I had a wonderful experience at Al Habtoor Polo Resort! The atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing. It’s such a nice escape from the concrete jungle — here you can truly enjoy calmness and greenery all around. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always ready with a smile and making sure everything went smoothly. Their hospitality really made me feel welcome. The room was very spacious and beautifully designed — elegant, comfortable, and featuring an amazing, huge balcony. The hotel itself is like a masterpiece. I really loved it. The pool area was just as impressive, with comfy cabanas, friendly staff, and a calm, chill vibe. The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was prepared with great taste and presentation. I tried the Polo Club sandwich with French fries — the portion was huge and incredibly satisfying. The pasta with shrimps was flavorful and well-balanced, and the milkshake was very delicious. Overall, it’s the perfect place to unwind, enjoy great service, and indulge in amazing cuisine. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay. I’d love to return soon!

Very old property. We had booked 4 rooms + 1 suite - Waited for 1.5 hours to get our rooms. - Our Suite's AC didn't work and had soooo many flies. - The doors were jammed, everytime we had to open/close the room door, our old baby would wake up. - After 3 complaints and 5 hours, we were shifted to a new suite whose Bathroom ceiling was leaking, couch leg was broken. - Reception, In-room dining, housekeeping, none of them answered our calls. We had to go down to reception to manually call hotel staff. We had a very very poor experience, not recommended at all.

I would like to share my experiences at the Habtoor Polo Hotel. I have been a regular guest at your hotel for nearly five years, and I truly appreciate the unique atmosphere and setting that the property offers. However, one issue has remained consistently disappointing over the years which is the air conditioning. In almost every visit, I find myself having to struggle, and in some cases, even argue, just to get the room temperature adjusted to a comfortable degrees. This is not a one-time issue, I cannot recall a single stay where this was not a problem. As a guest, I expect a standard level of comfort and proper climate control is a basic part of that. When the air conditioning fails to perform adequately, it affects not only the quality of my stay but also the overall perception and reputation of the hotel. A hotel of this class should be offering smooth, guest centered service. If basic comfort cannot be guaranteed, especially for loyal guests, it risks damaging the property’s standing in a very competitive market. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously and that the air conditioning system is improved. I believe in the potential of your hotel, and I hope to see positive changes during my next visit. The property has a serene, countryside feel with beautiful polo field views, yet it’s close enough to the city for convenience. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully set up—great water pressure, comfortable bed, and a peaceful night’s sleep.||Big shoutout to the team who made the stay special:|- Cherry and Hamida at Reception were warm, efficient, and proactive—smooth check-in, helpful with every request, and always welcoming with a smile.|- Bisanta, the Room Service Supervisor, ensured every order was quick, accurate, and nicely presented. Little touches and follow-ups did not go unnoticed.||Facilities are well maintained, breakfast had a good variety, and the overall atmosphere is calm and family-friendly. If you’re looking for a relaxing resort vibe with standout service, this place is an easy recommendation. Would happily return.||

Stepping into the courtyard of the resort was like entering a classic luxurious mansion. I felt like the star of a classic movie or a wealthy owner of a palace. Everywhere was decorated with the horse statues and pieces of art that conveyed the classic vibe I remember vividly. The tranquility of the green polo grounds was definitely appreciated by me since I prefer serenity to hustle and bustle of crowds. In particular, I remember the moment I was taking a video of my room with its elegant design and the beautiful balcony overlooking the polo grounds where horse riders were galloping and I was having tea at my balcony in the late afternoon. The scene was really impressive since it had a been long time for me then that I hadn’t seen so much greenery in one place. There was ample places for walking or other outdoor activities around the resort and I enjoyed walking a few minutes to the horse stables and watch riders gallop from close distance or explore cozy, sunlit alleys with rows of beautiful villas and greenery. It was a moment of peace and tranquility for me then. The pool was also nice reflecting that resort vibe I sought .There were plenty of dining options and places to chill all around the mansion. The night was far from boring with plenty of dining options, live music and generally speaking a vivid vibe that would make you want to step of your room and explore the long corridors and try out different cafes or restaurants there. This is a place worth visiting to escape from the repetitive city life into more nature and serenity.

I stayed at Al Habtoor Polo Resort to celebrate a birthday, and it was such a memorable experience. The suite was impressively spacious, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the special occasion. One of the highlights was the wide balcony, which gave us plenty of space to sit outside and take in the beautiful view. Overlooking the green horse stables, the scenery felt both unique and serene, adding a touch of charm to the stay. Overall, the combination of a large, comfortable suite and the peaceful views made this visit feel extra special and truly enjoyable.

We stayed here for over the weekend and while the countryside-style vibe is nice and peaceful, the experience had some real downsides. 🌿 The rooms felt very old with worn-out furniture, and cleanliness was a big issue. We actually found chips and even an old comb on the floor, which was disappointing for a resort standard. The pool is small but temperature-controlled, so good for a summer dip.||Service was mixed, the room reservation team was very unhelpful, had to struggle to get this reservation done, and the check-in staff weren’t friendly either, no smiles nor welcoming, which gave us a bad first impression. On the brighter side, the restaurant, pool, and checkout staff were very polite and warm, so not all service was bad.||Overall, it’s not a luxury stay, but a quiet countryside break away from city buzz, it does the job. Just don’t expect spotless rooms or perfect service.
