AL JAZEERA ROYAL HOTEL

Certain things didn't go well with me. They say that airport shuttle is complementary, but I was charged 100 Dirham. Room had AC that always ran at 15°C and there was nothing to control the temperature. I had to keep the window open. The bathroom was shabby at best with wash basin choking. On positive side I could get an early check in. Location is excellent. In all I would avoid staying here again.

I have stayed at this hotel for a week and my experience is mixed. Rooms at this price is exceptional and hotel located at nice location. Biggest mess here is the guy in reception, he must know the fundamentals of treating the customer prior to come to this job. He is very rude and doesn’t know how to talk to the customers . Other than that all is well at this price.

Very Bad experience,. Rooms were smelling and unhygienic. Could not sleep in night due to unbearable smell on first night. Second night it was bit better but still smelling. I booked for three days but vacated in two days. Considering their room charges the property is very much below standard. Reception guy was rude and uncooperative. I requested for refund for one day charge but they refused. Not recommended for families.

Rooms were average and good for a short stay. Location is good as you have local restaurants and shops available. There’s a mall where you can have foods too. Compared to the price, I have experienced more room amenities in other hotels (like expected iron and iron board, hair dryer, more than 1 towel..)

Nice price for Nice place not have activity inside the hotel due to small size for it have many varieties beside the hotel and in front of it madenit Zayed Mall and Lulu market it's my favorite place it's fine for his Price
