Great spot for Somali cuisine in Nairobi. Had the grilled goat with rice, served with a marrow broth which was delicious. Serving size was beyond filling, and fresh juice to accompany the food was also very good. Would highly recommend to any tourist.

One of the cleanest and most beautiful Arabic restaurants in central Nairobi – and definitely the only one where I ended up drinking camel milk like a local sheikh! The food? Delicious. The options? Wild – goat, camel, you name it (just get there early if you want to try them). Our waitress was so sweet, helpful, and patient – honestly, coming back just to be served by her again! Food arrived in under 10 minutes, and prices didn’t give me a heart attack – so that’s a win. Highly recommended – and don’t skip the camel milk , it’s a whole vibe.

I’m not too familiar with Ethiopian / Afghan food. It was better than the medium size town in the US. Large portion. I think I had goat bc as soon as I sat down at 10:15am, the waitress came 30 seconds later with expectation of food and drink. I ordered a double caffe macchiato but she still waited. I was going to order a breakfast but another waiter so lunch is being served. I had way more food than I wanted bc I wasn’t even hungry. For the dish with rice, small soup, and two kinds of meat, very good. 4 star. But I rounded up bc it was better for Nairobi (to me). I’ll add one more picture when I get to my digital camera later.

The Pilau, The Pilau. Oh my God, The Pilau here is out of this world. I ate, ordered another plate and ate, and then ordered five takeaways and travelled with it all the way to Lukenya for my family to have a taste of this wonderful delicacy. Next time I am coming with the entire family. Greatness!

Loved the food here. Just amazing better than Mandi experience. Loved the meat rice and the juices. The people are too nice. The food is expensive none the less. But the taste is second to none.

You rarely find such too notch restaurants everywhere. This is a wonderful restaurant located around the Nairobi CBD. They have wide range of foods served such as pepperoni pizza, burger, pilau, cocktails, and much more. They also offer take away for most fast foods. Loved it.

We had the pleasure of working with Al-Yusra Restaurant for our wedding catering and we cannot recommend them highly enough. The team was highly organized, attentive, and committed to ensuring everything was perfect. The cuisine was authentic, flavorful, and presented with style. Many of our guests said it was the best wedding meal they have ever had. Thank you, Al-Yusra, for your outstanding contribution to our wedding celebration

This is by far the best biryani I’ve had in Kenya—both mutton and chicken are full of flavor and perfectly cooked. The spices are just right, and it truly gives that authentic Indian taste. If you're an Indian in Kenya and craving biryani, you must try this place. Highly recommended!
