AL-MUTRAN GUEST HOUSE

Great location in the middle of town - within walking distance of most of the sights! Free street parking very close nearby. Beautiful old building, very nice room with tea- and coffeemaking facilities, good bathroom and shower facilities and access to a common room with a balcony providing a very picturesque view of Nazareth. This place is famous for it's breakfast, and it did not disappoint! Forget about quantity over quality - here you get a fine selection of cheeses, pastries and typical Israeli breakfast dishes - and an amazing omelet made on your request. For me, the main attraction was the hospitality of the staff - all were so friendly, in particular the manager who received me in the evening and welcomed me for breakfast in the morning. You really feel at home here!

We came off season so I’m sure our experience is different than during season when I’m certain this place is constantly busy and buzzing. We were received by such a warm welcoming by the host, warm tea and explanations about the guesthouse and history and general feeling of Nazareth. The kindness and warmth were exceptional... breakfast was wonderful, the room was generally clean, the decor was lovely and the shared spaces outside the rooms are beautiful. Central and convenient. Highly recommended...

If you are looking for a luxury hotel with all the amenities, this is not for you. This guest house is perfect for a traveler that from the moment one walks into the front door, is made welcome. So much so that one feels part of the family. Odek( I hope I got name correct) welcomed my wife and I after a long trip to Nazareth." Please sit, have coffee or tea" before we got our room. We were able to socialize in the lobby area. We had to leave early and Odek made breakfast for us and gave us food for the road. Only my mother would do that! Enjoy your stay. The location in the old city is perfect! Welcome!

Wonderful place, beautiful views, within a walk of everything! This is the place for an amazingly true Nazareth experience. Odek the manager gave a warm Nazareth welcome and the staff will help you park your car. Odek offered great suggestions for local attractions and a hand marked map for orientation. I would stay here again and highly recommend AL Mutran.

I stayed here in 2016. The Old town location is excellent, the space is brimming with character, and my room was clean and comfortbale. Odeh took time to talk me through the local area and embodied the hospitality of all the Nazarenes I met.

There was a leak in the toilette as well as mold on the wall. Couldn't use the toilette and shower at all during our stay. Very noisy from the street and other rooms. No TV althiugh stated differently. Wouldn't recomment at all.

We stayed 5 days in this guesthouse and felt very well taken care off! The staff was very friendly and forthcoming. Would definitely come here again!

Really kind and welcoming host. Amazing tiles and decorations, and excellent breakfast. Order the omelette (or half-omelette; the omelette is generous)–they make it with fenugreek and it's delicious.
