A superb place to stay. Great location, minutes from the vaporetto station, close to st.marks square. Canal view with gondolas aplenty, lovely spacious room and an English speaking kind and helpful owner. We will always return here. The nearby neighbor hood is charming and the restaurants more reasonable.

Location is perfect Close to Rialto and st marks square Close to water bus stop. From the moment I booked until I checked out this was a great experience. Eleonora worked with me on my ever changing itinerary. She waited up for me when I had a significant travel delay. She gave excellent dining recommendations and fantastic directions. This is her family home and I felt I had an authentic experience, yet I was very comfortable. Centrally located, great access to the vaporetto, lovely cappuccino and croissant each morning. I will definitely stay here next time I visit Venice. Great views, comfy bed & shower.

We stayed at this wonderful b+b in October, our host Eleonora was so helpful with everything we needed while we were in wonderful Venice and recommend very highly. Location was also fabulous, close to everything, able to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

Eleonora's place is an absolute gem of a bed and breakfast. Nestled right in the heart of Venice, but away from the bustling streets you really get the best of both worlds - plus views of the beautiful canal. Our room was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated, with absolutely everything we needed for our week stay. Breakfast was amazing, with fresh coffee, pastries, eggs, fruit - so much choice! Eleonora's local tips and advice was invaluable, we really felt like we were getting insider knowledge and were so grateful for her help. We will definitely be coming back and have recommended to anyone visiting Venice to stay here, a really reasonable price for an authentic Venetian experience. Thank you Eleonora - we loved our holiday!

My husband and I stayed at Al Teatro many years ago, and we were happy to find it just as quiet and quaint as we remembered. The location is so convenient--4 minutes from the Giglio vaporetto stop (which means you don't have to drag your suitcases very far) and not much than that from Piazza San Marco. Eleonora is not only a wealth of information about Venice, but she also prepares a wonderful breakfast. Don't miss out on the scarmoza panini!! Our room had a balcony from where we could see a sliver of the Grand Canal and gondoliers guiding their boats through the smaller canals of Venice. Al Teatro is terrifically clean, has generously-sized beds, and has all the amenities weary travelers need. In addition, communicating with Eleonora was easy and she responds very quickly. We will definitely return!

What a privilege to be a guest at this wonderful B&B. Eleanora our host was both friendly and welcoming. Our room was huge, light and with an extremely comfortable bed. We had a beautiful balcony overlooking the canal from which we could watch the gondolas go up and down. No walking over bridges with your suitcases when you arrive. It’s an easy 5 min walk from the Vaporetto stop. Thank you Eleanor for making our stay in Venice so magical!

Actually stayed here March of 23. My husband and I loved this place. Location was excellent. My request for a balcony with a canal view was granted. When the gondola was outside our room with the gondola singing Volare, I thought it couldn’t get any better. room was lovely with comfortable bed. Eleanora was the kindest and most knowledgeable host you could ask for. I cannot recommend this place enough.|Price was extremely reasonable. Breakfast was delicious. |Thank you so much
