Al Majaz Waterfront

Al Majaz Waterfront is a beautiful and peaceful place in Sharjah, perfect for families, friends, and solo visits. The views of Khalid Lagoon are stunning, especially during sunset. The musical fountain show is impressive and enjoyable. The area is very clean and well maintained, with walking tracks, green spaces, and play areas for children. There are many cafés and restaurants offering great food with a lovely waterfront view. Overall, it’s one of the best leisure and relaxation spots in Sharjah and highly recommended.

Very beautiful place to relax and enjoy nature. Very beautiful place for bringing families and friends. Good place for walking. Parking lot is enough, however, its a pay parking. However, if you dine in restaurants, you will get 3 hours free.

Definitely one of my favorite places. Walking by the corniche or running through the park, this place is the right spot for recreation, relaxation or sports and other activities. The fountain shows are pleasant to watch and you can even enjoy a shopping experience at the Pop-up avenue.

A good place to spent your weekend evening. Lot of food options, water sports, outdoor activities for kids specially and the sea view. Plus mosque is accessible. Very peaceful and clean. On weekends a bit crowded but big enough to explore

The place has a very cultural feel and reflects the old UAE vibe, calm and authentic. It’s perfect for evening walks, family time, and enjoying the waterfront views. Clean, peaceful, and full of local charm — a must-visit if you want to experience the real spirit of Sharjah.

We visited here a few times while in Sharjah, both in the daytime and evenings. There is plenty of parking and it’s a perfect place to take a walk. A few restaurants and cafes here too, as well as boating. It’s also close to Al Noor Island, which is a popular tourist attraction.

Al Majaz Waterfront is a beautiful and well-organized family park with spacious walking and jogging paths, plenty of greenery, and many areas surrounded by trees where visitors can relax and enjoy the outdoor atmosphere. One of the great advantages of the park is the nearby Masjid Al Taqwa, which makes it convenient for visitors to perform their prayers without leaving the area, especially for families who spend long hours in the park. The dancing fountain adds a unique and memorable touch, and there are cafés, play areas, and open spaces along the waterfront that make the place lively while still feeling calm and comfortable. Overall, Al Majaz Waterfront is an excellent destination for walking, relaxation, and spending quality time by the water.

Excellent place. I went to shoot a video for one couple. No charges. Entry free. Cool places. Plenty of space to hang around. Better visit early morning or evening.
