Alam Anda Ocean Front Resort & Spa

AlamAnda is a Traditional Bali resort. All the other reviews are accurate. This is fantastic accommodation. It is like Bali 1995. It is quiet and peaceful. There is no playing music in the common areas like the restaurant s and Bars in South Bali. We got to listen to the sounds of nature. ||The staff are all helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the meals in the restaurant. The breakfast was a good buffet with an egg station.||Would I stay here again? I certainly hope so.

Beautiful! The grounds, rooms, pool, restaurant and spa are immaculate. We arrived just out of season so the resort wasn't busy, week was great as the service was incredible. Everyone was very friendly and polite. There was plenty to choose from at the breakfast buffet, with eggs and pancakes cooked to order. I recommend the banana pancakes! The menu was good for lunch and evening meals, so you don't have to leave the premises. We had the seafront room, which had a fantastic view. We also had a six dive package and the dive centre was one of the best I've been to. Super organised, great guides and well planned dives. The house reefs are also worth checking out.

A truly wonderful stay. Just two nights but the most relaxing and rewarding place during our two weeks in Bali. We loved every minute! In particular the gardens and the spa. The resort itself is right on the sea and we woke each morning to a perfect sunrise.

The most delightful and restful experience. Two days of heaven surrounded by beautiful gardens overlooking the Bali Sea. Spa treatments to die for - the therapists were best we’ve ever encountered. Cannot recommend highly enough. The staff, ambience, surroundings and restaurant- all super.

Hi, the place is lovely , the gardeners do great job , the breakfast was amazing, the people who welcomed us and the ladies who helped us with our things were polite, but unfortunately we left this place after one night cause we found a scorpion in our room and we felt unsafe. Also, the toilet is open , this means everything can come in and we weren’t happy with at. Furthermore , during the night we heard some sounds in our room and we didn’t know from which animal they come from. In the end i would like to say , we love nature but we also want our room to be a safe place, especially when nature is that wild.

What stood out was the warm hospitality from the staff who were always genuinely helpful and attentive despite our short stay, even when we checked in at 8pm. The location was tranquil but seemed to draw a more European crowd who brought young kids. There was a surf/dive school which offered snorkels for rent. Food taste was regular even for Indonesian food and was a bit on the pricey end for smaller quantities. We had to buy our own toothbrush and toothpaste from the boutique. Transport in and out of the resort was limited to local drivers who offered transport services.

The whole resort area is well maintain, neat and tidy lush garden. Friendly staffs and they always go extra miles to make our stay comfortable in this secluded area. Those whose looking for a quite place to lay low and chill by the pool during the day, this place would be a perfect choice. Food is quite tasty with affordable price. We’re stay here for diving couple of days as it comes in a package with quite reasonable price.

The Google Maps Rating doesn’t reflect our experience here at all. We have been a lot around Indonesia and as well Bali. We can say this is a true calming and relaxing place with possibility to swim in the sea and snorkel or relax by the pool and enjoy the sun while always having the best and friendliest service around. Food and drinks are always fresh and great. People who complain about the food haven’t been around Indonesia a lot, it’s more than good for a remote area like this. Please don’t compare with a big city fine dining restaurant. Try the fresh tuna or mahi-mahi it’s freshly caught by the fisherman around the place. Highly recommendable and a great value for the price as well!! Thank you 🙏❤️
