I would like to share my experiences at the Habtoor Polo Hotel. I have been a regular guest at your hotel for nearly five years, and I truly appreciate the unique atmosphere and setting that the property offers. However, one issue has remained consistently disappointing over the years which is the air conditioning. In almost every visit, I find myself having to struggle, and in some cases, even argue, just to get the room temperature adjusted to a comfortable degrees. This is not a one-time issue, I cannot recall a single stay where this was not a problem. As a guest, I expect a standard level of comfort and proper climate control is a basic part of that. When the air conditioning fails to perform adequately, it affects not only the quality of my stay but also the overall perception and reputation of the hotel. A hotel of this class should be offering smooth, guest centered service. If basic comfort cannot be guaranteed, especially for loyal guests, it risks damaging the property’s standing in a very competitive market. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously and that the air conditioning system is improved. I believe in the potential of your hotel, and I hope to see positive changes during my next visit. I’m currently staying at the 4-bedroom villa and unfortunately, the condition of the room is extremely disappointing. The space is dusty, dirty, and poorly maintained, with visible damage and rust throughout. Insects have been found in every room — including mosquitoes, cockroaches, and even spiders. I was unable to sleep after discovering a spider on the pillow, which was very distressing. I contacted the concierge multiple times to request basic items like tissues and towels, but received no response. Eventually, I had to search for the hotel’s number on Google and call directly just to have the items delivered to my room. Even then, housekeeping took a long time to arrive. The villa had multiple entry points without locks, which made us feel unsafe. We contacted the concierge to raise our concerns, but he appeared unconcerned and simply sent housekeeping as a solution. I chose this hotel for a relaxing stay, not to deal with cleaning duties myself. The bedroom curtain is also stuck and doesn’t close, which is incredibly frustrating. I came here to rest, but there’s been nothing relaxing about my stay Overall, this experience has been extremely disappointing and far from what one would expect from a 5-star hotel. I would not recommend this property.

First and foremost, when I give a place a 5 star review that does not mean it's a 5-star hotel. I could give a McDonald's a 5 stars review, but that's my rating based on what the place is. Al Habtoor is not the Burj Al Arab. It did, however, prove itself to be a hidden gem of Dubai. The location is quiet and secluded, something I consider a plus. It's not located alongside an overcrowded row of similar hotels and resorts. It's off on its own and that makes it special and exclusive. The breakfast buffet was extensive (though with severely limiting gluten free options) and the service was great. There's a kid's play room immediately beside it so the kids can run around while you relax and take your time. The pool area is somewhat small but for what it is, it's a great place to be. Most importantly, everywhere I went the staff were super attentive. I accidentally left an article of clothing in the restroom and someone working there found it, then went through the hotel to find me and give it! That's 5 star service if you ask me. I look forward to trying their cafe next time.

The hotel is very beautiful and the room was wonderful, comfortable, and clean. We really enjoyed the stay in terms of comfort and room service. However, our experience with the food was very disappointing. Although the food itself appeared clean, there were many insects and butterflies all over the buffet and on the tables, which completely ruined the dining experience. We informed the staff several times, but unfortunately, no real action was taken to solve the issue, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this level. Also, I ordered a cup of tea and waited for more than 50 minutes without receiving it, which shows poor service and lack of attention. I hope the hotel management will take serious steps to improve the cleanliness and service in the dining area.

I arrived at night on my birthday. They were very nice. I got a very nice room with a view of the Burj Khalifa. My room was beautifully cleaned and restocked every day. Breakfast was plentiful with a large selection and very nice waiters. The restaurants and bars are also of a very high standard. If you don't want to go into the water and just want to relax, the hotel has everything you need.The pool and surroundings are beautiful, like being by the pool of an oceanfront hotel, you can order drinks and food from the pool bar, with nice staff. I hope to be there again soon.

I recently visited the venue for my child's football tournament and was impressed by the club’s picturesque surroundings, which reflect the brand's commitment to quality and prestige. The pitches are well-kept and provide a professional atmosphere for youth sporting events. However, from a logistical standpoint, certain enhancements would elevate the overall guest experience. Parking proved to be a significant challenge, with limited availability resulting in a long walk under the sun—an inconvenience particularly noticeable for families with young children. Additionally, while the pitches cater well to playability, the absence of shaded areas or umbrellas for young players is a point of concern, especially in the region’s high temperatures. Providing adequate sun protection would be a thoughtful and necessary gesture in line with the club’s otherwise high standards. In summary, Al Habtoor Polo Club offers a visually stunning and well-curated experience. With a few operational refinements to guest and player comfort, it has the potential to truly exemplify excellence in sports and leisure hospitality.

At first we had our reservation for 2 nights and the check it was at 3pm however, we came at 5:00 - 5:30pm and still the room was not ready yet that was a minus. Second we reached to the room after 30-40 minutes with light cap were damaged and stuff at the toilet were falling. Later on, on our first night the ac was not cooling enough+other maintenance works were done in the morning. Regarding the room it seems a bit old and requires renovation, the location is good, quiet for those who want quiet space for vacations. Lastly, we checked out next day
