Al Habtoor Palace, Preferred Hotels & Resorts

May be one of Dubai’s older hotels, but it still radiates timeless luxury. From the moment you walk into the grand lobby, with its marble staircase and chandeliers, the atmosphere feels elegant and inviting — the kind of place where you simply want to sit back and admire the details. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, adding to the sense of refinement. However, some of the bedroom furniture and bathroom towels showed signs of wear, which slightly detracted from the otherwise impeccable experience. Overall, it remains a sophisticated and relaxing destination, and with small updates to the in-room details, it would easily be outstanding.

I had a brilliant stay with my family – everything was great apart from my experience with Yunis at breakfast/front desk. Unfortunately, I found him quite moody and uninviting.||On the other hand, Suraj and Jackie truly stood out and made the experience memorable. Suraj, in particular, always goes above and beyond to help and provide exceptional service. Both he and Jackie turned the stay into a really positive one.

We were greeted by Carlo and Rahwa at the reception in a splendid fashion and made sure we are well cared for. Our stay became more colorful when Jackie made the extra steps to make our stay in Al Habtoor Palace wonderful. The food experience was simply amazing and it is all thanks to Zelle, Aravind, Suhail and Arvin. But even before our stay ends, Ameen made it extra special. Thank you for making it memorable.

Dubai owes us nothing!!! A time was had!!! The hotel service was amazing!!! They treated us like we actually owned the place!!! Everyone was extremely helpful and went out of their way to take care of us… At one point I asked my wife exactly what type of service did she pay for… I HIGHLY recommend Al Habtoor… I GUARANTEE you will love it!!!

Truly one of a kind experience for anyone seeking to stay at this property. For a five star property I believe it check marks all the amenities offered by a hotel of this calibre.||Check-in: Seamless process as soon as we arrived the concierge staff’s benignity was received warmly by us. As we entered the lobby and made our way to the reception the hotel had a pleasant aroma- a fragrance that we would be reminiscent of as we departed. The receptionist Maria reviewed our booking with us and made sure everything was to our satisfaction.||Room: The room was spacious and comfortable, all things to be expected of a five star hotel. The decor within the room is what one can envision in a palace, particularly the wallpaper in the room and the choice of lanterns- adding to the ambience of a palace however not impactful in the actual stay of a guest. The washroom was sizeable with dual sinks but by far the shower was incredibly enjoyable with the shower head feeling identical to sitting and enjoying a downpour and itself was spacious.||Service: All of the staff were assiduous and convivial- making sure they all introduced themselves to us and ensured we were enjoying our stay.||- Ehsan truly deserves heartfelt appreciation for being one of the absolute highlights of our stay. His humble, kind, and genuine persona left a lasting impression on us, and the way he so diligently ensured that every aspect of our experience was up to the highest standard made our visit all the more memorable. He consistently went out of his way, with remarkable grace and patience, to accommodate every single request, no matter how big or small, making us feel exceptionally well cared for throughout.||I would also like to extend my sincere gratitude to Zargham and Chef Bharat for their outstanding service, warmth, and hospitality. Their professionalism, combined with their welcoming nature, elevated our entire experience. Al Habtoor truly deserves praise for having such exceptional staff, whose dedication and sincerity transform a simple stay into a cherished memory.||Amenities: -The breakfast we indulged in was quite delicious, as were the room dining options such as the meat platter. For breakfast you can expect to find all of your traditional items- such as omelettes, meat options (sausages, turkey bacon) and the dairy products such as yogurts, jams and sweets such as croissants among many other things albeit with a taste which is noticeably organic. The beverages bar was a nice addition with the classic options of caffeinated beverages and iced lattes and teas with a couple fresh juices.||- The hotel had many other venues suitable for weddings and other restaurant options such as their steakhouse and indoor cafe which we did not try however appeared appealing. The gym facility was sanitary and the gym equipment was modern and easily able to accommodate most workout and exercise regimens. The pool was moderately sized and was designed well at a depth where even those who do not know how to swim- can. The little fountains situated on the sides were opportunities for enjoyment with the family given the size.||Overall: A great stay in central Dubai that is accessible by shuttle (complimentary) at certain times to their sister locations of Waldorf Astoria Jumeirah Beach and the Dubai Mall which is just 10 minutes away. The Al Habtoor palace staff is commendable for their service and hospitality, the cleanliness and size and quality of the amenities and rooms offer a delightful stay for those who are considering staying here. The architecture within the hotel and the ambience overall is something to admire and just sitting with the lobby or first floor seating is vibrant and monumental (literally) and enjoyable for those seeking a get away from modern day bleak landscapes.||Thank you for those who took the time to read this.||- Ziaan

Had a fantastic stay at Habtoor Palace. The hotel is stunning and has a real sense of luxury, but what made it special was the service.||A big shout out to Shakoor from housekeeping, he was brilliant always keeping the room spotless and going out of his way to make sure everything was perfect.||I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in Dubai – highly recommend!

This Palace is gorgeous, Hospitality is above par! The service is amazing and the concierge are personable and super helpful for any of all your needs! We will definitely return! We come for our 30th Anniversary and We will remember Dubai and return for sure!
