Al Manara, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Saraya Aqaba

I would like to express my opinion about the Al Manara Hotel in Aqaba. It is a hotel that operates with very high standards and great efforts. 🙏||The room service is luxurious, tidy, and clean. The restaurant service is excellent and fast. My experience was wonderful.||I would like to thank Mahmoud Al-Dardasawi, who served us in a wonderful manner and treated us with elegance. He also served drinks in the Al-Barakah restaurant in a wonderful way. He deserves our thanks.

I have been with my family at this hotel twice during this summer. The experience was really great due to the privacy we got during our accommodation at the private villas and the options they offer by their representatives who made exceptional efforts to make us feel that there is no body else in the hotel. They took care of our needs with a very welcoming emotions and didn’t allow us to think of any complain, just stay and leave everything to them. Many thanks to Mr. Asal for his great management of our needs during our stay and Chef Ismael ,Mr. Naser, and Mr. Hose for the great breakfast and meals management. Finally, a very special thanks to Mr. Edi and Mr. Mohammad for their fantastic and exceptional housekeeping service.||Actually, when you leave at the end of your stay, you won’t stop thinking about planning your next stay at this hotel.

We stayed at Al Manara from August 3rd to 1Oth and it was an incredible experience. The hotel is stunning, but what really stood out was the exceptional service and hospitality|Special thanks to Ms. Hanin and Mr. Abdul Rahman from reservations for their warm welcome, to Mr.|Basem, the restaurant manager, for his outstanding hospitality. Also, to Chefs Ismael bader, Youssef and Ali the food and service were top-notch.|This was honestly a very luxurious and attentive service l've ever received. Highly recommended!

Let me start by saying this is a beautiful, well appointed luxury hotel. The rooms are well laid out and contain all the amenities you would expect. The aspect that really makes this hotel shine is its always welcoming, kind, courteous and generous staff. I will mention a few people by name later but everyone was superb. Thank you!||The food in each of the restaurants was excellent and we felt special in each one of them.||The only reason we haven’t given a 5 star rating is unfortunately a completely understandable response from the hotel to pivot towards a different, far more large family oriented customer group. We were lucky to have a villa with its own private pool area. If we had had to share the main hotel pool we would have been lucky not to tread on one of the seemingly thousands of children filling the pool with inflatables and screaming. This is of course what children do, but not necessarily what you expect at a 5 star luxury hotel.||Onto the staff who made our stay so memorable:||Jenny - our amazing butler who helped us throughout our stay.||Kenneth - who was so kind and attentive.||Rahman - completely amazing, so helpful.||Cecil - always superb||Christy Joi in Kai - a joy||Omar - helpful and engaging||Mohammed Al-Salameen - lifeguard at the pool. So friendly and couldn’t do enough for us.||Mohammed Shablu - housekeeping - perfection in looking after our villa.||||To summarise - an amazing hotel with superlative staff (well done the management for your training) but, due to the political situation within the region, not quite the whole 5 star experience.

It was a wonderful experience at Al Manara Hotel, Saraya Aqaba. The dinner at Taybeh was absolutely amazing The manager, Basem, was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the service team, along with the talented chef, made the evening perfect. I truly enjoyed the dinner with my family and highly recommend this fantastic place

I recently stayed at this hotel and would rate it three stars, mainly because of the kind and welcoming staff. They were friendly, helpful, and truly made an effort to ensure guests felt comfortable.||Unfortunately, the overall experience was not great. The rooms were not very clean, and basic items like towels and soap were missing, which was quite inconvenient.||The food was also disappointing — lacking in both quality and taste. This was a letdown, as I had expected more based on the hotel’s rating.||While the staff did their best, the hotel needs significant improvement in both cleanliness and food service to provide a better guest experience.

This is the best hotel in my life! The place was well air conditioned, and it was clean despite the outdoor area. The staff were very friendly and nice, and our rooms were amazing 🤩. I got once sick during the trip, and they cleaned up my mess, and gave us a full list of doctors that can come help:). The pool was looking over the beach, and it was spectacular at sunset. Recommend this place to everyone!

Hello, I am Muhammad Hijazi. Today I came to Al Manara Saraya Aqaba Hotel. It is a very beautiful hotel with strong and excellent service. There is Mahmoud Al-Dardasawi who works in the hotel. He is a very helpful young man who serves our requests with high style and is very handsome. I advise anyone to come to Al Manara Hotel. It is a wonderful experience.
