Al Molo 5 - Lake Front Suites and Apartments

We stayed at your hotel for a night (21/4-22/4) during our road-trip around France, Monaco and Italy. Our stay was wonderful. The staff at the reception were very kind and helpful. The room was clean, quiet and very nice. The location was good, and the view was great. Breakfast in the room was exceptional and on-time. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. Since we haven’t visited your hotel in the past, and this was the first time, I am sure that we will visit again soon!

We had a wonderful stay at Al Molo 5! Very nice and clean rooms with great breakfast (in bed!) The restaurant was also really good. Serene views overlooking the lake. Just a short drive to Bellagio (~15 minutes). If you want peace and quiet, this town is great. Service from pre-booking to check out was super attentive and Daniela was super friendly and nice. She helped coordinate breakfast and dinner reservations as well as a boating recommendation! Overall, an exceptional stay at Al Molo!

Amazing place with a great price. The rooms where so cozy and beautiful. I will go back! It’s amazing. My room had a lake view. A fairytale. The service was so good. So kind. The restaurant so recommended. The owner visit our table and such a good services. Congrats to all the team. Because the experience was beyond what I expected.

This is one of the best stays ever! Amazing hotel with very nice room Starting from the reception, with the lovely Philippo who received us with a big smile and a great cup of coffee. What to say about the breakfast who was prepared WITH LOVE by Tania and served directly in our room with the best view ever in front of the lake and the mountains. Marco is the best friend we had there He was so helpful and ready to guide us in our tour! Great memories We will return back sure !

I had the pleasure of staying at Al Molo 5, and I can honestly say it was an unforgettable experience. The hotel’s location by the lake offers a breathtaking view of both the serene waters and the majestic mountains—truly a sight to behold. The room itself was cozy, beautifully designed, and felt like a home away from home. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to make the stay extra special. The staff were incredibly welcoming and kind, always ready to help with a smile. Marco and Greta, in particular, went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Breakfast was a delightful treat—delicious and fresh, setting the perfect tone for the day. I will certainly miss the peace and beauty of Al Molo 5 and the warmth of its staff. I’m already looking forward to returning in the future!

We had to cancel our stay due to a serious medical emergency and reached out to the hotel with an explanation and supporting documentation. Initially, there was some communication, but they eventually stopped responding to my emails altogether. Despite the circumstances, they showed no willingness to offer a refund, credit, or any form of flexibility. It was incredibly disappointing to be met with silence and no support during such a difficult time. This experience shows a clear disregard for guest wellbeing and a lack of professionalism. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone who values basic customer service or compassion.

If I could give this hotel 6 stars, I would. Everything here was impeccable - from the service, the location and the cozy rooms. Everyone here was genuinely so nice, you wouldn’t get this kind of kindness and helpfulness at the more well known hotels. The staff is wonderful - they go above and beyond to make your stay excellent. The view is also absolutely stunning, it is located right next to the lake. So if you wanted to take a boat tour around, it is quite literally right there. There is also a family owned pizza restaurant/deli right up the block from the hotel (excellent). If you are staying here, definitely check out the hotels restaurant - it has some of the best authentic food I’ve ever had. Very impressed and highly recommend booking here - you will not regret it. Skip the well known hotels and stay at this local/boutique style hotel. Truly a gem of a place!

We had a wonderful stay at Al Molo. The staff was very warm and attentive. A special mention to Fillipo, who was very welcoming and personally escorted us to our room to make our check in process seamless. The property is right on the lake, and has a beautiful view from the room. The room was very comfortable and clean. The food at the restaurant was excellent.
