Al Khoory Executive Hotel, Al Wasl

I’ve stayed at El Khoory Executive Hotel in Dubai nine times, and it truly feels like a second home. The hotel is centrally located in downtown, very close to the main attractions, making it perfect for exploring the city. It’s always spotlessly clean, with modern, comfortable rooms and an amazing pool that’s perfect for relaxing. The food at the restaurant is always fresh and delicious. You will enjoy every single moment spent there. But what makes this hotel truly special is the staff! Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care are unlike anything I’ve experienced elsewhere. They make every visit unforgettable and keep me coming back again and again. A huge thank you to the entire team for making me feel so welcome every time!

This hotel is infested with cockroaches! They are everywhere — even in my clothes and underwear. Within the first 30 minutes, I saw at least three cockroaches, and that’s just the ones I noticed. They are literally crawling all over the place. I immediately asked for help, but no one came for more than 20 minutes. I had to throw away my clothes that had cockroaches in them. It was impossible to stay here, and late at night I was forced to leave urgently with nowhere to go. The hotel refused to refund me for the night I did not stay. Only Trip.com helped and refunded my money, but the hotel refused to take any responsibility for this nightmare. This place is absolutely unsafe and doesn’t even deserve one star, let alone three. This hotel should be shut down immediately!

Our stay at this hotel was awesome. I'm surprised they knocked on our door and gave us a complimentary birthday cake. We didn't expect it. Thank you so much for making our stay memorable. I recently stayed at Al Khoory Executive Hotel – Al Wasl and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated with vibrant colors. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in and addressing any requests promptly. The hotel’s location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation. Amenities like the pool were well-maintained and added to the overall comfort of the stay. While the hotel doesn’t serve alcohol, the on-site restaurant offered a variety of delicious dishes. Overall, it was a good value for the price, and I would consider staying here again on my next visit to Dubai.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful — always friendly and ready to assist. On top of that, the price was very reasonable and affordable, offering great value for the quality of service. This could so easily have been a 5 star review. We stayed a few weeks ago and loved it so much that we booked again for our stopover on our way from Australia to England. This journey involves 14 hours on a cramped plane, with another 8 to look forward to. After our sleepless first flight, we arrived at the hotel before check in was available, so we left the busy, loud, and bright lobby and found a quiet corner near the coffee area to rest. We finally managed to close our tired eyes before two male staff in suits came to awaken us. They rudely told us we would have to leave because "guests would want to sit there." The area was completely empty with at least 8 tables available and no staff even working the coffee bar (it was also empty every other time we passed it during our stay... probably because their below average coffee costs $25 AED 🤯). The whole situation was so uncalled for that we desperately began searching for alternative accommodation where we would feel more welcome. We were about to leave when another (kinder) staff member told us our room was ready so we decided to stay the night, but it left such a sour taste for the entire stay. I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone who is coming from a long flight as the staff will not be understanding to your needs. I would not stay in this accommodation again in the future.

I stayed at Al Khoory Executive Hotel, Al Wasl, and I really liked it. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the location was great, close to the beach and shops. The rooftop pool was a nice bonus. Overall, a good value for the price.

The hotel was in a fantastic condition and they are making plans to upgrade ! Really exited to book again. I had originally 4 nights booked but extended for another 5 whilst on my stay purely because the hotel staff was amazing especially Yaseen :) he always had a smile on his face and was always ready to assist me weather it was 4 pm or 3 am he was always making me feel welcome. The lobby was great for meetings especially at the back of the coffee stall. The room was great and the bed was even better. Muktar the swimming guard always smiling and happy which is contagious in this hotel the staff were almost angelic. Will be rebooking in Dubai for business and pleasure again !
