Most amazing feature of this hotel, gives you family environment. Owners and staff respect all guest, take care them irrespective of nationality. Miss Wiam particularly really good despite of alone lady at reception. But all other staff members respect her a lot including owners. That makes this hotel unique. Rest amazing location, economical, surrounded by great amenities. Highly recommended.

Leaking roof, The carpet had an awful smell. And the sofa chair and headboard are stained and dirty as a sign of ageing. The room was so noise probably because of the ac which is in the ceiling. I would have liked to have a more quiet space Basically my home is far much better than the room I was in which was disappointing especially given the fact that I paid to have a peaceful night in a hotel on my anniversary

I stayed here for about three months and had a great experience. The facilities and room upkeep were excellent, and the staff, including the bell boys, were always friendly and ready to help. I’d happily recommend this hotel to anyone.

Comforting stay, Nice room in a gr8 location. Cool, Courteous and helpful staff. Free flow of water bottles, coffee , tea and milk sachets as and when asked for. The furniture was elegant and view from the room was amazing. The bathtub in the bath room provided the extra hot water dip relaxation.

Very nice hotel peaceful environment overall and very much cooperative staff speically miss Wiam and mr taufique very nice and supportive . Place is very near for shopping mall and resutuents.
