Lovely little spot for a plate of genovese pesto. It's hidden away in a small alley in a very good location. We went for lunch and it was fairly empty but slowly it started getting busier. Half of the customers were Italian, even if not from Genoa, which I take as a good sign. A plate is about €10-12 euros for pasta and €12-15 for a fish/meat based main. Reasonable and was enough food with one main. They also serve bread, although not sure if they charged us.
You have to get up to the till and pay but it seems it's quite normal in all places we went to in Italy.
Definitely worth it.
