We stayed at this hotel during a very rainy but pleasant weather in Dubai as we were visiting the World Trade Centre for a business exhibition. The location was very convenient for our daily travel. A great budget-friendly hotel! The lobby and parking area are clean, and the rooms are well-maintained with good amenities—especially the smart TV, which many hotels don’t offer nowadays. I really appreciate their sustainability efforts with refillable bottles instead of plastic, something rare to see in GCC hotels. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the reception staff, Nidhi, was very polite. Highly recommended!

All workers here were welcoming, lovely and friendly doing anything you request and Rooms were cleaned every day. Food was healthy and delicious with alot of variety every day! Beautiful designs with lobby and common room.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and good value — a solid budget hotel in a quiet part of Dubai. Rooms are modern with basic amenities, and the hotel includes a gym, sauna and all-day dining. Not far from local shops and some attractions, though a bit away from the metro. Overall a decent option if you want a simple, affordable stay.

Great stay and best staff. Very cordial. The hotel is large and the rooms are spacious. It's in Satwa so connection to local market is accessible by walk. There's a bus stop at walking distance that connects you to everywhere else. If you haven't booked attractions online then this hotel's staff offers very fairly priced tour packages which we found less expensive than online, however there might be a seasonal effect so don't count on it. Tip: ask for rooms that have a view towards the burf Khalifa.
