. Their Shisha was very nice. The place is something else it seems like a palace. Valet parking is free after authenticating the slip. Service is great, nice waiters and waitresses. They make you feel welcomed.

Nice place to relax. The service is good, and so is the atmosphere. They have a good desert selection. The afternoon sandwiches are way below the standard.

Wonderful experience of having afternoon tea here during the winter season in Dubai. Nice view cool breeze. They made vegetarian savory for me after knowing I’m a vegetarian. Very impressed.
