Fantastic hotel. Very upmarket feel but at a reasonable price compared to others at the same level/area. In a good location that is quite central and includes shuttles to the mall and to an assocuated private beach. Rooms were large and felt prestige (with a fair amount of marble peppered around the bathroom). All staff were excellent and there was a real focus on attention to detail (with a special mention to Ijez in the breakfast staff who always made us feel welcome). Room service was excellent as well and we were well stocked throughout our stay (special mention to Adarsh).||One of the best hotel experiences we have had (including at far more expensive hotels).

This hotel truly exceeded our expectations! A big thank you to the wonderful staff at Habtoor Palace — especially Adil, Aditya, and Cherie — for their outstanding hospitality. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is truly luxurious and beautifully maintained. The hotel staff were very polite, professional, and welcoming throughout my stay. I had originally booked a suite (one bedroom + living room) and a separate room. To my pleasant surprise, they upgraded and connected the two rooms into a two-bedroom suite with a living area — this was very thoughtful and made my stay even more comfortable. However, I would like to highlight one issue regarding the valet parking service. I handed over my car to the valet, but during my stay I noticed that the car was moved to different parking spots three times without informing me. I believe this should have been communicated, as it made me feel uneasy about how the vehicle was being handled. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel for its quality and excellent service, but I do hope the valet service is improved.

I always love being at this hotel but my favorite treat is always a lovely spa service by the kind and professional Eva !She does such a great job at being attentive, giving a WONDERFUL massage, all while being polite and with a smile! I was so pleased to have her do my session again today as she had done such a tremendous job the last time! I look forward to coming again to Silk Spa and would recommend anyone to come here and ask for Eva !
