They missed to deliver the most important item among my orders. Had I been informed that its not available I would have cancelled the order all together. I only ordered the others since I hate ordering and getting a single item delivered. Waste of effort and money. Wont order from them again!!!

The Arabic sales person is not good and he charge extra amount on the credit card payment. He told 62.00 the price and charge 63.75

The talabat listing is one product, the dispatch a different one and won't even own up to the mistake. Terrible for a pharmacy not to acknowledge their own mistake. Talabat isn't great either. Customer support is atrocious

We are regular customer of AlHikma Pharmacy...I think 3yrs from now before covid started, this because of ms.Joy...she give us very informative about the medicines we buy and she give Us as well proper instructions how to take those medicines. Its recommended to buy medicines there especially during day time because Ms.Joy is always there to Assist and guide you.

Do not Trust TALABAT, they will not return your money rather give Talabat credits. Call the pharmacy before make the order. Mostly wat you see on the TALABAT are not available in this pharmacy.
