This place has the worst security guards in Sohar — no manners, no respect for customers. They simply don’t know how to talk properly.
There’s one waiter (from Goa, India, with a tattoo on his hand) who openly says, "If you want to come, come. If not, get lost."
Such arrogance, and no management control!
Being a regular customer who has probably spent more than 500 OMR here in the last 20 days, I never expected to be treated so badly.
After ordering and paying for 130 Rials worth of food, just because we had a small packet of chips from outside (worth maybe 50 baiza), the security guard started harassing us.
He shouted and insulted, saying it doesn’t matter even if you spend 100, 500, or 1000 Rials — you cannot eat a 50 baiza chips or a 25 baiza chocolate inside!
Absolutely no customer service, no decency, and no value for loyal customers.
Disgusting behavior over something so petty — after we had already supported their business so much.
Very bad experience.
