Review for Palm Tree Hotel, Mombasa I had a wonderful stay at the Palm Tree Hotel in Mombasa. The rooms are spotless, very well maintained, and provide a comfortable and relaxing environment. What really stood out was the friendliness of the staff – everyone went out of their way to make me feel welcome. A special thanks goes to the restaurant team, who were exceptionally helpful and attentive throughout my stay. Their warm service and professionalism made my experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Mombasa and will definitely stay here again.

The best Mandi I have ever tried. The service is quick and staff very polite. The restuarant is very spacious. Good choice in the menu but Mandi is the best. For dessert you must try their Khunafa. Highly recommended when in Mombasa. Centrally located.

A Hidden Gem!! Although we didn’t stay at the hotel, we came just to try the food at the Al-Yusra restaurant—and we were not disappointed! I had the loaded chicken fries, which were absolutely amazing—flavourful, generous, and perfectly cooked. My kids had the pizza, and they loved it so much they finished every last bite (which is saying a lot!). My husband chose the chicken tacos, and he couldn’t stop talking about how fresh and tasty they were. The setting was clean and comfortable, and the service was great too. I’ll definitely be coming back—this time to try the Somali dishes, which I’ve heard so much about. Highly recommend this spot for families and food lovers alike!

Went here for lunch on a Tuesday afternoon. WOW!!! 10/10! Seriously amazing food!! Good service, parking available & air-condition that is switched on unlike other restaurants that have the AC but don’t switch it on. Got complimentary churros at the end. Rare to come across restaurants like this in mombasa, keep it up! Will definitely return! Thanks guys!
