Al Khoory Executive Hotel, Al Wasl

Everything was excellent. Location and price–performance balance were perfect. The food was amazing, with plenty of variety and great taste. Housekeeping service and room quality were top-notch. Overall, a real 5-star experience, 10/10.

I have stayed there more than 2 times with my partner. The cleanliness is great. Service is also amazing. Location can be better but at least it is close to shops if you need something asap. Amenities are not so great, I never went to any other hotel where there is only hand wash and body wash in the washroom (things like shampoo and lotion have to be asked for). But overall the hotel is a nice getaway to just have a good rest!

The rooms were a little small but still very beautiful. The service was amazing and the staff was really nice. The location if fine, there is a mosque next to it which is good. The only thing that hindered my experience a little was that there was a really bad smell right outside the hotel. I suppose it's because of the trash can outside or something irrelevant to the hotel (hence the 5 stars) but still i believe it was an important info.

Long stay here, the breakfast team was amazing with delicious food and great service every day. The gym is excellent, really well equipped and perfect for a workout. I really appreciate Indah for keeping my room spotless and always being so professional, and Sandar for the great supervision. Alissia at reception was super friendly and helpful. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Special thanks to Mr. Austin, the Duty Manager, for the warm welcome and for upgrading our room – it truly made our stay extra special. We also want to appreciate Romeo, the night receptionist, for his prompt assistance and excellent customer service. He kindly provided us with ice and made sure all our requests were handled with a smile. The entire team went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding hospitality.

I’ve stayed at El Khoory Executive Hotel in Dubai nine times, and it truly feels like a second home. The hotel is centrally located in downtown, very close to the main attractions, making it perfect for exploring the city. It’s always spotlessly clean, with modern, comfortable rooms and an amazing pool that’s perfect for relaxing. The food at the restaurant is always fresh and delicious. You will enjoy every single moment spent there. But what makes this hotel truly special is the staff! Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care are unlike anything I’ve experienced elsewhere.
