AL-YUSRA PALM TREE HOTEL

A Hidden Gem!! Although we didn’t stay at the hotel, we came just to try the food at the Al-Yusra restaurant—and we were not disappointed! I had the loaded chicken fries, which were absolutely amazing—flavourful, generous, and perfectly cooked. My kids had the pizza, and they loved it so much they finished every last bite (which is saying a lot!). My husband chose the chicken tacos, and he couldn’t stop talking about how fresh and tasty they were. The setting was clean and comfortable, and the service was great too. I’ll definitely be coming back—this time to try the Somali dishes, which I’ve heard so much about. Highly recommend this spot for families and food lovers alike!

Went here for lunch on a Tuesday afternoon. WOW!!! 10/10! Seriously amazing food!! Good service, parking available & air-condition that is switched on unlike other restaurants that have the AC but don’t switch it on. Got complimentary churros at the end. Rare to come across restaurants like this in mombasa, keep it up! Will definitely return! Thanks guys!

Located in the middle of town, it is very convenient if you are in Mombasa for business. It is not noisy despite it being right next to the road , you should be able to get a good nights rest. The best things about this place is the people! They are so friendly and service is swift. The room is good value for money, clean and has air conditioning. The breakfast was good.
