Al Joude Hotel

I don't have much to say except that they didn't meet our room reservation. The room was deluxe vs. Premium room reserved. Their expectation was a plumbing issue with the reserved room. Old facilities, old furniture, lousy service. However, the room did the job, and we needed a place to stay in for the day.

The rooms were amazing, beautiful and VERY spacious. The staff was kind and tried their best, but spoke very little English, which was especially obvious (and inconvenient) in the two restaurants that this hotel operates. Dinner was great and the deserts were amazing. Breakfast was a little bland, and it took me way too long to get some salt.

Our room was spacious and clean, felt like a luxury hotel with appreciated accents like an electric kettle, big couches, mirror light, fresh towels, etc. Staff were friendly and helpful; complimentary breakfast was a bit late and simple, but did the trick. Most significantly: the best shower I had in the entire country.

Maybe my standard for a hotel for a family vacation is high; especially after a long day of site seeing from Amman to Petra to Al Karak back to Amman and here in Irbid, you'd definitely want a nice room to go back to. We got to the hotel around 10pm when our scheduled check in was supposed to be 3pm and when we got to our rooms, they were still cleaning and preparing the rooms. One guy was tempting unclogging the toilet. In another room, the bedsheets seemed like they were refolded instead of changed to new ones; one bed was missing a pillow. My brother found a food in a plastic bag MOLDED while searching for the air conditioner remote control in the drawer. Not to mention the floor is dusty and sticky. They haven't even finished cleaning the room and the cleaners were gone. They were super slow, and lazy. We ended up leaving the hotel. ||||Maybe we got the bad rooms on a bad day. So I suggest you fellow people to check the rooms, toilets and drawers before staying for the night. ||||The only good thing is the internet is super fast. The cost per night does not sums up the service we were getting.

The best stay I was traveling to Jordan for a business trip and the whole crew was amazing and they are very hospitable. I took on the 4th floor and the rooms are brand new they were just recently remodeled and beautiful. And very moderate prices and the location is amazing because it is in the middle of everything.

Sorry saying like this, very bad customer service. Because bathroom very bad and room condition really very bad. Room no 209 we got. But bathroom broken really bad. Day time reception guy very bad customer service. He not reccpet for customer. Don't care about customer. 1st time i have like this experience. Really sad about customer service. 🤮🤮🤮👎👎👎👎👎

We ( me and my wife ). Stayed in that hotel for one night and it was the worst night in our lives. The room was very dirty and and the staff there were not polite. The bed sheets were very dirty. The toilets were very disgusting. Actually I thought it will be better than this I don't advice anyone even to eat there. I wish that there is anything positive in that night. Next morning we checked out and went to other hotel.
